• Fabis (8/5): - Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis waren super. Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben, ist, dass für 2 Personen nur 1 Weinglas im Zimmer stand, welches zudem noch kaputt war ( haben wir genauso in der Ecke auf dem Tablett stehen lassen).

Also that there was no way to drop my luggage after arriving after an international flight of 14 hours and had to to wait until after 15.00 to checkin was inconvenient.

• adriana (8/5): Bem localizado e bom tamanho - Quarto exatamente como nas fotos, e localização muito boa, a uma curta distancia a pé de bares, restaurantes. Ponto de onibus fica praticamente do lado. Qualidade dos lençois boa, quarto limpo e tamanho de banheiro e do box do chuveiro bom. Tinha disponível alguns saches de café. Ter elevador no prédio ajudou muito por causa das malas. Disponibilizaram 3 jogos de toalhas de banho, e uma delas era pro rosto. Acho que não seria nada excêntrico se em vez disso, tivesse 2 toalhas de banho e 2 de rosto. Tambem acho que poderia ter um espelho no quarto, porque tem espaço e faz falta.
• Brian (5/5): Fine for very short stays. Otherwise I would not recommend it. - The location was very good. The room was alright. There is no staff and therefore no one to go to if you need something. For example, the hotel was full with groups of drunk people being very loud, even at night, but the rooms are not well soundproofed for that. So not the best place for resting. A few additional funny things: the room has a Nespresso machine but they do not provide not even one capsule, as if people go around with them. Also no plastic bags in bins. It has a somewhat furnished kitchen (including a dish washer) but no spoons. Rather odd.

When we left the apartment building there was a suspicious guy outside (on the street) asking what room we were coming from for check out. I told him we checked out online, then he said he was the cleaner.

Bien équipé Le lit double étant composé de deux lits simples, il serait appréciable d’améliorer le système de liaison des matelas (surmatelas, sangles de maintien, etc.) afin d’éviter leur séparation durant la nuit, ce qui nuit au confort pour deux personnes.

• Marques Ferreira (5/5): Normal ok nada demais - O local e legal é um hotel cheio de câmeras de segurança na porta do quarto da um sensação de falta de privacidade, no anuncio diz ser seguro mas não fiz ter câmeras seguranças ainda mais tantas assim nas portas do quarto o que já não condiz com o anuncio, e também dizem q avia maquina de lavar roupa no anuncio(se nao estou enganada) e la não ,sao mts burocracias para entrar no quarto os códigos demoram a se enviados é um pouco dificil de colocar os codigos na entrada meu codigo estava dando como incorreto para entrar no quarto, ate q na 4 tentativa consegui, engim mas e como um quarto de hotel como qualquer outro e bom Esta demora de check in as 15:00 da tardeisto atrapalha mt pq a voos chegando desda 08:00 nas cidades e as pressas tem q ficar esperando na tua cansadas para entrar e dormir, o quarto era humildo e meio escuro e no anuncio nao diz ter tantas cameras de segurança como tem quando se chega la cheio de câmeras de segurança nas portas do quarto senti um pouco de falta de privacidade mais ok, foram 2 dias tranquilos ok nao especial
• Hande (5/5): While the cleanliness and such were acceptable for the price, the excessive noise from outside every morning made this a - - Central location; you can reach most central areas within 10 minutes on foot or by public transportation - The room has an iron, stove, and microwave, which will be convenient for many guests - From the moment we entered the room, we were met with an excessive amount of dust - The pillows are very small; I think many guests will find them uncomfortable - BUT THE REAL PROBLEM, IN THE ROOM YOU BOOKED TO SLEEP IN, WE WERE EXPOSED TO HEAVY CONSTRUCTION AND GOODS-LOADING NOISE ON THE STREET THAT STARTED AT 6:00 AM BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AND CONTINUED NONSTOP FOR AN HOUR. ON THE FIRST DAY, WE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A COINCIDENCE, BUT WHEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN ON THE SECOND DAY, WE REALIZED IT WAS A PROBLEM AFFECTING THE ENTIRE HOTEL. - ⁠If you’re coming here to sleep and relax, do your research on the noise issue and consider other alternatives.

Good kitchen with all you needed. Great space saving ideas. Fantastic location which is central but quiet. TV was only smart TV so no cable channels and casting from a phone was glitchy. Bit dark in areas like the entrance and bathroom. Bit of a leak in the shower.

• Victoria (8/5): - Lage, Größe des Zimmers Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, nicht mal Gläser (nur Tassen) vorhanden. Man hat einfach das Gefühl, es ist sehr kühl. Das Zimmer ist wahnsinnig dunkel.
• Алексеева (5/5): - Отель визуально производит очень хорошее впечатление: фотографии полностью соответствуют реальности, номер оформлен уютно и со вкусом. Особенно понравилось оформление самой комнаты — всё сделано стильно, продуманно и создаёт приятную атмосферу. Есть система умного дома, что добавляет комфорта. Однако есть существенный минус, который сильно влияет на общее впечатление — отсутствие вытяжки в душевой. Из-за этого в номере ощущается постоянная сырость и запах плесени. Полотенца не смогли высохнуть даже за 48 часов, что говорит о высокой влажности в помещении. В итоге получается, что визуально всё выглядит очень привлекательно, но по факту находиться в номере не так комфортно и приятно, как ожидаешь. На мой взгляд, проблему с вентиляцией обязательно нужно решать, так как это влияет не только на комфорт, но и на ощущение чистоты и безопасности.
• Sanne (5/5): Perfecte plek, maar niet heel schoon. - De locatie was heel erg fijn, midden in het centrum! Het was er niet goed schoongemaakt; er lag eten en halfopgedronken drinken in de koelkast, de douche was nog zeiknat en het had een luchtje.

• Freekje (7/5): Goede lokatie, zeker aantal tekortkomingen - Leuk design, goede lokatie in het centrum. Zeer dunne muren, je hoort de buren heel goed. Benauwd binnen, gelukkig is er wel airco.
