• SANDRA MARIA (7/5): Tirando a boa localização. Foi decepcionante . - Boa localização Café da manhã fraco, somente coisas doces, péssimo para diabéticos. Quarto pequeno, barulhento, banheiro minúsculo, chuveiro levava quase dez minutos para esquentar. Não havia lugar para estender roupas (dois cabides no guarda-roupa ) e nem ganchos para as toalhas do banheiro. A cama era um sofá cama pequeno, no qual batíamos o joelho toda vez que íamos levantar. Muito aquém do que foi anunciado no site. Decepcionante.

Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas hasta después del check out y nos preguntaban todos los dias que tal estaba siendo nuestras expectativas estancia.

• Andrea (7/5): Výborná lokalita, dobrý pomer ubytovania cena a kvalita, ale mierne nedostatky, slabé raňajky - Výborná lokalita ubytovania, blízko od stanice metra, moderné zariadenie. Pomer cena/kvalita hodnotíme taktiež pozitívne. Na izbe je varná kanvica aj bar s možnosť kúpy rôznych nápojov/občerstvenia. Raňajky sú riešenie v rámci polotovarov, nie je k dispozícii čerstvé pečivo. Počas pobytu bol k dispozícii kávovar, kde sme si mohli kedykoľvek v priebehu dňa urobiť kávu. Raňajky v podobe balených croassantov nebudeme hodnotiť a komentovať, stravovali sme sa v meste. V tomto smere je priestor na zlepšenie, čo môže zvýšiť aj spokojnosť ubytovanych hosti. Ďalej bol na izbe problém s vodou, išla v kúpelke studená voda. Museli sme to riešiť, ale problém sa opakoval.

• Adela (10/5): Krásný pokoj na super místě. Metro/autobusová zastávka pouhé dvě minuty chůze, v okolí je spousta restaurací a kavár - Krásný prostorný pokoj v super lokalitě. Pokoj byl čistý. Zatemňující závěsy a různé druhy světel jsou velké plus. Určitě doporučuji!

La consiglieremo ad amici e conoscenti che cercano un alloggio a Roma. - Stanza ben ristrutturata e pulita ogni giorno da personale molto simpatico e accogliente. Completa di tutto, dagli asciugamani puliti (cambiati giornalmente) a dei set completi per il bagno. Posizione ottima veramente a due passi dal Vaticano e Castel Sant’Angelo.

El acceso al desayuno es sencillo y práctico, ideal para comenzar bien el día. El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento y disponible, lo que transmitió confianza y hospitalidad. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de metro Ottaviano, lo que facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad y la visita a los principales puntos de interés. • Dario (7/5): - The location is excellent: just steps from Ottaviano metro station, close to several bus stops, and within walking distance of the Vatican. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and full of shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Prati near Via Cola di Rienzo. The staff were very kind and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure our stay was going well and responding quickly whenever needed. Breakfast, however, could be improved. There isn’t a dedicated breakfast room; it is served in the hallway where the rooms are located, which can sometimes cause a bit of noise. The products are mainly packaged items (good brands, but mostly sweet options) and there isn’t really a savory alternative. In our room, the shower sometimes took a while before the hot water came through, and it would be nice to have bedside tables next to the beds. Cleanliness overall was fine, but I did notice some stains on the bed cover, which should be addressed, especially for a property that positions itself as premium. Overall, a great stay thanks to the fantastic location and attentive hosts, with a few aspects that could be improved to better match the premium standard.

A pochi passi dalle stazione taxi, bus e metro, nonostante sia centrale, la zona la notte è silenziosa e tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla, spaziosa e pulita, arricchita da un kit di accoglienza completo. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di poter depositare gratuitamente bagagli in struttura sia prima che dopo, caratteristica essenziale che non è scontato venga offerta. Davide, il nostro referente, è stato gentilissimo accontentando ogni nostra richiesta. La celerità e la gentilezza con cui ci ha assistiti durante tutta la nostra permanenza, ha reso il nostro soggiorno più piacevole. Dovendo tornare a Roma, saremo sicuramente ancora vostri ospiti!!!

La literie était bien, la climatisation très pratique. Un mini bar est disponible dans la chambre avec des tarif très raisonnable.

Davide l'host con la quale mi sono interfacciato, cortese, operativo e professionale. Il self check-in/out grazie ai video molto intuitivi risultano facili. Se dovessi tornare in zona sarò sicuramente un loro ospite!! Bravissimi tutti!!

• Eiman (10/5): A cozy, beautifully furnished and well-maintained room. - The property is lovely, cozy and very well-maintained. The location is Amazing and the host (Mr David) is very kind and gentle. Breakfast/snacks are available all day which is really useful. A huge plus is that the toilets have Shattaf/Bidet available which is very rare in Europe. We really enjoyed our stay. None.

• Laura (3/5): Decepcin romana - La ubicación La habitación en general aceptable, se nota que han hecho obras pero hay cosas mal terminadas, como los rodapies..., las paredes, la cisterna... ventana, contraventana. En el baño faltan colgadores,la ducha abre al revés, no hay armario ni bidet, ( como se indica en la descripción) ni tampoco escritorio y eso que era una habitación doble superior. Lo peor el split de aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, los primeros días no enfriaba, luego lo miraron y parecía que si, nos cambiaron el mando. Pero el último día, aún apagado seguía saliendo aire para adentro y tenía una fuga de gas del aire acondicionado. A pesar de los intentos de los dueños por arreglarlo no llegó a venir ningún técnico... caía agua del split a cada rato. El desayuno es realmente malo. Solo hay cosas envasadas y pocas y algunos días la máquina del café no funcionaba y faltaban alimentos. Una vez comunicado a los dueños respusieron por la tarde... Falta de profesionalidad de los dueños. El problema es que como allí no hay nadie presencial, el tema de las llaves no estaba bien explicado, y lo peor es que no se atendieron las peticiones que hicimos al inicio de la reserva... Parecen aficionados.

