• Hitomi (1/5): Not loyal staffs and terrible equipment:((( - This hotel doesn’t have hot water and they didn’t tell me in advance even that problem has happened few days before I stayed. I stayed there for three nights but the problem didn’t solve. Moreover, I haven’t got a refund even they said they will give that. They are ignoring my question. This is so bad memory in London. They made our trip terrible.

• Catalina (7/5): - El personal muy atento a todo, a la llegada y ala estadía conpleta. Limpio y bien equipado. Cama cómoda! El único problema que tiene es la falta de ventanas y un extractor débil.

• Kaiyun (4/5): 很糟糕。不會再來 - 位置離國王十字車站很近。也就只有這一個優點 1. 霉味很重，非常重。就算開著電扇也無法解決。 2. 所謂的廚房其實只是微波爐。 3. 住宿期間，發生了兩次火警警報。傳訊給屋主，只是給我們指示如何關掉（好像發生假警報是很常見的事情）。但當下真的很多人都跑出來，隔壁住客還很好心的一層一層確認有無濃煙或者失火。若火警警報每次都被當成假警報關掉。很擔心萬一哪天發生火警怎辦
• SAS (8/5): Bueno para tener donde dormir - La ubicación, cerca de la estación King Cross y Snt. Pancrass. Pequeño, pero bien para dos personas y corta estancia. Estuvimos del 19 al 22 de setiembre. Ya hacía frío en esas fechas, pero la había era caliente. En la madrugada no había agua caliente en el baño.
• Christian (1/5): I left after a few hours due to a lack of cleanliess, responsiveness from the host and safety issues - Location is great. The place is well decorated. Check in is easy enough. Unfortunately, this is where the positive ends. The place was incorrectly described as a studio - indicating that it is a regular apartment-style property. It is a capsule property, with no windows. There were no clean towels upon arrival, only a single, dirty towel left on the bathroom floor. I requested a clean towel from the host, which was met with a quick response. I went out for 4/5 hours and returned at 9pm with no clean towel left in the property. I attempted to contact the host and there was no response. The property itself was at a crazy temperature, with the outside temperatures being 35 and, with no air conditioning or windows, this meant that the place was a sauna. Strangely, the corridors outside seemed to have air conditioning units but they were off, and with nobody to speak to. Upon realising I was not going to get a response from the host, and also realising that I was going to sleep in a hot, sweaty box with a missing smoke alarm, I called booking.com to cancel the booking. After waiting almost an hour, as requested to by booking.com, the host called me and asked me 'how many towels I want, and what studio you are in', which I responded to, and was promptly hung up on. I left soon after. A capsule property should really be only a bed and a bathroom, for safety reasons. It must also have a smoke alarm. This place didnt, and had a kitchenette which only increases the risk within the property.
• Shayan Khaksar (1/5): - The only positive thing is the location As others have already pointed out, there is absolutely no ventilation or windows, so the room gets so damn damp that your skin feels sticky and disgusting. But to make this nightmare even worse, during our three-night stay, we had no hot water for two entire days and not a single drop of water for half a day! And guess what? The host couldn't even be bothered to respond or fix the issue. The room was unbearably humid, and you couldn't even take a proper shower! This level of neglect is absolutely unacceptable.
• Frederick (4/5): Teleurstellend. - De locatie Niet heel proper, wc spoelde niet goed door, gang stond vol met kapotte meubels etc, dubbelzinnige instructies voor het inchecken gekregen, enorme gleuf onder de deur waardoor je alles hoorde, zeer lawaaierig.
• Yaiza (6/5): “Estudio” pasable pero comunicación pésima. - - Ubicación (a menos de 5 minutos de King’s Cross y muy bien comunicado) - Sitios cerca para comer a buen precio y supermercados como Tesco o Saintsbury a menos de 5 minutos. - El alojamiento es tal cual ves en las fotografías, ni más ni menos. - Falta absoluta de comunicación. Hasta la noche de antes de la llegada no supimos nada acerca del check in. Llamamos 3 veces a Booking y ni ellos eran capaces de contactar con el dueño para saber si todo estaba bien con nuestra reserva. Estuvimos dos meses sin recibir una respuesta de ellos para saber si sería posible un early check-in el cual no sucedió (nos daba ya igual honestamente) pero nos tuvo en vilo pensando que habría algún problema con nuestra reserva al no contestar hasta el día de antes de llegar. Una vez nos contactaron dejaron claro el método de check-in pero es un poco laberíntico la primera vez. - Olor a humedad. Si bien te acostumbras, el olor a humedad es muy potente la primera vez que entras ya que es un bajo sin ningún tipo de ventilación ni ventanas.
• Jannine (7/5): Basic apartment but had everything needed, good location for tourist base, good host communication. - Lovely courtyard area nearby with good bar and food. We understood there was no window, as such the room wasn’t airy. The standing fan did help this though.
• Leonie (1/5): Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre donc humidité +++, forte chaleur, mauvaise odeur. Pas de système d’incendie. La wifi ne f - La localisation pratique de l’appartement L’appartement n’a pas de fenêtre mais une salle de bain mal ventilée. L’humidité y est horrible ! Le linge ne sèche pas, les draps et nos vêtements dans nos valise était humide et puait. De plus, la chaleur a l’intérieur de la chambre était limite soutenable quand il y avait beaucoup temps. Nous étions obligé de laisser la porte du couloir ouvert pour avoir du frais ! Il n’y a aucun système d’alarme à incendie, le support est là mais pas le boîtier ! Sur l’annonce il y a marqué que l’ensemble de leur logement ont la wi-fi, ce n’est pas le cas ! Elle ne fonctionne pas (on a essayé sur 4 supports différents. Lors de notre premier repas, la table nous ai littéralement tombé dessus ! Après avoir fait remonte l’information à la gestionnaire, elle s’est permise de rentrer dans l’appartement sans notre accord pendant notre absente sans nous prévenir ! Honteux !!! Une réclamation a booking a été faite sur le champs ! Fuyez leur logement !!!
• Fiona (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean & had everything I needed except a window No window & no fan so it was claustrophobic & somewhat hot
• Marta (5/5): Passable - The location is great, very close to King's Cross station, lots of buses, metro lines and trains. The owners were responsive. Unfortunatelly we had an unpleasant surprise upon arrival, our room was uncleaned after the previous guests. The owners did arrange for the cleaning that day, but the response to my complaint came after quite a while of waiting, and then the stuff changed the sheets etc but did not wash the bathroom, so I had to contact the owners again and it was arranged for the next day (so we had one day of dirty bathroom). The room itself is also super stuffy and humid, like sure we knew that there was no window, but whatever air circulation the building has, it is not sufficient. Unfortunately quite an unpleasant stay, especially for that price.

• Mcgovern (9/5): Superb - Got exactly what I paid for, a private room, with easy access. Close to transport links and shops, making it a decent little stay. Not really anything to dislike.
• Silvia (9/5): The apartment next to King's Cross is really next to king's Cross. - New, clean and tidy. No windows, not suitable for long stays.
