• Jason (10/5): Perfect flat, amazing location. - Perfect flat! Great location, amazing cute garden, everything was exactly as described. The host communicated everything very quickly and clearly. The room near the street has obvious street noise but we found it very charming and the host was even kind enough to provide ear plugs (which we chose not to use) The unit was very clean, super well stocked, and very reasonable on the rate. I would highly recommend staying here and will look for this unit next time we return. Bravo! Nothing, everything was great.

Andy was there waiting for us when we arrived, which made check in easy and welcoming. He was very friendly, showed us around the apartment, and gave us great recommendations about nearby sites within walking distance, including Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, and many others. The apartment was immaculately kept, very well stocked, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect and very convenient to central London, making it easy to explore the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting London. We liked everything!

• Florence (10/5): Je relouerai cet appartement pour mon prochain séjour et je le recommanderai à mes amis ! - Le bailleur, le gentil Andy a été formidablement réactif pour nous montrer tous les atouts de cet appartement spacieux, très propre, doté de tous les équipements pratiques, modernes et confortables pour les deux vieilles dames que nous sommes, et d’une très agréable terrasse que nous n’avons utilisée qu’un matin pour le petit déjeuner compte tenu du temps. Cet appartement est idéalement placé pour se rendre à pied, en bus ou à métro dans toutes les directions, et le meilleur Fish and Chips du coin est dans le très beau pub juste en face. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement et je ne manquerai pas moi-même de le louer pour notre prochain séjour. peut-être la largeur de la douche, un peu étroite pour mes formes trop généreuses ! Mais pour ma belle-sœur elle était tout à fait confortable

L'équipement est top (parapluies, adaptateur pour prises electriques, serviettes de bain, qualité du matelas, le chauffage), la facilité du checkin/checkout (self), la propreté et la réactivité du propriétaire à nos questions. Le bruit est constant, de jour ce n'est pas gênant, par contre la nuit c'est pénible. Cependant, le propriétaire nous a informé de manière transparent et il a mis à disposition des boules quiès afin de réduire les nuisances sonores. Le quartier est très vivant, et l'appartement est idéal pour un couple jeune.
• Haleema (1/5): - No communication from host. I cancelled reservation due to the host asking for a big amount of deposit for property damage upon arrival. The host said they would refund partial money back with in 12 hours, but 19 days later I am still trying to get a response from them and they choose to ignore my emails, WhatsApp messages and calls and are not even responding to booking.com, even after several attempts have been made by booking.com and myself. Absolutely ridiculous. At least send me my partial money back that I am entitled to according to your own refund policy. Would not recommend.

The early self check in and bag storage on the day of vacation was kindly offered. The central flat location was amazing, so much on our doorstep within walking distance. The attention to detail, comfort and cleanliness of the property and small touches when we got there were above and beyond the standard of stays we have had at previous London properties. That we couldn’t stay another 2 days!

The apartment is beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every modern comfort you could want. Plenty of heat, fast WiFi, and well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine) made it feel like a true home away from home. The private patio was a lovely bonus for a pre-dinner cocktail. Even in the cold. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being just steps from Covent Garden, the Royal Opera House, and Drury Lane meant we could walk everywhere, with fantastic restaurants, theaters, and shops right outside the door. Despite being in the heart of London, the apartment felt peaceful and comfortable. Easy check-in, great amenities, and an ideal central location made this an excellent choice — we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. Andy, the owner, was super helpful and responsive.
