• Jeffrey (3/5): Would not stay again - It was cheap Door keypads are really loud so you can hear other people coming and going plus the doors stuck so you have to shut them aggressively causing more noise. The pillows in the room are paper thin, there was a weird clicking sound in the wall there was a spot light on the outside of the building which is fine but it’s on all night and no block out curtains, so bring a mask. No AC in the room which was hot, also a weird smell over all in the room. The remote was missing for the tv in the main room so me and another gentleman looked but only found food crumbs and mice turds.

Общая комната и личная вполне себе были чистыми Парковка не предоставляется, но можно бесплатно парковаться вдоль дороги, но поздно вечером сложно найти место Переночевать пару ночей - отличное место Слив в раковине ( в комнате) был забит, пришлось самой чистить. Хотела воспользоваться общим пылесосом - он ужасно грязный :( Слышимость действительно ужасная, слышно все разговоры соседей, а если кто-то сверху ходит, так ощущение будто прямо у нас в комнате топтались

• Hugo (10/5): Muy bueno, volveré Dios mediante! - Todo, fácil de llegar, limpio, acceso muy fácil, las instalaciones modernas y bien mantenidas, se puede preparar comidas, físicamente no tuvimos contacto con el anfitrión pero por mensaje siempre estuvo atento a contestar nuestras dudas. Cuando vuelva a los Ángeles sin duda vuelvo alojarme en este sitio. Las personas que llegan de huéspedes les falta educación, dejan los utensilios de la cocina sucios, no cuidan ya que rompen platos y algunos quieren fumar. No es responsabilidad del alojamiento pero si es molesto.

• Sebastien (8/5): We stayed for about two weeks in a private room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room was comfortable a - Private bathroom in the room and location The kitchen is well equipped, but some people do not respect basic rules of shared living. That’s a shame.

Les seul inconvénients ne proviennent pas du logement en lui même mais dommage que certaines personnes ne respecte pas les règles concernant le bruit / horaires à respecter pour cuisiner / horaires de machine à laver / porte claquée / passage bruyant dans les couloirs très tard ou très tôt.

Keine Ansprechperson war da -ich habe meinen Aufenthalt gar nicht angetreten, aber mehrfach vergeblich versucht, eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten.

• Nanea (10/5): Great space and stay ◡̈ - Check in and out was easy. Communal areas were clean. Loved the kitchen, washer, and dryer that was in unit. Was able to hear folxs in the next room. Not that bad though. I was in and out of the property so it didn’t matter.
• Sam (9/5): Great value for money - Such good value for money! The room was a good size with private bathroom. It was relatively quiet for a shared accommodation, everyone was respectful and we very rarely saw anyone else. The kitchen was available when we wanted to use it and kept clean. The location is good - we felt safe and it was close to the metro and buses, great for exploring LA. The host communicated well. I’m not sure if it was a lack of cutlery or other people keeping things in their room but there was a lack of mugs in particular. It did get warm at night with no individual aircon units but it wasn’t too bad. Despite the above, still highly recommend.

• Caesar (9/5): Great location and comfort if you are willing to meet and engage with other people. - Room was clean and bathroom was spacious . It was a comfortable space over all and was near many great locations. A great place to stay if you are in a budget and can appreciate sharing of kitchen space. Could have used a ceiling fan or a small fan to better circulate air.
