Really nice host, great location - the neighborhood full of bars and restaurants to enjoy, without causing any noise or disruption. The apartment is fully accommodating to any need you might have. There's a supermarket and pharmacy right across the street and many bus/train stations nearby.

• Franica (10/5): Odličan smještaj u blizini Terminija - Rocco je odličan host, uvijek na raspolaganju za sva pitanja i neodumice, vrlo susretljiv i srdačan. Smještaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, cca 10 min udaljen od Terminija tramvajem. S Terminija je lako doći u sve dijelove Rima i Vatikana autobusom, podzemnom željeznicom ili tramvajem. Apartman je uredan i čist i ima sve potrebne sadržaje za ugodan boravak. Sve je bilo dobro.
• Guest (10/5): Perfect place for a getaway in Rome! - Lovely property with a lovely host. We were greeted straight after our flight and shown around the apartment - with some nice complimentary ice tea. The AC was a lifesaver during peak Rome heat! The facilities were exactly as shown and the whole stay exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely location, with a nice walk to the city or accessible public transport for when your legs get tired. The street right next to us was filled with life and atmosphere, with great affordable drinks and food - a lovely space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. 10/10 experience and we'll definitely consider booking again!
• Guest (9/5): Insgesamt war es super und ich komme gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und alles war sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, daher wird es nicht zu heiß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super – er hat sofort geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Was mich überrascht hat, ist, dass nur 20 Schritte vom Eingang entfernt eine multikulturelle Straße liegt, die „Brooklyn-Straße“ genannt wird. Dort kann man sich gut amüsieren und lecker essen – und das zu einem fairen Preis. Wir sind fast jeden Abend dort gewesen. In der Umgebung gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäfte und direkt gegenüber eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Was mich gestört hat, war, dass das Wasser zum Duschen und besonders zum Geschirrspülen nicht ausreichend warm war. Das Fach für Waschmittel in der Waschmaschine war ziemlich schmutzig, und manchmal ließ sich die Waschmaschine nicht öffnen.

The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect quiet and safe, yet close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made this stay even more special was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive throughout my entire stay. From thoughtful touches in the apartment to helpful local recommendations, their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a worry-free and wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be coming back! n/a
