Комуникацията със собственика беше много бърза, той беше готов на всичко,за да направи престоя ни вълшебен! В апартамента има абсолютно всичко необходимо за престой. Уникален!
• Susana (9/5): Family stay in Chelsea - The location of the flat is great, it is located in Chelsea, well served by bus connections to go directly to all the locations we needed. Good location for getting supplies to cook from different supermarkets. The flat looks like a typical London small flat, with a small backyard where we had breakfast, enjoying the sun. The kitchen has everything to cook, and we had a basket of supplies and coffee capsules. Water is always hot for baths. We had towels for everyone and bed linen for the sofa bed. We did not meet the host in person, but he was very attentive and available to give any info or contact. All information to check in was available in time. He was easily contacted via WhatsApp. The street in front is a bit busy, so whoever sleeps in the living room gets a bit of noise. For a family of four with a teenager, it is difficult to use just the bed plus the sofa bed. We would suggest investing in a better/bigger sofa bed for the living room. Besides that, everything was great. Also, having salt available would be good. We really enjoyed.

El salón es agradable, la habitación pequeña, pero para dormir es suficiente. La cocina alargada y con los utensilios necesarios. El contacto con el propietario muy bueno, diligente y amable. El baño es muy pequeño y necesita mantenimiento. Las juntas de los azulejos de la bañera ennegrecidas por el moho. Tal vez, cambiando la bañera por ducha se vería más amplio. El hervidor de agua necesita ser renovado. Creo que se trata de un apartamento moderno, cómodo, pero no se debe descuidar el mantenimiento porque al final acaban sumándose desperfectos que perjudican la imagen del mismo.

• Sona (10/5): - The accommodation is really beautiful and cozy. The space is enough for a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Proximity to the center - 20 minutes by public transport. The host welcomed us with a surprise package. Great bonus :-). I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants a short stay in London.

• CRISTINA (9/5): Lugar muy bueno para pasar unos días en Londres - Es un apartamento de 1 habitación. Ubicación muy buena, ya que Londres es enorme. Nosotros nos movimos en bus y muy bien. El amfitrión nos dejó una cesta de bienvenida, lo cual agradecimos mucho y el apartamento está acondicionado con todo para vivir. Y la calefacción funcionaba super bien. Lo más incómodo es que si sois familia, los niños deben dormir en el sofá cama en el comedor y hubiera agradecido otro juego de sábanas. Pero es un lugar muy bueno para pasar unos días en Londres.

• Massimiliano (9/5): - In a good location, close to public transport, the apartment (in the basement) is very cozy and perfect for one or two people. The living room is nice, with beautiful lighting and a small heater, the bedroom is small, and the amenities are truly exceptional (there is a generous welcome kit with coffee, instant drinks, and even two beers). Outside, there is a small space with a table and chairs (which we used despite the cold thanks to the blankets provided). The Wi-Fi works well. The bathroom is very small (with bathtub and shower) but above all it has little light (shaving is difficult). I would suggest adding a lamp above the mirror. There are no wardrobes or hangers.

• Petra (3/5): - Leider war die Unterkunft sehr schlecht. Wir mussten unsere Wohnung von außen über einen Kellerabstieg betreten. Vermutlich war die Wohnung auch ein Lagerraum. Gleich beim Betreten kam uns ein unglaublich modriger Geruch entgegen. Wir haben die Wohnung für vier Personen gebucht, sie ist aber definitiv nicht für 4 Erwachsene nutzbar. Unsere erwachsenen Kinder mussten die Couch und einen Sessel zum Schlafen nutzen. Bettwäsche dafür bekamen wir erst nach Nachfragen am Abend. Die Küchenzeile nutzten wir nicht, da sie dreckig und verschimmelt war. Im wirkliche sehr kleinen Bad war ebenfalls Schimmel. Die Hintertür war von außen zugänglich und wir hatten keinen Schlüssel um sie zu verschließen. Die Terrasse war nicht sauber, der Tisch von Zigarettenstummeln verdreckt. Alles in allem war es in unseren Augen keine zumutbare Unterkunft. Wie es zu einer 9er Bewertung auf Booking kommen konnte, ist uns völlig unklar.

Η πόρτα της κουζίνας δεν κλείδωνε και από έξω έμπαινε όποιος ήθελε. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ. Ο καναπές και κρεβάτι πολυχρησιμοποιημένα συνεπώς άβολα. Επίσης καναπές, πολυθρόνα, πάπλωμα ΒΡΟΜΙΚΑ. Γενικά το σπίτι βρόμικο και απεριποίητο.

