- Barbara (6/5): Struttura che ha del potenziale, ma da rivedere l’igiene - Struttura vicina al centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi. Raggiungendo a piedi il mercato centrale e’ possibile prendere il bus per Oceanografic, Bioparc, Città della scienza. Comodissimo. Appartamento abbastanza nuovo, dotato di cucina, letti confortevoli, una bella doccia, personale accogliente. Abbiamo trovato delle cialde per il caffè, molto gradite. Nettamente da rivedere la pulizia, pavimento pieno di sporcizia e capelli. Il divano orribilmente sporco, macchiato. Indubbiamente mancano delle lucette di cortesia sui comodini, l’illuminazione è con dei fari da stadio, veramente un disconfort, con un bimbo la luce soffusa e’ indispensabile. Mancano inoltre tovagliette per la colazione . Le camere affacciano direttamente sulla strada, non proprio silenzioso la notte. Bagno cieco, senza aspirazione.

- Marta (5/5): Baja calidad para el precio que tiene - La ubicación, cerca de donde yo quería estar. El apartamento era amplio pero la distribución era incómoda, con la cama pegada a la pared. El colchón era incomodísimo, muy blando. Si hubiera viajado con otro adulto hubiéramos dormido aún peor. El sofá estaba muy viejo y muy sucio, lleno de manchas. No había luces en la cama, ni toallero en el baño. El grifo del lavabo estaba suelto.

Die vorbereitenden Informationen per Mail und App waren sehr hilfreich, sodass das Einchecken völlig problemlos funktionierte. Die Lage des Quartiers war für meine Zwecke sehr gut. Einziger Mini Kritikpunkt: Der Vorrat an WC.Papier war zu knapp bemessen :)

La segunda noche la apagué. Un poco incomodo que la cama de a la pared y no tengas dos mesitas de noche. Me gustaría que tuvieran servicio de guardar maletas o lockers automàticos.

Ante un incidente, mi esposa pidio autorización y la dejaron utilizar las maquinas de lavandería, eso fue algo positivo, y ella se pudo concentrar en su trabajo on line. El sitio es muy tranquilo y limpio Tener lamparas de lectura o de mesa de noche, las luces blancas a cierta por de la noche son desagradables para la vista. No dudo que podran poner lamparas de apliques.

- Danysesh (8/5): In generale soddisfacente - Questo monolocale è molto bello e accogliente. L'arredamento è nuovo e funzionale. Si trova in una strada tranquilla e parallela ad una strada grande e trafficata dove passano il tram e autobus. La metro è poco distante. Ma si può cercare il parcheggio più vicino delle biciclette Valenbisi, scaricare la app e prendere una bicicletta che per la prima mezz'ora è gratis. Si può anche andare in centro a piedi in circa 15-20 minuti. Non mi è piaciuta l'illuminazione nell'appartamento. Ci sono solo fari a soffitto, non faretti ma fari e nessuna luce sui comodini per la notte e una lampada da terra, anche di carta va bene per creare una luce soffusa e atmosfera accogliente. Con quei fari a soffitto pare di stare in una officina. Per me la illuminazione conta molto per cui questa è una nota negativa. Direi l'unica a mio avviso
- Diana Arianne (1/5): Avoid this place! Filthy and infested! - Nothing Avoid this place! Filthy and infested! There is a MASSIVE COCKROACH INFESTATION, from the bathroom to the kitchen counters. The cleanliness is nonexistent; the floors are covered in dust and human hair, the bed linens and sofa are visibly stained. Strong chemical smell in the entire apartment. The furniture is in poor condition. The "double" bed is far too small for two people, the sofa is with no padding; sleeping on it is painful. Zero amenities provided, no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen towels and only two rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay. Dishes we're dirty, literally no one cleans there! Street floor unit. You hear every conversation, car and stroller outside. It is impossible to sleep. I am not a picky person, just wanted a place to sleep and wash! I got scammed, you shouldn't! Book elsewhere.
- Joonas (3/5): Beware! Extremely loud and noisy ground floor unit - Beware, this unit is on ground floor. It's extremely noisy next to a busy street. My unit door was literally 1m from the entrance door that all units use to access throughout the day. It was impossible to sleep due to the banging of the door, and the noise coming from the electronic lock. It started early every morning and lasted well into the night. Every time someone enters or exits, the whole unit is rattling from the banging of the door. The hosts just claimed that nobody else has complained and did nothing about this.

Man hatte das Gefühl man schläft auf dem Bürgersteig,so laut war es .Abends standen imm er Leute vorm Fenster und unterhielten sich, es kam einem vor als ob sie neben dem Bett ständen.Das Bett war seh schmal für zwei, eine Matratze und eine durchgehende Decke. Ich bin aufs Schlafsofa gezogen, was aber sehr unbequem war.

