• Gary (7/5): Once we got in, we enjoyed the stay. Would not come again because it's not convenient - We appreciated the good large bed (American King size) and the ability to do laundry. We were sent a email link to hold our phone up to an entry screen on the building door. There was no such entry screen to use the link. We could not get in. It also did not have the name of the rental company anywhere, Magno apartments, so we didn’t even know if we were in the right place. We were scared and frustrated.

• Maria Isabel (10/5): Bien y el patio esta genial con ducha y todo - Cafetera con capsulas, bien. Un poco caro, el finde era un poco especial con lo de La Copa Del Rey
• Marika (9/5): Alles in allem für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt empfehlenswert und in einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage war genial, aber sehr zu empfehlen und wirklich etwas von der Stadt zu sehen und die Altstadt zu erleben. Sehr nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Restaurants besonders an der Ecke. Jede Menge Bars. Es hätte einmal in der Zeit eine Reinigung stattfinden können . Zeitweise war es etwas kühl, etwas schwer zu heizen in alles Räumen .

• Nikita (10/5): Fijn verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar. - Het is een fijn en schoon appartement. Wij voelde ons hier snel thuis. De locatie is 10 minuten lopen naar de Setas, naar de andere bezienswaardigheden is het iets langer lopen. We vonden de wijk waar het appartement in ligt gezellig. ‘s Avonds is het erg stil in de omgeving, we hebben erg lekker geslapen.

• Ephy Kouzi (10/5): The management was overall professional and the stay was very pleasant. - The flat is true to the description: spacious, comfortable enough for four people, nicely decorated, and well-kept. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The location was very convenient—about a 30-minute walk to both Isla de la Cartuja and the main tourist centre. We did have some initial issues with the building’s door app, but the hosts were responsive and provided a physical key the next day. There was also a bag of laundry left in the flat upon our arrival, though the team offered to remove it the next day or at the end of our stay.

• Angelo (9/5): Struttura nel complesso da consigliare per un piacevole soggiorno a Siviglia - Appartamento molto confortevole ben strutturato dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Appena arrivati per entrare nell'appartamento bisogna prima farsi aprire il portone da un condomino del palazzo suonando il citofono, cosa che abbiamo fatto ma la signora che ci ha aperto era alquanto infastidita. Non abbiamo potuto vedere i canali tv in chiaro. Qualche formica di troppo in cucina e sul letto di una camera.
• Antonio (4/5): La estancia fue agradable, si no hubiera sido por los malos olores. - El apartamento en general está bien pero tiene un problema grave: el mal olor. Al entrar en el vestíbulo te llega un mal olor dulzón, como de cloaca. Dentro del apartamento también se nota, sobre todo cuando abres el armario. Para colmo, cuando encendíamos la calefacción se añadía otro mal olor, como a gasolina. El olor a cloaca creo que es uno de los problemas de la ciudad de Sevilla (o de algunas zonas), porque hace dos años me pasó lo mismo en Triana. Aconsejo a los visitantes no alquilar plantas bajas.
• Joaquin (8/5): Séjour parfait - J’ai dû relancer à 2 reprises l’entreprise de gestion pour avoir les informations sur la façon de procéder avec la caution. L’appartement était froid, chauffage/clim off, mais il chauffait assez vite. Bruit de pompe clim assez présent dans une des chambres. Trop d’échanges à faire avec un bot de l’application whatsapp pour y avoir la réponse de quelqu’un. Peu de valeur pour le résultat obtenu.
• Héctor (9/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es en mi opinión su punto fuerte. Cerca de la Iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses y apenas a 20' andando de La Catedral, El Alcázar, Los Jardines de María Luisa, La Plaza España o La Giralda.
• Melis (6/5): Good if you’re looking for a local experience / want to feel like you live in Seville. - Big, comfortable beds and pillows, great size apt, incredibly comfortable for 2 friends/couples, each has their own “chamber” with own bathroom. Everything keyless. Very nicely decorated and v clean. Walls super thin and apt is ground floor where other residents leave their bikes etc by the door —-> no problem if you’re a deep sleeper but I was woken up multiple times, most notably by a screaming child and mother one morning. While the apt is bright, the apt and courtyard get zero sunlight. The location is super local (can be a pro or con for you depending on preference) and is a 20 min+ walk to center/tourist spots on cobblestone streets, which can be tough. Would’ve been nice to have some paper towels in kitchen. And while super clean, smelled heavily of cleaning bleach when first entered —> needs to be aired out. Absolutely no flexibility with checkout time + can’t leave luggage for even an hour.

Appartamento davvero confortevole, spazi ampi, doccia caldissima, letto supercomodo. Facilissimo entrare nell'appartamento grazie al link inviato dalla proprietà, senza bisogno di chiave! Consigliatissimo! Niente, è stato tutto perfetto

• Evelyn (8/5): Buena opción - El apartamento era muy confortable y grande. Pero la forma de entrar al edificio era un poco difícil pues solamente yo podía acceder y mi amiga tenía que esperar por mi. El apartamento está ubicado en un sector solitario y aunque no se presentó ningún percance de seguridad lo cierto es que no deja de asustar como uno no conoce el área.

• Mathieu (8/5): Nice stay in a conveniently location. - The appartment was well located in a quiet street. It was decently furnished and the atrium brought light to the place. Despite confirming a baby cot with the host before booking, we were notified hours before the check-in that no baby cot was available. We eventually found one in the closet (the host didn't seem to know) but unfortunately without bed sheets. The host communication could be better. Also the place could have been cleaner (the floor hadn't been mopped in a while).

• Andreia (10/5): Foram dias perfeitos em Sevilla! - Tudo perfeito! Fomos de carro, pois no filtro da booking.com colocamos estacionamento como comodidade e esse imóvel apareceu. Porém, ao chegarmos lá, as ruas eram super estreitas e não havia garagem. Resultado: pagamos 40€ a mais de estacionamento em um hospital próximo, foi bem complicado!!

• Javier Jesus (10/5): - El apartamento esta muy bien y tiene 2 habitaciones muy cómodas y confortables, baño con tina y todo lo necesario como jabones, shampoo y toallas, con servicio de cocina con vajillas, platos, vasos, cucharas, ollas, etc y servicio de lavadora. El mobiliario de todo el apartamento nos gusto bastante. El check in lo realice por internet y me enviaron las claves para ingresar al apartamento y no tuvimos problemas para ingresar. De pronto que queda en un callejón y que el taxi nos dejo a unas 2 cuadras del apartamento. Aunque esto no represento ningún inconveniente para nosotros.
