• Antje (10/5): - Die komplette Wohnung ist ein Juwel 💎 Alles vom allerfeinsten Das einzige was für uns störend war, war irgendein Zusatz im Whirlpool. Unsere Haut wurde trocken und hat gejuckt.... Wir waren aber auch stundenlang drin 🤣

• Julia (3/5): - Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten über booking.com vom 20.04.–22.04. gebucht und wurden während unseres Aufenthalts plötzlich der Unterkunft verwiesen – mit der Begründung, wir hätten eine unerlaubte Party gefeiert und seien zu laut gewesen. Das entspricht so nicht der Wahrheit. Besonders ärgerlich: Trotz vorzeitiger Kündigung durch die Eigentümer wurde uns weder die zweite, nicht genutzte Nacht erstattet, noch die Kaution zurückgezahlt – obwohl keinerlei Schäden entstanden sind & zuvor anders kommuniziert wurde. Die Kommunikation im Nachgang war wenig entgegenkommend und es wurde keine faire Lösung angeboten. Es wird mit dem Anwalt gedroht. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, vor allem der Umgang mit Gästen und die fehlende Bereitschaft zur Klärung.
• Anastasiya (2/5): - Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience staying at this place, and I want to warn future visitors about it. We used the jacuzzi on the first night. The next morning, we discovered that our swimsuits had been bleached. Even after showering several times, our skin still smelled strongly of chlorine. We contacted the hosts, but instead of taking the issue seriously, we were immediately accused of having poor-quality swimsuits and were even told that the solution would be for us to leave. Fortunately, after several messages from our side, a staff member finally came to check the chlorine level and confirmed that it was indeed far too high. They then solved the problem by adding extra water, and after that the jacuzzi water was fine. What shocked us the most was the unfriendly communication from the hosts. They kept denying there was any issue and insisted it was entirely our fault, even though their own staff confirmed that the chlorine level was too high. This situation could have been dangerous for the skin, especially for children. We received no compensation from the host whatsoever, although fortunately Booking.com compensated us. If the communication had been friendly and professional, I probably would not even have written this review, because mistakes can happen anywhere. However, this was the first time I have ever experienced such poor customer service.
• Kasanto (10/5): Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet, bietet nicht nur ein bequemes Ambiente sondern auch eine ausgezeichnete Atmosphäre. Es ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Es war alles inordnung, es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

• Vasiliy (10/5): - Wir haben mit der Familie Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage ist top. Alles ist sauber, und es gibt alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Jacuzzi, Grill und Sauna sind sehr schön.

Die Wohnung war top ,super eingerichtet wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Bahnhofsdurchsagen waren am Anfang etwas störend ,weil ungewohnt .Aber später gings dann.Im Haus waren sie kaum zu hören.
