• miriam (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto! - Posizione perfetta per girare a Sassari.. centrale, stanza pulitissima e moderna con cucina in comune con gli altri inquilini.. comunicazione perfetta con facile check in online e tutte le istruzioni e codici per arrivare in stanza.. buon prezzo e bella vista della città.. Non è una nota negativa ma io avrei messo un paio di sedie e un tavolino nel terrazzino così ci si può sedere la sera o la mattina..

• Paloma (8/5): Olor horrible en baño pero el resto, precioso - La habitación muy amplia con una tele enorme. Además, hay una cocina común para todas las habitaciones que está bien equipada, le faltaban utensilios pequeños como espátula o tabla de picar pero el resto fenomenal. Hay un olor nauseabundo que sale de las tuberías del baño. Nosotros estuvimos en la número 5 y de verdad que si tienes problemas con los olores, 100% que no esta no es la opción de alojamiento. Todo lo bueno y bonito de la habitación se pierde con ese olor que desprendía el baño.

• Guest (10/5): - la cama, no he dormido más cómoda en mi vida. 100/10 Te ponen café y té a tu disposición durante toda la estancia. El dueño está atento por si quieres cambiar las toallas a lo largo de la estancia. La cocina estaba super limpia todos los días. Hay un parking justo detrás del edificio gratis. Nos tocaron unos compañeros en las habitaciones de al lado super simpáticos, la primera noche que llegamos tarde y todo estaba cerrado nos dieron de su comida <3 Por poner algo “malo”: las playas están todas a 40 mins mínimo pero hay que tener en cuenta que la isla es muy grande y te quedes donde te quedes habrá largas distancias. Está en el centro de sassari.

• Sergiy (5/5): - Sehr sauber, zentrale Lage. 2 kostenlose Parkplätze (wenn man Glück hat) vor dem Eingang. Gemeinsame Küche, Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Unterkunft im Style von einer WG aufgebaut. 6 Zimmer mit eigenen WC und Dusche in einer Wohnung. Sehr hellhörig. Man hört Türen, Lachen, Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Keine Möglichkeit die Tücher im Bad aufzuhängen. Die Nacht war unruhig mit wenig Schlaf. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

• Marco (7/5): - Struttura nuova, funzionsle e pulita. La posizione centrale è ottima (2 minuti da Piazza Italia) e la camera è spaziosa e ben arredata. L'ampio balcone è un grande plus. Le comunicazioni con il personale sono state chiare ed efficienti. Inoltre il processo di check in è veloce e automatizzato. La struttura è nuovissima e pulita, ma devono ancora essere ultimati alcuni lavori. Mancano alcune rifiniture nella stanza (es. Lavori di muratura per le cornici degli infissi esterni, il tappo della ventola del bagno era assente lasciando il tubo arancione a vista, la porta scorrevole del bagno non si chiudeva a chiave e tendeva a restare lievemente dischiusa, nel bagno non finestrato non sembrava essere attiva la ventilazione e nel balcone erano ancora presenti dei materiali edili relativi ai lavori evidentemente ancora in corso). Sicuramente diventerà un alloggio ottimale, ma sarebbe stato utile finire completamente i lavori di ristrutturazione prima di rendere la stanza pienamente operativa.

• Eleonora (3/5): - The only positive thing was the free parking nearby and the central location. This is a large apartment divided into several rooms, which are unfortunately, unfinished (see attached photos) with a shared kitchen. We also did not get the room shown in the listing photos. In the bathroom there is no space to put anything, the light cannot be switched off (it stays on all night), and there are no towel hooks. Bed linen and towels were not changed during our 3-night stay. The room is very small, with not enough space for suitcases or hangers for clothes. In our room, there wasn’t even a chair at the desk. There is a space left for a small fridge, but there is no fridge at all - if you need one, you have to use the shared kitchen fridge and hope to find your items where you left them (our bottles of water were drunk by other guests). The balcony is basically a storage area and completely unusable with a dirty windows. There is nowhere to dry clothes, nor to iron them, as the sockets are not suitable for an iron. There are also no sockets next to the bed, which is inconvenient. If you plan to go to the beach, skip this place – it is not suitable for that purpose.

