• david (9/5): Really enjoyed, stayed 2 weeks after staying at beachfront hotel and very private condo previously. - Super friendly and helpful staff. Adjacent, 400yards to beach so just close enough but not to close. Large Jomtiem Night Market just down street for all your dinner needs at beach and kid play area. Very Central IMO with numerous coffee shops and dining within minutes walk. My room with balcony with usual daily touristy activity, etc, noise which is most everywhere regardless so not a real negative, but.

И был сейф Никогда не думала, что если написано, что что это улучшенный номер, то, оказывается, это ПОДВАЛ без окон, СОВСЕМ без окна, воздуха не хватало и в номере грибок и бьющий в нос гнилой запах плесени, поэтому в номер я приходила поздно и уходила рано ... Букингу надо задуматься о том, чтобы номер без окна отмечали тоже, а не обманывали, что это улучшенный номер и при этом деньги вернуть нельзя! Красиво придумано отелем.... Поскольку отказались возвращать деньги, пришлось там провести все 4 ночи....
• Urmo (8/5): Suurepäraselt üllatunud! - Olin täiesti üllatunud, magasin keldrikorrusel toas, kus polnud akent, kuid kõik toimis suurepäraselt. Konditsioneer töötas hästi, olemas olid Netflix ja korralik televiisor. Kõige parem oli täielik vaikus – ei mingit autode ega mootorrataste müra. Maksin selle 5 öö eest kokku 109 eurot napilt ja ma ütleksin, et super diil. Lisaks tohutult avar vannituba- WC. Jõusaal oleks võinud olla kõvasti parem.

• David (8/5): - Great hotel, sea view balcony, nice generally quiet area for bedtime, location and facilities inside the hotel and outside in the local area, very close to the beach, places to eat and drink and sports bar. Great transport too on the local Baht bus, gets you into the livelier part in about 10 to 15 minutes. This was perfect for me. Breakfast at the hotel was ok, with lots to choose including chinese food. This made a change from the usual toast and marmalade which is also available, eggs cheese, tea and coffe and fresh fruit, and fruit juices. Nothing.

Receptionist was very helpfull, at least she gave me the room with the balkony, but still in the basement not on the top floor.

• Gertruda (9/5): - Price range is great for the room and hotel's location. Location is great as well. Staff is amazing, always ready to help in all ways they can. Be aware that I did not receive one of those rooms without windows other reviews write about, but i believe you can request a room with windows when booking. Ventilation system in the bathroom? Shower place was constantly humid and I was not sure if it was okay considering hot climate. It was quite noisy due to windows being located on the highway, but mostly bearable if you get tired enough during the day.

• Florian (5/5): Happy time, good sleeping, for very short stay it’s ok 5/10 - Nice modern hotel, comfy well-maintained rooms, very friendly staff, close to beautiful Jomtien beach and Jomtien night market and other places (5 minutes walking) Breakfast is good (but quite late starting 08:30-10:30 am) Room is in the underground/cellar and has no daylight, no window (no information about that circumstances before in the booking), it’s possible to pay 300 Baht to change the room with daylight and window. Wastewater smells terrible in the bathroom. The chemical air freshener against this wastewatersmell makes headache and seems not not me healthy. Roomdoor isn’t soundproofed, it’s to hear anything from the staircase.

When shown the room with no window , their is no way to ventilate the room and bathroom. The first impression when entering smacks you with a strong musty smell. Their are curtains on the walls but no windows. So we were only left with an option to upgrade. So the pics are very misleading when booking.
