• Roberto (2/5): No recomiendo este hotel - La habitación es espaciosa y la ubicación 1.- El día que llegamos no tenía agua en la habitación y el baño estaba sucio con caca y el lavamanos estaba todo lleno de tierra. Solicitamos cambio de habitacion y el recepcionista nos dijo que no habían más disponibles. 2.- El pasillo siempre olía a comida, humo, orina y sudor. 3.- acumulan la basura del restaurante en el pasillo justo afuera la habitación que nos tocó. 4-. La ducha estaba tapada, solicitamos que la arreglaran y no ocurrió. El agua se acumulaba. También había una filtración en el wc. 5.- el aire acondicionado suena mucho. 6.- el ruido de la cocina y las lavadoras que hay en el patio es excesivo. 7.- en el pasillo de tránsito del primer piso andan ratones. Por estos motivos no recomiendo quedarse en el hotel

• Jess (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Ik ben na 1 nacht vertrokken. De kamers waren vuil. Op de wc bril lag urine, de bedden waren niet ververst. Er waren make up vlekken op de lakens, hele plekken. Je zag dat die verst waren. De airco werkte niet. De kamer lag naast de keuken. Het personeel stond in de hang voor de deur te kletsen, roepen, lachen tot en met 2u in de nacht. Ik heb gevraagd om stiller te zijn maar niets aan te doen. Ik vroeg om verse lakens en dat hebben ze dan wel gebracht. Tijdens de nacht hoorde ik beestjes lopen boven het plafond.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. - the location was fine. i arrived and the room was not what was advertised or what the pictures show. it smelt all surfaces were dirty. sheets were stained and bedding was stained. lamp was filthy, toilet was soiled bathroom was not clean. i didnt say 10 mins in the room. and told them i didnt want to stay terrible experience. im still waiting for a refund over a month later and the hotel is ignoring booking.com. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

• Kaminee (1/5): Highly not recommended hotel to anyone. Extremely bad service, dirty rooms and bathrooms, dirty quality n stained towels - Can’t even rate this hotel as 1 star. Worst in all sense. What the pics show and in actual is totally different. Dirty dingy passage to room and extremely bad service. Airconidtion doesn’t work properly, water keeps dripping all day n nite from the AC, curtains soaked in this AC water, housekeeping is horrendous, they leave dirty soiled towels n cleaning liquid behind in the room, Bathroom is not clean, towels offered are very bad n stained, No water bottles are offered. No kettle also placed in the room for drinking like warm water or tea, not hygienic atmosphere at all. No elevator to carry your baggage, you yourself have to drag your bags up to the rooms.

• Yossi (1/5): - Location. סדינים אם כתמים לא מחליפים מגבות .ג'וקים. ריח של יובש מגבות אם כתמים .אסלה קטנה. מרפסת מסוכנת ושבורה .5 ימים לא היה מים חמים ובלי לחץ בברזים. הגעתי ביום ראשון ולא היה לי חדר במלון שהזמנתי הציעו לי במקום אחר. היה מגעיל מאוד. ביקשו ממני לחליף מקום וסירבתי .באתי אם חבר הביאו לי 2 חדרים לילה אחד .חדרים אם יובש פרעושים מלוכלך . בקיצור יש תמונות אשמח לשלוח. מנהל המקום לא היה נחמד .
• HARISH (5/5): Low budget hotel - I booked a two rooms, but they suggested me to give a family room on 5th floor as there was no elevator i rejected it, and they transferred us to another hotel vista patong and given two rooms. Two water bottles provided, no receptionist at night, wardrobe was there, key locker is available, The toilet flush didn't work well, the bed is too weak , the wooden slab is not properly fixed to bed hardly my friend sat on the edge the bed sinked in the corner, wifi didn't work ,
• Helena (7/5): - Izby priestranné a vcelku čisté. Kuchyňa výborná. Veľmi dobrý prístup k pláži. Vzdialenosť cca 400-600 metrov. Milý personál. Hotel sa nachádza na veľmi rušnej ulici, kde minimálne do 2.am sa ťažko dá spať. Reštauráciu otvárajú o 10.00 am a preto informácia o raňajkách je nesprávna.

Cred ca nu mai are rost sa descriu nimic, am plecat dupa 2 nopti ca nu am reusit sa plecam imediat. Deci daca vreti sa incercati o experienta horor, va dorim mult succes si rezistenta mare la orice Totul a fost jalnic, execrabil de neimaginat

Asla tavsiye etmiyorum . Çocuklar hiç uyuyamadı karincalar yüzünden . Patong banglaya baya yürüme mesafesi var . Balkonu yok . Zaten yağmur yağıyordu çamaşırlarımızın kurutamadık hep yıkamaya verdik . Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum gelişmesi lazım . Paramız maalesef boşa gitti sadece . Yatak kullandık

Air conditioning didn’t work. The water kept turning off for an hour whilst having a shower no water at all. Fridge was disgusting, not clean and leaking.

• Yuri (8/5): Great value for money - Fantastic price and nice stuff. The way to the room is not usual, near a restaurant kitchen and has a smell. But after you enter a room, open the door to the balcony for 5 minutes - everything is good. The room looked old, but all were clean and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was good and quiet. One little annoyance - every light in the room and also in the bathroom disturbs the person sleeping on the bed.

Indian restaurant at the ground floor plus labors are living at the first floor that i always encounter them and no elevator Everything at the room is not fancy. I reckon this hotel should be like 1 or 2 star hotel.

They changed our first hotel for this one, and we waited for 3 hours to get in. When we got inside the electricity was off until 6pm, so we could not shower or turn on ac. The electricity is probably not their fault. But changing of the hotel was really bad first impression. And in this new one we had a lot of ants, but the lady at the front desk gave us some spray for ants.

They write lie just to take as much money as they can… room that I booked was absolutely another that they show on picture, dirty and damage… it was fifth floor without elevator… they notice that room with terrace, terrace was dirty, with died flowers and destroyed furnitures… room cleaned at the evening time (from 6 pm till 8 pm) and not every day… I paid price as for 3 star hotel and finally I got this awful guesthouse… I paid the same price as cost the Lunar Patong hotel (4 star hotel) and even more then cost Patong Palace hotel (3 star hotel) … this 2 hotel are neighbors of Royal Vista, just compare to know Royal Vista cheating you with the price and information about 3 star hotel