- Johanna (5/5): Not worth it for the price you pay! - It only took us approximately a 20-minute walk to arrive at the city centre. The host didn't take very long to reply to our messages and he even provided us with more towels when I told him that the ones provided weren't sufficient for the duration of our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mattresses were quite comfortable. There was no metro station close by. It took us a lot of time to open the front door as we didn't realize that we had to open it while the beeping sound was still on, which only lasted a few seconds. There were not enough towels and toilet paper provided for the duration of our stay. We weren't informed about the days when we could take out the garbage, and the bins were full for the duration of our stay. This could have possibly led to the cockroach that came into our room. One of the beds was in the open plan, and it lacked privacy since it wasn't enclosed. There was no nightlight in the room, and the entire room lights up when the light is switched on.

- Fbx76 (8/5): Esperienza più che buona. - La struttura si trova nel quartiere residenziale di Benimaclet, vivace e ricco di locali e servizi, con la metro a 5 minuti dall'appartamento raggiungete il centro in 10minuti. A piedi, a seconda di dove andate, ci vogliono dai 20 minuti in su per raggiungere le attrazioni principali. Gli appartamenti sono al piano terra davanti strada passante, per la privacy non il massimo, protetti da grata in mattoni e doppia tenda. Dotato di tutto a parte la lavastoviglie. Nel nostro appartamento la camera da letto era separata e almeno non devi dormire in cucina. La comunicazione con lo staff è stata sempre molto veloce e cortese. Nulla di cui lamentarsi. C'è il self check in e abbiamo potuto entrare nell'appartamento qualche ora prima del previsto. C'era la macchinetta del caffè con cialde, ma nessuna tazzina o mini bicchiere in cui berlo! Quindi inutilizzabile! Da aggiungere qualche tovagliolo. Forse gradita almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo all'arrivo. Costa poco . Noi ne abbiamo lasciate 2 nuove dentro al frigo per chi arriva dopo. In bagno sentirete continuamente grossi botti e rumori dovuti agli sciacquoni e le docce di tutto il palazzo di 6 piani! Continuamente. Per fortuna in camera da letto non si sentiva tanto.

Super sta ima i mali fen za kosu, sampon bude u apartmanu, sapun za suđe... Blizu autobnusne stanice, svega 2-3min hoda. Potrebno duže čekanje da bi došla topla voda..nekad bude i samo mlaka. Izolacija dosta slaba..boravili smo na prvom katu, jako ce cuje kad iznad pogotovo u wc-u.

A közeli park remek, valamint a főbb látnivalók is kellemes séta távolságra vannak. A kanapé nagyon kényelmes, a fárasztó nap után jó volt pihenni rajta. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, de kicsit keskeny 2 főre, ezt vegye számításba, ha foglalja a szobát! A párna is szuper puha, de lehetett volna fejenként kettő belőle. Hiányoltam a törülközőszárítót..

- Judita (10/5): - Labiausiai patiko puiki vieta – visai arti metro ir autobusų stotelių, o pėsčiomis galima pasiekti nuostabų parką. Taip pat labai patogus ir lengvas patekimas į kambarį. Nepatiko automatinis šviesos užsidegimas koridoriuje – reikėdavo prieiti labai arti, kad šviesa įsijungtų, todėl tai buvo kiek nepatogu.
- Tugulea (8/5): - locatie renovata foarte frumoasa, mobilier nou, utilat foarte bine si frumos ,dotat cu tot ce am avut nevoie, am avut acces la masina de spalat si uscator rufe , ceea ce ne-a ajutat mult , daca mai aveam nevoie de orice consumabile ...hartie igienica, au adus imediat, usor de ajuns in Centru sau la statia de metrou, magazine aproape, liniste , Erau gandaci in baie , dezavantaj la apartamentul in care am stat noi deoarece era fara lumina naturala, apartament foarte racoros fiind la interior , fara lumina solara , daca mergeam vara probabil era ideal insa avea aer conditionat pentru incalzire

- LIDIA (5/5): Średnio, raczej tam nie wrócę. - Dobra lokalizacja, ok 400 m do stacji metra, wyposażenie kuchni ok, sporo sklepów, barów, bistro i restauracji w okolicy, centrum handlowe Arena ok 1,2 km od obiektu Ściany i kanapa na pewno wymagają odświeżenia (plamy, otarcia) ale to nie największy problem. Problemem jest brak wentylacji w łazience a co za tym idzie- insekty, które tam zamieszkały. W nocy dało się niestety zauważyć karaluchy. Pierwszej doby musieliśmy mieć także otwarte okno całą noc przez co syn się przeziębił. Ilość chemicznych środków i ich mocny zapach po przyjeździe utrudniał oddychanie. Tym zapachem przesiąknęły nawet ubrania.

