• Dewi (8/5): Spacious and beautiful home - The host is very responsive and accomodating. The apartment is spacious. It is excellent that they provided 2 queen size beds in the master room. They provided complete cutleries, baby cot and baby chair. There is water tap filter which is convenient for us. There is no need to buy bottled mineral water. The bedrooms and living room are clean. They could have provided more pillows. They could have changed the soft and flimsy pillows to better ones. The toilets floor should be cleaned better. It is slimy and the toilets drainage should be checked. The water pooled when showering and took sometime to drain out.

• Sukainah (8/5): Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this place to others. - I had a good stay at this apartment. The unit is very spacious and can comfortably fit up to 8 people, which made it perfect for our group. The location is also excellent, it’s very near Mid Valley, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. Both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. Mandy, the host, was very hospitable and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. One small area for improvement would be the cleanliness. There were a few stray hairs and some minor stains on the bedsheets when we arrived. It would be great if a little more attention could be given to this, as it would make the stay even more comfortable.

The shower area at the common toilet should have a door so that the floor won't be wet after a shower. The mirror should be changed as it has stains on it making it look old. Pillows were too soft.

• Christophe (8/5): Spacious and comfy living room - The host Mandy is amazing and proactive with any response. The unit is really comfy, quiet and spacious. Super duper comfy beds and bed sheets. Nice view from the rooms. Location wise- depends where you'll like to be close to. It's slightly further away from city centre but it's close to Mid Valley, a great one stop for shopping and food. Overall a great stay! We find it a pity the unit do not provide other detail facilies such as smaller towels and interior door mats/floor towels for each bathrooms. This is especially Master bedroom floor could be wet each time after a shower plus there's a lil bit of leaking issue with the toilet bowl- we informed Mandy who would like to send someone to fix immediately. It helps if homestays provide some detergent for urgent or last minute laundry needed. Also, if you have a car, it could be a slight hassle dealing with registration and access at the guard house. Bring your physical passport to register everything and avoid any issues.

After check out..l feedback to house mgt..instate he accused us for smoking in house..which infact hpuse keeping was bad..want to fine us for smoking.Told her non of us are smokers..Encourage all not be stay st any of condogt by them.. Only have mattress on floor above a small wood and matters were bad..not clean..house also not clean .Very umcomfortable to stay there

• Yuling (10/5): - Mandy was very accommodating to my requests and tries to make things work out for me. She is also very responsive. The house is very comfortable and clean. The huge bathtub is a bonus. Very convenient location as well, having coffeeshop and cafes just downstairs and walking distance to the mall. The toilet cleanliness can improve as we spotted some hair in the bath tub as well as toilet basin. Overall is a great stay!

Host is very quick to response and able to accommodate our request. There are no 24hr convenient shop downstairs. Need to go a further distance
