• Haitham And Giorgi (1/5): It is one the worst place we stayed in all over the world. - *location only. * It is So old also not even 2 stars while is written 4 stars !!!. “ we are to much disappointed and shocked how on booking.com mentioned that it is 4 stars , booking.com has to check all of the properties before labelling them on their website” unfortunately this point is repeated in many countries, a hotel mentioned star rating higher than the real rating ‼️‼️👎. *The room dirty , smelly , the window in the bathroom can not be close , so all kinds of insects enter the bathroom, to much flies , mosquitoes & Flying insects 🤦‍♂️⁉️‼️. * poor breakfast. * Unfriendly disrespectful staff 👎‼️. *Not Honest ( A hotel that is not trustworthy with guests' belongings) we forgot 2 trousers 👖 inside the cabinet so we contacted them but nor replay them we decided to back the hotel in next day while we are still in Phuket to ask about them to collect them back unfortunately they were claiming that there was nothing while we are 100% sure they were in that cabinet we hung them in the closet after wash at night and we forgot to collect them in the morning the time for check out , such a shame from them 👎‼️🤦‍♂️.

Massage parlors less than 3 min walk alot of other stuff less than 10min walk to main road. Bike parking out front. There was no where to put soap in shower and your not provided wash clothes( I had my own).

• François (5/5): Passable pour un séjour court - L’emplacement est bon à condition de circuler en scooter , au calme, pas très loin de Patong . Je recommande le restaurant juste à côté qui est excellent et qui est référencé. Le propreté laisse à désirer , le personnel est aimable mais il ne faut pas trop leur en demander . Je n’ai pas eu l’impression d’avoir à faire à des titulaires mais à des remplaçants

After reading a few negative reviews beforehand, I can confidently say our experience was the complete opposite — absolutely outstanding in every possible way. The staff were beyond amazing: incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their level of service was simply top-tier. A special thank you goes to Nick and Roi, who were especially wonderful — professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Their excellent English made communication effortless, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the entire property was immaculate. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool, in particular, was pristine — crystal clear and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. This place is also absolutely perfect for families with children. The staff made our stay even more special by bringing water guns to the pool, which was such a thoughtful and fun touch for the kids. Overall, this stay was nothing short of perfect. The combination of outstanding service, exceptional cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere made it truly memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a flawless and relaxing experience.

Ligt niet ver van strand en centrum met winkels , supermarkten en restaurants. Zwembad en terras op het dak. Dat gasten zich niet aan de regels houden bij het zwembad . Graag meer controle.

Las duchas tienen mucha presión de agua, son grandes, lo cual lo diferencia de muchos hoteles de la zona. Suelos de madera natural. Aire acondicionado silencioso. Muy buen tamaño de habitacion, con nevera y despacho. Siempre hay cosas que se pueden mejorar como en todos sitios, pero siempre que vaya a Kamala me alojare aqui, calidad-precio, lo mejor que he encontrado.

• Johnson (ZION) (5/5): Great value but sadly I won’t return - The property is near beautiful Kamala beach and clean and tidy I was really disappointed to have to pay £30 for misplacing my key card. Especially as I didn’t have any cash to pay it. If you are going to charge that high amount for a replacement key card you should have a card machine payment system at the hotel. I have never in my life had to pay more than the room to replace a key card for a hotel room.

De var hjälpsamma och mycket trevliga. Kunde inte varit bättre. Saknade att det inte finns balkonger till rummen men detta viste vi om. Bra städat men det var omöjligt att få nya rena av de mindre handdukarna varje dag. När vi bett om detta i 4 dagar gav vi upp. Däremot badlakan byttes varje dag.

Clean and spacious rooms and lovely breakfast each morning. Thank you to Nick and Brown for their friendliness and help with whatever we needed. Nothing to dislike. Maybe the rooftop pool area could be improved by providing a bit of shade with some umbrellas as it gets very hot.

Sehr sauber Die Lage ist zentral, allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein können. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber ausreichend. Das Hotel hat insgesamt noch mehr Potenzial, das mit einigen Verbesserungen besser ausgeschöpft werden könnte. Der Pool, der in vielen Bewertungen sehr gehypt wird, ist allerdings recht klein und entspricht nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die durch die Bewertungen und Bilder der Unterkunft entstehen.

Requires professional care to make the water clear and CLEAN! This is my ONLY criticism of Yenna. Everything else, fantastic 🙏🙏

The bathroom was smelling and for this reason the all room smell every time the bathroom door was left open. No very comfortable beds. Kamala beach was average as area to stay, no what we expected.

La photo de la piscine a créé de faux espoirs . De plus il y a un manque d’ameublement tels chaises tables et parasols sur la terrasse afin de rendre celle-ci invitante et agréable à y vivre.

Реально, они умеют жарить яйца, чтобы и желток был жидким и белок весь прожаренный. - Кондиционер рабочий. - Сантехника рабочая, хотя и немного уставшая. - Пешком до пляжа. Сам пляж мне понравился больше остальных (ездил на машине, есть с чем сравнить). - Ушные палочки ^_^ - Место для курения на крыше. - Окна в некоторых номерах выходят так, что смотреть не на что. - Бассейн на крыше не всегда чистый. Стекла также следовало бы помыть.
