Doruk (8/5): Great location on the Palm at Tiara Residences. - Location, decor of apt very good and despite very early check in, personnel where on hand to ensure smooth check in. Well done Was not dirty, however apartment hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Balcony was very dirty and the balcony floor tiles were out of place. Could be a little more generous with e.g Dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and bathroom essentials.

Amit (10/5): - Instructions to apartment and key collection were clear. Host was easy to contact and came to see us within half an hour to see how we were settling in and to answer any questions we had. Host was very pleasant to meet. View of Atlantis was excellent and we got to watch the drone show and fireworks display from our balcony which was a bonus. There is also a local supermarket which is just 2 minutes walk away.

Viktoriia (9/5): Better than I have imagined - The location is amazing, great condominium with pool, private beach, gym, small grocery shop and a restaurant in the yard. The property is exactly like on the pictures and the views are amazing. Staff is really nice and helpful. There was a small problem with the card opening the building entrance door, but since there’s a portier we’ve never actually had a problem entering.

Asim (9/5): Superb - Location is key, you can see Palm Jumeirah and both Atlantis hotels. Kevin was very good, accesable and helpfull received a detailed instructions including video instructions. Clean and beautiful apartment. You have to relay on taxis, no option of anyother mode of transport.

The views were even better than advertised. The fish restaurant on the beach next to the residence was incredible! The initial communication with the management company was not so good. A better understanding of customer relations is required.