• Guest (10/5): Excellent Guest House and highly recommend. - Excellent location, Vatican is minutes walk away. Metro, transportation near by. There are excellent restaurants and shopping all around the building. Busy area but room was very quiet. Room was excellent, great accessories, even slippers for everyone and very comfortable beds. It is a guest house so there is no front desk but easy instructions sent to our phone. Breakfast, very good, large selection and available all day with Cappuccino machine! In room small refrigerator with snacks for purchase which is great when you arrive late. Davide, the manager, kept in contact daily since we made the reservation. Helped with transportation to the house. We were 3 woman and appreciated his recommendations for restaurants/places to visit. We felt safe and he made us feel like family. Thanks Davide, see you soon, we will definitely return and refer you to our friends. The rooms are small but compatible with other hotels in this area since they are old buildings. Despite not being new buildings the room had modern accommodations.

The room is cleaned everyday and breakfast is a bonus.Metro is 5 minutes walk or centre is from 20 minutes walk. Vatikan is on the other side of the road. Air conditioning is a massive plus.Francesca is very attentive and responds to any queries straight away- nothing was too much trouble for her! Would definitely recommend this place!

По любым вопросам касательно экскурсий развлечений заказа такси из и в аэропорт всегда обращались к руководству отеля на связи 24/7 WhatsApp Рядом находятся рестораны бары пиццерии. Цены вполне приемлемы, качество вкусно но если мало ходить растолстеешь))))) Рекомендую! Четыре дня для Рима мало.

• Jörg (9/5): Zentrale Lage, nette Gastgeber, zu empfehlen. - Die Lage ist perfekt, unweit des Vatikans. In der Nähe liegen mehrere Ristorantes. Zimmergröße für 3 Personen und wenigen Übernachtungen ausreichend. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Safe. Hygieneartikel stehen kostenlos im Bad zur Verfügung. Frühstück wird auf dem Flur in Form von einzeln verpackten Gebäckstücken oder anderen Snacks und Getränken angeboten. Nette Gastgeber, denen die Zufriedenheit ihre Gäste wichtig ist. Im Bad wären Haken für die nassen Hand- und Badetücher wichtig, sowie im Schlafbereich mehr Stauraum, Aufhängungen ( Haken, Bügel ) Bekleidung, bei Belegung mit 3 Personen. Weiterhin wäre eine kleine Ablage am Bett schön, z.B. für Handy, Kopfhörer, Buch, etc..

• patricia (10/5): Un lugar para volver siempre… - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a va pasos del Vaticano , calles principales y el metro. Los propietarios están muy atentos a cada necesidad y preocupados de que nuestra estancia sea placentera . Hay una persona que hace la limpieza diaria en la pieza. En cuanto a las piezas, estas son cómodas para 3 personas, había una cama matrimonial y una pequeña cama en donde alcanzaba perfectamente un adulto (no sé si era una cama de emergencia). Había snack , frutas , lácteos , café y todo lo necesario a disposición para el desayuno e incluso si uno quería preparar un café más tarde uno podía hacerlo, estaba todo siempre disponible (se agradece porque siempre quería tomar un café por la tarde cuando comenzaba a trabajar). La pieza cuenta con hervidor, amenities de muy buena calidad y hasta pantuflas que estaban perfectas) Muchas gracias por todo y volveré !!! Por decir algo aunque todo estuvo perfecto , en mi caso particular me faltó un pequeño escritorio con una silla en la pieza . A pesar que en área común hay una barra con asientos para trabajar, para mí no era posible utilizarlo porque yo tenía que conectarme a una reunión o tenía clases hasta más allá de las 02:00 hrs . Resolví colocando el computador en un mueble de la pieza y me sentaba en un piso que había en la pieza.
• cadonik (10/5): - Il B&b si trova a pochi passi da Piazza Risorgimento, in un palazzo ben tenuto con ascensore ed è stato ristrutturato di recente, La nostra camera era un po sacrificata come spazi, ma essendo una tripla, ci sta. Arredata in stile minimal moderno, si presenta estremamente pulita e confortevole. Comodo il letto, tende spesse per evitare il disturbo della luce, frigobar, wifi, bollitore con tisane e the a disposizione. Morbidi asciugamani e prodotti per l'igiene di piccolo formato a disposizione (anche spazzolino e dentifricio e rasoi e schiumadabarba). Per la colazione abbondanti prodotti di qualità, sia dolci che salati, frutta fresca e prodotti senza glutine. Caffè e cappuccino o latte, vengono preparati tramite una macchina eccezionale, che macina il caffè sul momento e utilizza latte non in polvere ma a disposizione nel frigo. Punti di forza: La posizione, a due passi da San Pietro, dalla metro Ottaviano e da numerose fermate di bus. La pulizia di tutti gli ambienti ( la camera viene rifatta tutti i giorni). L'attenzione per il cliente. Infatti, pur non avendo mai incontrato i proprietari, in ogni momento si sono resi disponibili per risolvere piccoli disservizi. Inoltre il contatto con loro era quotidiano, anche solo per accertarsi che andasse tutto bene. Il bagno veramente piccolo. La colazione si fa tra l'ingresso e l'andito dell'appartamento, dove c'è una sorta di mensola lunga che funge da tavolo e 4 sgabelli alti. È necessario quindi turnare con gli altri ospiti. Ritengo però che gli aspetti positivi superino le criticità sopradescritte.
