Lors de la réservation, les photos peuvent induire en erreur sur le site de booking. On pensait avoir une terrasse, le studio n'en disposait pas.

MARIE-YANNICK (10/5): La Villa Cocotier est une excellente adresse que je recommande ! - L'adresse Villa Cocotier est très bien située: près de la plage, des transports, des commerces dont un à 5 minutes à pieds et qui est ouvert jusqu'à 21H. L'accueil des hôtes est formidable, ils sont très gentils, réactifs à l'écoute et rendent service au cas où ! J'avais un studio qui venait d'être restauré, aussi tous les équipements étaient neufs. Ce studio est situé au 1er étage, il a un très grand balcon qui donne sur un beau jardin au calme. Le studio est très bien équipé : grand frigo, bouilloire, micro onde, vaisselle. Le wifi fonctionne très bien ainsi que la TV. Rien : tout était parfait !

Luis Miguel (9/5): It is a very nice place to stay and I would go back to the same place if I visit Mauritius next tim - The owner and her son were helpful. They were always ready to provide support to you. The apartment is located close to Grand Baie beach, restaurants, etc. The room is quite big and complete and it is very clean. 2 things I think they need to fix sre: 1. The specific of location is not showing of in the booking.com. It only shows the Grand Baei Road. Also the owner needs to communicate actively with the guest. It was really hard for me to get there sponse when I sent messages before my trip. 2. The shower needs some improvement because there is no enough pressure.

Paweł (6/5): - Nice view from the terrace Close to the small beach It’s rather a hostel standard, a top floor of a building with a partially steel roof, gets hot without the AC House rules not very customer friendly (eg you need to take away your trash or you lose part of the deposit), they check the apartment before checkout for damages
isabella (4/5): - Il parcheggio La camera grande ma sporca, la cucina aveva tutti i pensili sporchi e le stoviglie contate per due persone, veramente deludente. Le lenzuola non erano di cotone ma sintetiche quindi il caldo era accentuato, il frigorifero sembrava prendesse il volo per quanto rumore faceva. Solo la terrazza che ti faceva vedere il mare era bella durante il giorno e il parcheggio spazioso. Il resto proprio non qualificabile.
