Respekt an die DJane, die da stundenlang tagsüber ihren Dienst tut. Und das im stehen… Einige Bezüge der Liegen am Pool sind zum Teil sehr versifft. Die gehören dringend gewaschen oder getauscht.

- Patrick (5/5): - Lage war ganz gut, Zimmer waren Okey, der Beachclub war zwar leer aber ganz nett Das Personal wollte 200 tbh für ein Handtuch, weil Orangensaft drauf war und es anscheinend nicht weg ginge, ansonsten mäßig freundlich und man musste jedes mal seinen Schlüssel zeigen, es wurde kein Vertrauen entgegen gebracht.

It is right in the middle of Chewang Market next to everything Clubs, 7 Eleven & Food. There's no emergency power backup for the rooms in case of a power outage. - Oat Babypooh (6/5): ประทับใจที่พัก แต่เสียดายที่เจอปัญหาเรื่องไฟฟ้าดับ มันยากต่อการควบคุม - ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าดี ติดทะเล เดินทางสะดวก ห้องพักและสระว่ายน้ำสะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมาก เมื่อเจอปัญหาเรื่องไฟฟ้าดับ มีความกระตือรือร้นให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี ที่น่าผิดหวังคือเราจองไป 3 คืน แต่เราพักได้แค่ 1 คืน ด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัยที่โรงแรมเองก็ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ คือปัญหาไฟฟ้าดับ เข้าใจที่พักว่าควบคุมไม่ได้ มันเป็นปัญหาที่สะสมมานานของเกาะสมุย หน่วยงานราชการที่รับผิดชอบไม่แก้ไข ละเลย ส่งผลต่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างมาก เมื่อเราต้อง checkout ออกด้วยเหตุนี้ ทางโรงแรมก็ดำเนินการทำเรื่อง Refund ให้เราอย่างเร่งด่วนและได้รับเงินคืนครบตามที่ตกลงกัน ถ้าปัญหาเรื่องไฟฟ้าคลี่คลาย มีโอกาสจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกครั้งอย่างแน่นอน

Seul inconvénient : beaucoup de vis-à-vis au niveau des chambres, ce qui empêche de laisser les rideaux ouverts. Cela dit, l’hôtel est conçu ainsi et on finit par s’y habituer.

My apartment was back at way from the beach and pretty quiet no problem with noise at all. Very clean and modern rooms. I thought it was great value for money. Irs a bit soulless. But nothing of note.

Nr 1 location, awesome pool area, great room, cleanless spot on and all facilities you need. And there is the staff, one of the best in Thailand. Susu and Sandar from reception are just the best of the best. No doubt my go to spot in Chaweng. Absolutely nothing, honestly.

- Scott (9/5): Excellent stay👍 - The location was perfect, right on the beach and the main strip too. The staff were lovely. The rooms were fresh, lovely, clean and very modern too. We are also booked mopeds, taxis and even had some washing done by businesses located right at the reception area and all very reasonably priced. Slightly overpriced drinks, but I guess this is the premium you pay due to its location.
