El ático es precioso, muy bien decorado y en perfectas condiciones. La terraza en el techo es espectacular, con excelentes vistas y muy bien ambientada. • Keith (10/5): Perfect location for a stay in Seville - The apartment was in the Triana area of Seville, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the main sites in the city centre. It was a great place to be based as a visitor to the city. The apartment was immaculately clean and very tastefully furnished. The roof terrace was fantastic for drinking and eating on, and great views. We could not have been happier with the apartment. Nothing.

It was in a beautiful part of Triana, near lots of restaurants and bars, and 1 minute walk from the river. The apartment was decorated impeccably, and was very calming. It was spotless! • Ann (9/5): Seville is a fantastic city, the flat was excellent, very central, I loved the area - The location of the property was very close to all the facilities in the area, bars, restaurants, shops ,supermarkets and a short walk to the centre of Seville to visit historical sites. The location of the flat was also very close to the main bus station and the excellent bus services to and from the airport. The flat was very modern and had an excellent spacious well equipped roof terrace with a small plunge pool, fridge, hot plate, cutlery, chairs, table, umbrella, and two loungers. The kitchen facilities in the flat were also well equipped with every thing you would expect. I was also pleased to meet the owner of the premises when there was a problem due to high winds and rain which was very unusual. The owner was very helpful and attended the premises to lower the water level in the pool and examine some covering on the roof that had blown off in the high winds. The flat was one of the best I have rented and I will return maybe when the weather is a bit warmer . I have no complaints just a suggestion that the owner might like to leave some suggestions/recommendations where to eat in the area

La ubicación es estupenda, junto al mercado de Triana y con vistas envidiables. Lo mejor: después de una jornada por Sevilla, pudimos disfrutar de la cena en la terraza y un baño relajante en la piscina. Es un ático envidiable. Volveremos sin dudarlo, totalmente recomendable. Inmejorable. Todo estupendo.

The management company were always reachable and made us feel very welcome.