• Tavish (9/5): Great complete house in leafy Chelsea - Great location, responsive staff and great little house with everything you need. We had a heating issue which was resolved immediately. Everything is well thought through and considerate. The sofa beds are not really fit for purpose, but this won't matter if you are up to two people.

• Katarina (6/5): - Páčilo sa mi vybavenie kuchyne aj keď chýbalo niekoľko vecí napríklad strúhadlo, škrabka, ale to chýba všade. Páčila sa mi aj malá záhradka. Páčilo sa mi, že ubytovateľ odpovedal na naše správy. Páčila sa mi vyššia kvalita matraca v spálni a aj vankúšov. Nepáčilo sa mi, že sme nemali nachystaný dostatočný počet lôžok na spanie a museli sme si chystať sami. Nepáčil sa mi výrazný hluk lietadiel od rána a to, že je ubytovanie na groundfloor čiže pod úrovňou chodníka. Ubytovanie má v podstate jednu manželskú posteľ a potom rozkladacie kreslo a rozkladací malý gauč, pre našu rodinu to bolo ako glamping. Nie sú tam dve postele ako je uvedené, preto sa mi nepáčil pomer cena výkon lebo za 200e za noc si myslím, že môžem očakávať, že sa dvaja dospelí a dve malé deti vyspia bez problémov stačilo by dať väčšiu posteľ do spálne a problém vyriešený. Alebo len jednu ďalšiu.

Nos dejo un montón de chuches para probar y también cápsulas de café. El sofá cama es para una persona, por lo que el alojamiento es para 3. En mi caso fue cuantos éramos. Esta bien conectado por bus, que pasan con bastante frecuencia, para conectar con metro está un poco peor, pero volvería a repetir.

Sypialnia , salon , kuchnia raczej w korytarzu. Mini łazienka . Przyjemny taras. Dobra miejscówka dla 2 osób. Brak szafy. Nie ma ani jednej. Wieszaki na drzwiach- dwa. Stanowczo mało. Byliśmy w cztery, dorosłe osoby- cztery rozłożone walizki - co powoduje bałagan . W salonie rozkładana kanapa-wąska i niewygodna. W kuchni brak garnków np małego rondelka , aby ugotować jajka , czy parówki. Zdecydowanie nie jest to mieszkanie dla więcej niż 2 osoby. Z uwagi na pobyt 4 osób to daję taką niską ocenę.
• Lisa (10/5): My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment! - The location was perfect for seeing London for a few days. Having an apartment felt like home. Nice out door space for a relaxing glass of wine. The bathroom was a bit tight with a very dim light but had a nice large tub.

Would definitely stay again For us it was a little further to the stations than we would have preferred (15-17 min walk). But thats just us personally and no reflection on the place

A specially prepared basket with some food items was waiting for us when we arrived. On the day of checkout, since the place was available, he kindly allowed us to do a late check-out. We really enjoy it. the bed was very comfortable, but since we were a family we had to use also the sofa and that wasn't so good. :)

Notes for the property - not necessary to publish: Unfortunately we couldn't seem to get the shower running warm. Maybe we were doing something wrong! Once we were in bed, there appeared to be a party in the flat/house above. It was not a big problem, although a bit noisy through the ceiling. Maybe the bedroom ceiling needs a bit more sound proofing. Otherwise the apartment was great. It was great having tea and coffee available, including a Nespresso coffee maker! We loved the little basket of gifts - wine, chocolate, water etc.. That was very thoughtful.

• Jade (10/5): Great place to stay in Chelsea - Great place in Chelsea. Not far from transport links, e.g., bus routes and tubes. Also, a short walk to Stamford Bridge. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Lots of convenience stores and 24h cafe/shops. Fantastic apartment, great host who couldn't do enough for us. The flat had all the appliances, including washing machine and a coffee machine with pods. It was super clean and tidy, very well presented just as described. The private courtyard was also a bonus. There was even a little gift hamper full of goodies upon our arrival. Will definitely stay again, what a great host!

Good shower. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Had coffee and snacks which was really cute. I had very comfy stay. Back garden with furniture . Couldn’t fault anything. Host was more then happy to accommodate little late checkout which made checkout smooth Nothing :)

Qais, the owner, couldn't have been more attentive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Nothing was ever too much hassle. The flat was cozy, comfortable, and very well decorated, with everything you could possibly need. Located in the lovely area of Chelsea, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! Nothing
