The apartment was cozy, spacious, and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient — about a 10-minute walk to the city center and also close to the ferry terminal, which was perfect for me since I took a day trip to Estonia. Everything was easy to access, and the area felt quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Helsinki.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities could need. Tiara was extremely helpful and gave us very useful information during our stay. • Cristian (10/5): Helsinki perfecto - Primero que nada, la disposición, por parte de la anfitriona, ya que tuvimos un problema de cancelación de nuestro vuelo y una de las opciones que nos dieron era llegar a Helsinky después de las 00:00 horas y nos dijeron que no había problema que harían la excepción en el check in, pero finalmente eso no ocurrió porque nos cambiaron el vuelo para el próximo día, El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia, el departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías, y todo lo que ofrecen esta disponible Nada todo muy bien, solo sugiero para cuando den las instrucciones para llegar al edificio que digan donde esta el Sauna Uusi suba la escalera que esta al lado y es la puerta del edificio

Possibility to leave luggage early before check in. And receiving the keys before the formal check in time time. The apartment is modern and well equipped, available with machines for laundry and dishing. Location close to foodstore and public transport. Walking distance to central spots. I was given some extra time while "checking out". Pricing was good compared to hotels, which was a key argument to book this private apartment: "What you get from the wallet"-argument. Bed, wardrobe, table and other interieur was excellent. Low hanging ceiling lamp. No big issue.

• dance_dance_dance (10/5): Super nice room + host (MY RECOMMENDATION) - I love this apartment and the hosts. It's all expensive in Helsinki, but I got a perfect price for this stay. The room is beautifully designed. All I needed was equipped. The building is also a typical clean Finnish design. I got very convenient access to any locations I went, as well as very close to a tram station and a 24/7 supermarket. It was a very comfortable stay there. No negative. I hope to stay again when I come to Helsinki again.

• Iole (9/5): Io ci tornerei - Appartamento pulito, completo di tutto il necessario, luminoso, in piano alto di un edificio residenziale. Zona semicentrale, tranquilla, ben collegata con il centro e non lontana dal Terminal 2 dei traghetti per Tallin. Vicino a due piccoli supermercati. Personale gentile ed educato. Non ho avuto nessun problema. Prezzo modico. Sono piccolezze. Le finestre non si aprono. Il panorama consiste nella vista dell'edificio antistante. La doccia è a pavimento, purtroppo lo scarico è posto molto vicino al water e al lavandino, quindi dopo aver fatto la doccia la zona è bagnata. Bisogna fare attenzione. Io di principio toglierei tutti i tappeti (li considero in generale poco igienici). Quello che hanno messo vicino alla zona cottura lo considero assolutamente inadatto. È un tappeto per un corridoio e non per la zona dove si cucina. Il letto è un po' "incastrato" tra due muri. Quando si scende dal letto si ha il muro subito davanti.

• Iuliia (9/5): everything is already well thought out - The location of the apartment is very convenient, very close to public transport, shops and the port. Late check-out is convenient. Flat was very clean! The water supply taps to the dishwasher and washing machine were closed, we didn't immediately understand why they weren't working. But that's a small thing.

The equipment is modern, functional, you have a chance to cook, play the games (chess, cards), look at TV or read the books, anything what you might need for relax after city tour. The team is flexible for individual check-in. Communication is very good.
