Guest Reviews
- darren (10/5): Great communication and instructions. Perfect location. - Location
- Tulley (10/5): Luxurious - Extremely well decorated, good amenities and very spacious- really enjoyed our stay perfect for big groups, there’s lots of bars near by and a super short walk to the centre also good location for concerts which is what we did :) It’s most likely due to us buying the apartment an hour before we arrive but we struggled to get the key from the collection point in the shop and spent a while having to sort that out but it was well resolved by a lovely man on the phone and nice cleaning lady who ended up giving it to us :)
- Julia (10/5): Perfect. - The property is decorated very tastefully, classic and simple. I was worried about some of the bad reviews and yes there is a little bit of wear and tear from renting the property out to different guests however it was perfect! Had everything we needed ample bowls plates and glasses. Set over 2 floors it is very spacious and a comfortable stay. We found check in super easy and the instructions were spot on. We would definitely stay again. Maybe a few extra hand towels and sachets of milk to go with the coffee pods however I’m really clutching at straws here
- Jaden (8/5): Very good -
- Marcelino (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zoe (1/5): Liars be careful - Owners lie about facilities then deny and make excuses. Be warned. Lied about the amount of bathrooms
- Joey (4/5): Extremely disappointing and not value for money - don't expect luxury when they can't get the basics - Location was great and the balcony was nice. Some of the staff on the phone were apologetic and attentive. Never really write reviews... but the disappointing value for money warranted something from me. My friends and I paid just over £2.1K (reduced from £3K) for three days, expecting an enhanced experience. Sadly, this place couldn't even get the basics right.
- Arrived to litter on the balcony, dirty pots/pans (which stank) and rotting food underneath the bin bag - charming.
- We were seven people and there were three bowls and only a couple of small plates. Might not be important to everyone, but this was a reunion and we were looking forward to cooking a big dinner. They came round the next day to deliver them.
- One towel each for four days (three nights). You get two in a Travelodge. We were told to make use of the washing machine... but no-one wants to wait around and do washing/drying while you're away. Or pay for capsules (as the little hygiene box containing drippings of washing-up liquid did not contain any capsules). The alternative was pay 'a small fee' for 'towel refresh'. They'll mask it as an eco-friendly policy but it's just poor customer service.
- Late check-out request? If you've got anywhere between £30 and £50 to burn, go right ahead. Absolutely the worst I've ever heard of.
- Beds were cheap and very springy.
This place is not derelict - it's a perfectly acceptable IKEA showroom. But, when someone could have paid up to £3K for my weekend? It's just the most terrible value for money. I'd recommend you spend your hard-earned pounds elsewhere.

- Aimee (10/5): Lovely stay at the Elysium by Heim Residences - we would return! - The property was modern and well presented, situated in a brilliant location. The property had everything we needed and we particularly liked the quality of the bedding and AC/heating system. All staff from Heim Residences including Megan, Jordan and Theresa were extremely helpful at all stages including check in and check out. Megan was particularly helpful arranging our late check out. The property was on the pricer side compared to some hotels but as we all wanted to stay together to celebrate two birthdays, we were happy to pay the extra.
- Miriam (1/5): Scam. Don’t do it - Nothing it’s a scam. They didn’t let us in, you have to go get a key from 15 minute walk to spa, then they gave us the wrong code 15+ times, then when I get annoyed that they make us wait in the rain after 2 hours they cancelled it and wouldn’t refund us. Avoid at all cost Everything
- Taiwo (1/5): I paid £150 while booking for cleaning fee and another £200 was deducted from my hold deposit for leaving baloon in a ro - Absolutely Nothing Bad customer service
- Grainne (9/5): Superb -
- Abdulmajeed (10/5): Nice apartment in a nice location - The location is good. Overall rooms and living are great. The mattresses are not comfortable.
- Saeed (8/5): Very good -
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally-ann (10/5): We came for my daughter’s graduation and the property played a huge part in that it provided a perfect backdrop for pre - Lots of room, a great layout and beautifully appointed. There was nothing we didn’t like!
