• Chris (10/5): Great place, great location - Once figured out, pretty easy, but the on line questionnaire was a bit of a pain, especially the 2nd time, as all the answers were the same, but I was on the road without access to my computer.
• Sarahneeya (8/5): - I really didn't like it that the bed was facing south. It was a very funny orientation in the room for the pillows to be below the windows. The stay would have been nicer if the windows could be opened to allow fresh air or at least clear glass to see out during the day. I wouldn't stay again just because the location is too much out of my path but it is as expected.
• Marloes (7/5): - De locatie vlakbij de metro, leuke wijk en schone kamer Dat het raam niet open mocht en je niet naar buiten kon kijken door de folie. Een afdruiprekje was ook handig geweest.

• Elisabetta (8/5): We really enjoyed the appartement. - Really nice appartement with all basis comfort, including a washing machine. Close to the metro in Setagaya, and close to supermarket and a lot of restaurant. Perfect for visiting the south part of Tokyo It take some time by train/ metro if you have to visit the north part of Tokyo.

• Barbara Silvia (8/5): eine perfekte Wohnung, zentral gelegen, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel - Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, es stand eine Schlüsselbox zur Verfügung. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, sowie Restaurants für die Verpflegung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem kann man sich in der Umgebung sehr vielfältig verpflegen und einkaufen. Das Sonnenlicht in der Wohnung wurde durch Aufkleben einer milchigen Folie geblock, wir fanden das schade, die Wohnung wäre heller erschienen.
• Njegos Nezic (8/5): - The location and apartment itself including the facilities is top notch. Nothing to complain about, the price is also very reasonable. It was very cold during our stay in Tokyo. We had to heat using the AC but there's a lot of draft through the window in the bedroom. The AC also made the air very dry, like 27% humidity. Normally I wouldn't complain about that but for people traveling with a baby in the colder months like us, this might be good to know. I think a humidifier in the bedroom could help.

Très bien équipé avec draps, serviettes, produits de toilette, café, thé. Très bien situé pour visiter Tokyo, proche station de métro, Family Mark et restaurants sympa. • Mario (1/5): - Nothing. This place is a complete disaster. No heating at all – only air conditioning, which is terrible for sleeping. Windows cannot be opened, so you are forced to breathe recycled air all night. They tried to charge me 9000 yen just for a key – unbelievable and unacceptable. The bed is ridiculously small and extremely uncomfortable. Sleeping here was impossible. This is not accommodation, this is torture. Avoid at all costs.

• Muhammad Asyraf (9/5): I will stay here again someday for sure. - Very quiet location. Clean. Near bus stop & train station. Near to konbini, aeon, carrot tower, etc. Very secure and convenient. Located at a sophisticated area i think. Surrounded with schools and universities. Window or sliding door can’t be open. So u can see what is happening outside.

• Kamio (8/5): Vil meget gerne komme tilbage hvis rengøringen bliver forbedret da det er en fin og ny bygning, faciliteten i en meget f - Beliggenhed er god, bygningen og faciliteten er nye Siden faciliteten er ny ser det fint ud til at starte med, rengøringen er desværre ringe - Rester/skrald fra sidste gæster under sengen, gamle skrald under skraldpose, støv fra klædeskabets stange etc.

• Lucio (7/5): - La posizione è fantastica in un bel quartiere con molti servizi ma anche tranquillo e a misura d'uomo. L'appartamento è grande, ben rifinito e fornito di quasi tutto il necessario in cucina e bagno. Non è possibile per regolamento aprire le finestre, che per me è un grosso problema in quanto la sola areazione fornita dai bocchettoni di riciclo dell'aria è dai condizionatori non è ne sufficiente ne salutare. Il Plus di prendere una casa piuttosto che un Hotel dovrebbe proprio essere la possibilità di vivere in modo più simile possibile a una abitazione. Inoltre nel nostro appartamento il 104 in salone non era presente il divano ma solo una piccola poltrona monoposto.
• Michael (8/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage. Mädchenschule und Woman's High school gleich in der Nachbarschaft. Dort will man keine Nachtschwärmer und Partys, denn die Anwohner dort wollen ihre Ruhe haben. Wer da was anderes sucht, sollte besser woanders buchen. Das wird aber seitens des Gastgebers noch explizit eingefordert. Wir waren schon öfters in Sangenjaya und uns hat es im Aqua sehr gut gefallen. Würde wieder buchen.