De accommodatie is gloednieuw, maar is al opengegaan terwijl de bouwwerkzaamheden nog niet fatsoenlijk zijn afgerond. Bij de entree, tussen de keuken en de hal, ontbreekt het plafond. Op diverse plekken zitten nog gaten in de muur, her en der is de afwerking slordig. Brandblusser ontbreekt in de daarvoor gebouwde nis.

Bagno molto piccolo senza ventola, ma il problema più grande è stato l'aria condizionata presente ma completamente inutile. È stata accesa per ore senza riuscire a raffreddare al di sotto i 28/29 gradi con conseguente notte insonne per il troppo caldo. La struttura è stata contattata più volte tramite booking senza ricevere nessuna risposta, inaccettabile visto il costo assurdo di una singola notte in una località non turistica come Sassari.

Per i piccoli intoppi che si sono verificati il gestore è stato pronto nella risoluzione; la camera prenotata non era più disponibile e ci è stata sostituita con una soluzione equivalente. Inconveniente con la serratura che non si apriva prontamente risolto.

El alojamiento tenía muy buena ubicación todo cerca y muchas opciones para ir a comer delicioso. La señora encargada de la limpieza era muy amable y mantenía todo impecable. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, no enfriaba lo suficiente y se nos hizo un problema estar aveces en la habitación. Es algo importante a considerar por el calor que hace incluso de noche que impide dormir bien. La poca y efectiva comunicación del anfitrión o encargado del alojamiento nos pareció que puede mejorar bastante, la cordialidad también. Faltaban percheros de ropa y donde colgar toallas en el baño.

• Gio (9/5): B&B nuovissimo e super accessoriato! - B&B nuovissimo e molto accogliente in centro, con vista inedita anche per chi è nato in città.. in un palazzo signorile e ben raggiugibile. La sera ha anche possibilità di parcheggio proprio sotto in quanto essendo una zona di uffici, alla sera si svuota tutta la via. Istruzioni per arrivare alla camera chiarissime e a prova di errore, struttura tanto nuova che abbiamo avuto l'impressione di essere i primi ospiti di quella camera! Arredata con gusto e con una doccia spettacolare che si vede anche sulle foto, confermo che era proprio così! Vista mozzafiato dalla finestra, dove si vede la città da un'angolazione inedita e si vedeva anche il mare e l'Asinara (il tempo era splendido). C'era anche una scrivania e una cucina attrezzata a disposizione. Non ho usufruito della colazione ma ho dato un occhiata veloce e ho visto che nel frigo qualcosa c'era! Letti comodissimi con piumoni e cuscini in abbondanza e TV a 55 pollici...beh, nn si vede tutti i giorni! Cosa curiosa, si vedevano canali di streaming ma non la TV... Mi sarebbe piaciuto ci fosse.. per il resto tutto ok!!! Se proprio devo... Qualcosa di salato per colazione non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto trovarlo...
• Roberto (10/5): Soggiornare in centro in spazi moderni - Struttura molto nuova o recentemente ristrutturata. Le camere sono arredate molto bene e con gusto con bagno moderno e grande doccia. Ottime le procedure di ingresso che prevedono il check-in automatico con possibilità di arrivare all’ora più comoda. Gentilissimo Marcello che ci ha assistito ad ogni nostra richiesta

• CARLO (9/5): Posizione comoda e ambiente confortevole - La struttura é stata rustrutturata di recente, sembrano quasi appartamenti di hotel, arredati con buon gusto e molto confortevoli. La posizione é molto comoda per visitare le attrazioni principali del centro della città di Sassari. É evidente che alcuni piccoli dettagli li stanno ultimamdo, tuttavia é stato un soggiorno molto comodo e piacevole. Per esempio non avevano ancora montato gli appoggia asciugamani.