- Daniela (10/5): Perfecto apartamento para conocer Valencia - Me encantó todo, nos sentimos como en nuestra casa🥰, es un apartamento cómodo, igual a las fotos, está cerca del metro y del bus. Además, está muy cerca de lugares para comer y del Mercadona. Caminando 20 minutos se llega al centro y en tram en 15 minutos se llega a la playa, de verdad está muy bien ubicado. Lo otro que me gustó, fue la disponibilidad y comunicación con la administración, siempre pendientes de responder oportunamente a todas nuestras inquietudes y solicitudes. De verdad es un lugar al que volvería muchas veces. Nada

- Léna (8/5): - Bon emplacement. Métro et bus à proximité (30 min en bus de la plage). 25 min à pied du centre-ville. Spacieux. Arrivée autonome. Pas de balcon/extérieur. Juste vue sur une petite cour. Manque d'équipements basiques (condiments, sel, etc) qu'on n'achète pas forcément lorsqu'on reste que quelques jours.

- Joëlle (10/5): Super appartement pour visiter Valencia - Cet appartement est bien situé, quartier calme, proche d'une station de métro et tram (Benimaclet), d'un supermarché pour faire les courses (Mercado callé Alboraia), boulangerie à proximité et proche d'un beau jardin à traverser pour aller en centre ville. D'un bon confort, très propre et une literie parfaite (draps et serviettes de toilette fournis). La cuisine est bien équipée avec machine à café et grille-pain. Entrées sécurisées avec codes. Contact sympathique via wathsapp avec le service de réservations. Je recommande cet hébergement sans problème.

- Giorgia (7/5): Camera modera ma da migliorare la pulizia - Struttura moderna, posizionata a 20/25’ a piedi dal centro, dotata di ogni comfort. Purtroppo peccano sulla pulizia, corridoio pieno di polvere , stanza credo neanche lavata al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il lavandino del bagno che non scaricava l’acqua, sono passati a metterlo apposto ma non hanno risolto il problema. In più come già segnalato da qualcuno, sarebbe carino lasciare sapone dei piatti (non solo un campioncino) e magari qualche bustina di sale, pepe, olio e zucchero monouso.

- Giada (10/5): Perfetto - Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti con tram, metro e bus nelle vicinanze. Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Molto gradito il set con fette biscottate, marmellata, capsule caffè e simpatico il kit per la cucina. È presente asse da stiro con ferro ed un piccolo stendibiancheria nonché l' asciugacapelli. Noi eravamo in due ma il nostro appartamento aveva due letti alla francese quindi abbiamo usufruito di entrambi 😁. Doccia grande e comoda. Check in online e facile l' accesso all' appartamento che si trova in una zona residenziale con nei pressi un Mercadona ed altri negozi.

- Damian (9/5): W ogólności polecamy ale jest kilka rzeczy, które można łatwo poprawić żeby było lepiej. - Wszechstronność obiektu w przystępnej cenie. Wyposażenie kuchni, łóżko, kanapa. Apartament niedawno po remoncie. Minimalistyczny i schludny. W mydle w łazience było więcej wody niż mydła. Wieszaki w łazience nie były nawet powieszone na ścianie - były schowane w szafce pod zlewem. Na tydzień pobytu otrzymaliśmy zaledwie 2 rolki papieru toaletowego (a sam apartament nie jest sprzątany w trakcie pobytu, co jest zrozumiałe). Niestety w mieszkaniu były karaluchy (w łazience). Nie zostaliśmy o tym wcześniej poinformowani. Na zgłoszenie tego obsłudze obiektu, obsługa nawet nie zareagowała. Znalezienie parkingu w tej lokalizacji graniczy z cudem. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem i potrzebowaliśmy samochodu ale bardzo żałujemy takiego połączenia. W tej lokalizacji lepiej zrezygnować z wynajmu auta.

- Di Pietro (7/5): Ampio appartamento, abbastanza comodo, un po' troppo su strada e lontano dal centro. - La colazione non era disponibile ma c'era la macchinetta per il caffè espresso, il tostapane, il microonde e un fornello a induzione. Occorre fermarsi al supermercato per poter fare colazione nell'appartamento. Letto comodo, ampi spazi e mobili moderni, a parte il divano. Il quartiere è un po' troppo residenziale e un po' lontano dal centro (1,4 km), La televisione non era in camera. Il divano era un po' sporco e anche un po' sfondato, non proprio comodo.
