- Nicole (10/5): Excellent location for Newport beach for families or groups - Plenty of space , 3 bedrooms, bunk beds in one room were double sized so good for adults. Well equipped kitchen , excellent location to the beach! Comfortable seating areas. Had laundry area but didn’t use. Nothing at all!
- Adesseya (10/5): Perfect relaxing getaway - The property was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of kitchenware and other amenities. Short walk to the beach Parking was tight especially when 2 vehicles were parked in the carport at the same time
- Anita (10/5): - This property was a short distance from the beach, like stated, everything was walking distance, including the grocery store, the beach and all the bars that are at pier We went during spring break, and there was quite some noise outside past curfew around neighborhood. Was not a problem for us and also not sure if it’s all year or just because it was spring break, all neighbors were friendly

The owner was always available to answer questions. We loved everything. No complaints. Can't recommend this place enough. Location was prime, literally a 2 block walk from Newport Beath
