• Isabela (10/5): - O atendimento da Erika foi maravilhoso, prepararam o quarto com antecedência, pois chegamos bem cedo e isso foi incrível. O quarto era bem bonito e confortável, como era verão, deixavam garrafas de água todos os dias para nós. O hotel é maior do que parece e a decoração é linda, o cheirinho do hotel também era muito gostoso.
• Bassem (6/5): Excellent location but old and worn building. - Excellent location. Friendly and prompt staff. Rooms finished to a high standard inside the rooms. Hotel occupies only one and a half floors of an old building. Building entrance and stairs are worn and old. The one very small lift broke down one afternoon and was only repaired the next day. Also no 24hr reception.
• Williams (10/5): Excellent stay! Thank you! - I knew we wanted to be centrally located to many of the historical sites; as well as the train station. We wanted to have options for dining and shopping. This hotel really had it all. The staff was tru;y amazing. We felt like family and they genuinely cared about us, not just as mere guests. The communication was excellent and we appreciated the extra effort to help us with taxi transportation and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.
• Cristina (8/5): Nice stay in a great area. - The location is great. The room is very clean and comfortable with good linens and towls. The building is old and the elevator sometimes didn’t work. We had to go up four floors by stairs.

Near Barberini metro station. very clean, very comfortable beds, a lot of space, very friendly staff, great AC for the hot Rome summer. Very nice interior design. There is no good view from the windows. You can just see windows of other rooms in the building but no city view.

• Angela (10/5): Beautiful property in great location. - The rooms are only 6 months old and beautiful. Bed comfy and nice towels. Tea, coffee, water every day provided and a bottle of Prosecco as a gift. On the 4th floor but does have a lift. Has a storage room for luggage once checked out. Jean-Pierre was so helpful on the front desk and such a lovely person. Situated 6 mins from Trevi Fountain and 8 mins from Spanish Steps. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Nothing!

• Terri (10/5): Bed was like sleeping on a cloud... - Beautiful room at the back of the complex which was quite. Had everything you need and the bed was like a cloud so comfortable. The only problem was the light switches and charging points are far from the side of the bed and it is a really big stretch to reach them, maybe a small lamp on the bedside table would help.

• Liron (8/5): - מיקום מעולה ממש בסמוך לעיר העתיקה, צוות נחמד, ניקיון יומיומי. בסך הכל החוויה הייתה טובה וענתה על הציפיות שלנו. המלון עצמו משופץ ונראה יפה מבפנים אבל הוא ממוקם בקומה 4 כחלק מבניין ישן עם מעלית אחת מיושנת וקטנה. בכניסה לבניין צריך לעלות כ-15 מדרגות, לא נוח עם מזוודות/עגלות ולא נגיש לנכים. אין חנייה נוחה שניתן לעצור ולהוריד את המזוודות, ככה שגם צריך ללכת איתן כמה מטרים לפני שמגיעים לכניסה לבניין.

• Carmen (10/5): Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Rom in einem sehr schönen Hotel! - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, die Lage einmalig in der Nähe des Trevi Brunnens und der Spanischen Treppe. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter!
• Marianna (9/5): Ottima struttura a due passi dalle meraviglie di Roma - Posizione ottima, in centro ma lontano dal caos. Struttura carina, accogliente e pulita, con arredamento curato. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera un po’ piccola ma va bene se non si hanno troppe valigie.

Beds were comfortable (pillows were a little uncomfortable though) and location was great. 4 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. It was clean and housekeeping was great!! AC was nice and Wifi is included! Would definitely recommend :) The elevator worked half the time, but we were prepared to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. Noise is a little loud but expected.

The staff were friendly The lift needs some revamping as i had to carry my two suitcases down stairs as someone didn’t close the door at the bottom. The shower leaked terribly and the heated towel rail wasn’t working. There was also something strange with the one plug that clicked whenever the lights were switched on and off

It is a hidden gem located in a great location!!!the apartments are super clean and renovated in a very sleek, expensive style! The staff is very available and always willing to help! Would/will stay here next time, and will share this location with all my traveling friends.

