• Joshua (6/5): Agréable - L’hospitalité, ainsi que l’emplacement L’annonce n’indique pas clairement que c’est une chambre dans un appartement partagé avec salle de bain partagée. De plus, Le départ se fait tôt ce qui peut gêner dans l’organisation. Toutefois personne arrangeante.

• HALLAL (10/5): Au top - La chambre que j’ai réservée est tout simplement formidable. Elle est idéalement située, à quelques mètres seulement de la mer, un vrai bonheur. Tout est propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. Et l’hôte est exceptionnelle : accueillante, attentionnée et vraiment chaleureuse.

Vervolgens laten ze je niet binnen en zijn ze ervandoor met je centen.antwoorden ook niet tijdig om je ik het zak te zetten. Ik heb ook alle bewijsmateriaal. Booking wilt hier niets aan doen. Dus via Booking betaal en boek ik ook niets meer!! Terwijl ze alle bewijzen hebben!!!

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de loger dans l'appartement en meme temps que le/la proprietaire. Donc sdb et toilette partagées et espace limité à la chambre, me limiter quand je téléphone .... ce n'est pas mon truc.

Надо ставить машину на проезжей части, и в то время когда тебе сзади сигналят автомобили, тебе надо быстро выгрузить сумки в доль дороги, и оставить их там, пока не найдешь место парковки Мне не понравилось совершенно все. Я сразу же сделал отмену, и до сих пор жду свои деньги. На что хозяева ответили, что я порчу их бизнес, и они могут подать на меня в суд.

• Meindert (1/5): Host didn't show up - worst experience ever - Near to airport. The host didn't show and therefore I had to try to find another accommodation in the middle of the night. Still they took the money and I only got the tourist taxes refunded. What a shame!
• Allison (3/5): Bare minimum - The property is in a good location to the airport/train station. Was clean. I and a lot of people don’t like such late check in and early check outs- people are tired from their journey and want to rest and relax not just jump in bed and jump out. Host is nice, but I wish she was more accommodating.
• Hewag (7/5): Good - Quiet homestay with comfortable room and shared bathroom. Close to public transport, the beach, and a grocer/pharmacy. Walking distance to the beach. Need to eat out all the time and best if you out all day.

• Manuel (6/5): Pleasant - Owner we super nice and apartment was clean. Well connected to metros leading into town. Towels and air conditioning provided. Good communication from the owner - responded promptly. This is a room in the owners house, with a shared bathroom. This was not made clear in the description. Check in was only available late in the day (6pm), opposite to other places we stayed, so we couldn’t drop off our bags. Room was noisy as it’s near a Main Street.
• Antonia (10/5): Exceptional - The place was absolutely clean, close to the beach, close to the airport. The lady who is renting the place was incredibly friendly, she could not speak much English but she showed us everything quickly and check in and check out was super easy. The shared space such as bathroom was super clean and we had a maximum of privacy. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh towels. We can absolutely recommend this place, it is simple and has everything you need (TV, air condition in the room). Thanks so much, we would book it again Everything was fine. Thanks again.
• Donna (8/5): Very good - Our original booking cancelled at the last minute but Booking.com found us another place, no small task given it was Nice during the summer. It was in a different neighborhood than we wanted, but still very convenient to the tram, restaurants, beach, etc. The hostess was extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable in her home.
• Rastislav (1/5): It's a scam! - First, it's not a hotel. Second, it's not even a private room, you'll have to share the bathroom with other travelers. Third, the lady who runs this racket is extremely rude and slightly psychotic. Anyway, it became clear to me that the entire establishment is a fraud so I canceled the stay and got charged a full price for the cancelation. I was under the impression that booking.com is able to identify and block such scams on their portal.
• Julie (3/5): Not a very welcoming host. - There was A/C in the bedroom. That was good. And the bed was ok. Late check in, early check out. Not possible to store luggage. The host didn’t speak english and that led to confusion. We were told off for something she didn’t manage to explain in english.
• Abbey (1/5): Horrific and will make you wish you never booked it. - - For starters -This isn’t a hotel!!- The lady who runs this is rude and standoffish. We had to share the bathroom - which she took it upon herself to argue with us about the floor being slightly wet after showers. We also were made upon entering to take our shows off. However, it became clear to me that we had to leave our stay early here when she contacted us when we were out on a day trip. She accused us of damaging a table in the room asking for more money. This wasn’t us! This was an attempt to get more money out of two young people staying with her. She then, after refusal of payment, went on to hurl abuse via text. She then threatened to contact police over “stolen” keys and the “damaged” table. So do not stay here it will ruin your trip.
• Nadejda (10/5): Excellent - Everything was amazing. The hostess is an wonderful and pleasant lady. The room is very comfortable. What’s more the apartment is well located near the train station and tramway station also. The beach is very close to the apartment.

• Tetiana (10/5): Very sweet and cleaner place - We spent one of the wonderful times in Nice in our life. And owner of apartment Yamina was so sweet and help to my husband made surprise for me. And she was very very kind. Her apartment was so clean and comfortable. I will recommend this operation to my good friend.

• Dramirezgu (3/5): Poor - This place is very well located near the main road of Antibes that looks over to the beach. IT IS ONLY A ROOM, Not a hotel, and you share the place (bathroom included) with the owner. have that in mind when you come. Also, check-in is at 20h and check out at 9 am, which I find a little short.
