- Joao Paulo (6/5): - O hotel é bem localizado, a duas quadras da famosa Quinta Avenida de Playa Del Carmen, mas longe o suficiente do barulho para permitir uma boa noite de sono. A equipe é educada e simpática, e o hotel tem uma diária bastante módica comparada à média da cidade. Os quartos têm um tamanho bom e o ventilador e o ar condicionado funcionaram bem. A limpeza foi um ponto que motivou contato pontual com a recepção. No primeiro dia, havia bastante pó no chão e nas prateleiras do armário. Nos dias seguintes a limpeza melhorou. Mas, ainda assim, a apresentação de itens como as toalhas, com rasgos e manchas, eclipsa os pontos positivos. Importante frisar que o hotel não oferece café da manhã mas há vários lugares nas proximidades que suprem essa lacuna.

I wish guests will keep their conversation at a low level in the front desk. Location,location,location very close to the food court and walking distance to Maine a ave. Also offer a free parking space! I will be back! Week coffee.