We stumblied upon it because the previous hotel we booked was so dirty and disappointing that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Trevi Imperial is so clean and updated. We loved our stay. Beds and room were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. Accomodations are wonderful...stocked fridge, coffee, espresso, tea, toiletries, water. It was by far the best stay we had within our 15 day trip. I would return here and have already recommended it to friends traveling to Rome later this year. Great location for walking. Nothing to not like here.

• Bernardina (5/5): Beautiful hotel, but the should change the staff. - The property was new, very well located close to the Trevi Fountain, and beautifully designed. The property was still under construction, and the main door was very difficult to open. The cleaning staff didn’t clean our room, even though we left the “please clean” sign outside. The reception was not very helpful and tried to charge us twice for the tourist tax. Additionally, when I made the payment, the receptionist charged more to my card than she was supposed to. Luckily, I received a notification on my phone and noticed it right away. When I told her she had overcharged me, she denied it at first. Only after I showed her the message on my phone did she admit the mistake and gave me the money back.
• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - As described and good enough for two people. Very clean and conveniently close to main tourist attractions. Clear instructions which I appreciate. Great working AC and clean place. There happened to be a leak right in front of our room and maintenance was being handled for it, but we received no notification on it and while coming back for a midday break/nap duration of our stay, it was very loud from the maintence and from its staff.

• Julia (10/5): Perfect accommodation in a perfect location - Fantastic accommodation in a superb location. Only minutes from Trevi Fountain and everywhere else totally walkable. Our room was beautiful furnished and free bottles of water provided every day along with a bottle of prosecco on arrival which was a really nice touch. We could leave our luggage after check out which was really useful as we had a late flight home. Accommodation is on the 4th floor but there is a lift (although there are a few steps before getting to the lift) Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay here again if we decide to come back to Rome. Nothing!
• Itai (10/5): will return next time in rome - The room exceeded our expectations—it was even more stunning in person than in the photos. Spacious and thoughtfully laid out, it offered plenty of room to stretch out. The shower was generously sized with excellent water flow (although, admittedly, the drain struggled a bit when using the overhead head), and the bed was wonderfully plush and inviting. Housekeeping - refreshing our towels daily and keeping everything spotless. once the windows were closed, the city’s bustle melted away, letting us relax in peace. As a nice touch, we received two complimentary bottles of water every day, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, recommended for couples who want to tour the city and have a great place to stay!

• Meliksah (10/5): Fantastic Place, Fantastic People - Hidden Gem in the Heart of Rome. - First of all, I loved the warmwelcome by our receptionists Erika and Jean Louis. They've assisted perfectly throughout our whole stay. We were allowed to leave our luggage as we waited our check-in time and also after our stay while waiting for our flight time. Coming to the suite, the location of course was the highlight of it. Aside from that, the beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, interior design is a modern kinda bohemian style which we adored. Rooms are soundproofed. We had a coffee machine with capsules, a mini-bar, kettle, tea, hairdryer and couple amenities. Additionally, we were gifted a Prosecco as well! 10/10, must stay, tbh I wanted to gatekeep this hidden gem of a place before It gets overbooked all the time but I had to give it justice. One downside is that there was no Netflix when we stayed, however we were told it will be installed at a time shortly after our stay. So the next batches of tourists would be more lucky. Another downside is the central heating so we couldn't manage how cold/hot we wanted the room to be.

The location is just perfect – all the main attractions are within walking distance. A special thank you to the staff for helping organize a surprise for my boyfriend – everything went perfectly! The receptionist was a very kind and friendly young man who was always available and ready to help with any questions.

• Feyza (10/5): Perfect place! - Everything was perfect! Everything was the same as shown in the pictures. It was so clean room. They gifted us and all the other stayers sparkling wine :) the room was not small at all. It was enough for two people, one big luggage and one medium luggage :) we checked in very late around night but they were very helpful and nothing went wrong. the hotel’s place was perfect like 5 minutes to Trevi. it was central.
