• Jin Taek (7/5): - 기본적인 세안용품, 세탁용품, 설겆이 등 용품들이 잘준비되어있고 침구류나 다른 전체적인 청결도는 만족스러웠습니다 몇가지만 빼구요. 직원들이 응답해주는 속도나 친절도는 만족스러웠습니다. 세탁기 뒤에서 이전에 사용했던 사람들의 속옷과 양말이 나와서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 아파트먼트식 호텔이다보니 연박시에 수건이 최초 지급된거를 세탁해서 재사용해야하는점이 불편하고 청소또한 추가금을 줘야했습니다. 난바역에서 도보로 15분 이라고 나오지만 일본여행인만큼 걸음수가 많아서 밤에 지친상태로 들어갈때 힘들었던 거리입니다. 사진에 테이블 1개에 의자가 4개로 나오는데 제가 썻던방만 이상했던건지 테이블이 벽에 붙어있고 의자는 3개뿐이였습니다. 사진이랑 다르게 생각했던것보다 좁습니다.

• Lisa (6/5): Decent location, secure and spacious bedrooms. - Spacious bedrooms, one with large wardrobe, 2 toilets, big fridge/freezer, keypad entry, decent location, quiet, heating/cooling, lift, wifi, balcony off 2 bedrooms overlooking the street. Pretty clean (but quite ‘tired’ especially bathroom areas). Couldn’t see any washing up cloths (although there was liquid). No laundry powder/liquid for washing machine. No couch, curtain used for bathroom door, slightly grimy building and some areas of mould inside apartment. Funny little 4cm high step in hallway that we all stubbed our toes/tripped on! Not able to leave luggage after check out.

• Snedden (7/5): - I liked the room. The entryway is very steep for the elderly with luggage. The lockbox is extremely hard to find. The instructions need to be very clear. I opened the mechanical door for the room next door but not the one for my room. I still couldn't figure out the steps yo find my lockbox. We had to get help from a man who lives there. He called and got the correct information for me. Also the pillows and bedding need updated, refreshed. Also no bedding available for the futon.

• Rebekah (9/5): Fantastic large apartment for our family of 5 - perfect base for getting to Nara Park and Osaka Castle, as well as shopp - Large and comfortable apartment. Liked that bedrooms are seperate to living space, great for our group of 1 adult and 3 teenagers/young adults. Quite close to train stations, shopping and lots of options for eating from 711 to restaurants. Nothing. Only suggestion would be a couch in the dining area.

• Jessica (7/5): Perfectly acceptable. - The location was great, close to lots of shops, kombini, Maccas and coffee shops. The room had 2 large queen size beds in each room perfect for 4 people. Downside was not a lot of space to put 4 suitcases, and the bathroom had a strange smell. Otherwise very happy with our stay and would return.

The shopping areas were barely 15’ walk and there were a number of metro stations within a radius of 8-15’ walk, giving you access to all of Osaka. Nothing. It was a bit expensive but considering it was Hanami season, the prices were reasonable

• Marten (10/5): Great place to stay and use as a base to discover Osaka - Apartment vs a cramped hotel room. Great for groups or families. Can easily sleep up to 7 across 3 rooms. 2 restrooms and 2 showers (1 also had a bath). Easy to get around. Metro K line is a 10 min walk Limited seating furniture in living room area. We could not figure out how to turn off the sensor light switch in the 2nd bedroom. It turned on with the slightest movement in bed.

It was great that there was a lift. It was great to be able to communicate in English. We appreciate it. A door on the bathroom would have been terrific. Room in the second bedroom for our bags would have been appreciated. We had to access the contents of our suitcases in the kitchen/dining space. Space and hooks for drying towels would have been ideal.

• Kathy (6/5): Good value but not the best for families with kids. - Property was ok for our short stay, had enough beds and basic amenities including a washing machine and we dried clothes under the air-con. Located 20min walk from Namba station and Dontonbori. Was good for the price. For my family of 5 all 3 beds in 1 bedroom side by side so not much room for luggage or anything else really. There was a dining table for 4 but no other sitting area. We had difficulty locating the lock box on check-in as there was no description of where it was located, we had to ask someone to help us find it. It was also not the best location if you are travelling around Osaka with small kids as train stations were not direct and can get a little iffy at night when girls line the nearby streets.
• Ketan (10/5): Nihonbashi Royal - The location was great and close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibasuji. Flat was very spacious with two rooms and two toilets and separate bathroom. The kitchen was also great and TV etc. Everything is very modern with lights controlled by remote etc adding the element of ease. The beds in the room were great but slightly less space between the beds especially in the second room so no ideal place to put suitcase or luggage. However, there is plenty of space in the open plan kitchen and living room which is what we used.

• Fong Tai (8/5): This property is incredibly good value for what it offers, it was quite spacious with 6 double beds in the property and - Very spacious, very clean and fairly convenient location The check in process is very awkward and the way it’s setup doesn’t inspire confidence because there is a mandatory step to take a photo in front of the building with AI verification before you can begin the check in process requiring to use part of your arrival day to do this step and it requires everyone in your party to take this photo individually. The drains in the sinks and showers also were a little clogged when we were visiting as well.

A bit distance to Metro and JR station , it is not that comfortable to walk this distance in Summer with kids and seniors, others all good.

• Michael (9/5): Good and wonderful - The place itself is superb, clean and all were available inside the house, train station is a 8 and 12 minutes walk, good for small hand carries and not so good for big luggages, elevator access is limited (only 1) but in general i gave it a positive remarks and would recommend to others. Thank you. Big luggages makes hard to transfer since the accommodation is a 8 and 12 minutes from the metro and train stations.

Would be good if the owner could correct this. the address on booking.com in japanese is correct. • Rdonna (7/5): Good value but could use some improvements - The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for a group of 4. The location is a little off the beaten path but their are stores and restaurants around. It could use a few more amenities. There were no coffee or tea cups, could use a broom as well. There should be a door or at least a curtain in the bathroom area. When you get out of the shower there is no door to the outside hallway so you're exposed to anyone walking by. It was also very difficult to check in. I understand uploading a passport photo but we actually had to take a picture of each guest in front of the building and then upload it. It took forever as our phone did not have great connectivity. Did not experience in any other place we stayed in Japan.
