• Maria Letizia Stefanucci (10/5): - Accoglienza eccezionale, sempre pronte a rispondere e a soddisfare le richieste tramite WhatsApp. Affittacamere delizioso, arredato con cura e molto pulito all'interno di un palazzo storico. Possibilità di caffè espresso di qualità, acqua e biscottini nello spazio comune ad ogni ora e senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La camera e il bagno dotati di ogni comfort. Il letto eccezionalmente comodo. Siamo venuti per un concerto all'Arena, che è dietro l'angolo, quindi posizione perfetta. Lo consiglio vivamente. Nulla!!! Tutto meraviglioso.

Standard jest bardzo wysoki, w takich obiektach to naprawdę niespotykane. Jeśli wrócę do Werony to nie wyobrażam sobie spać gdzie indziej ... Nie ma takich rzeczy...

The linens and bed were very nice and comfortable. The room was a bit smaller than expected for the price. Taxifahrt ca. 10 min bis Bahnhof Verona Porta Nuova, Das Zimmer neu, gross genug, das Badezimmer gross und alles sauber. Online check in war unkompliziert. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Draussen im Gang gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine , im Zimmer gratis Wasserflaschen und ein Wasserkocher für Tee. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Restaurant mit gutem Essen u Wein.

Le istruzioni per il check-in erano così chiare che sembrava di avere una guida personale! La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi dall’Arena, e tutto è pensato per rendere il soggiorno semplice e piacevole. Un indirizzo da tenere stretto per i prossimi viaggi a Verona!

Instructions for access, payment, directions, etc were very clear. The team made our stay simple and easy and a pleasure. The espresso service right outside our door was just the right way to start the day! And tea service within the room was the perfect way to end it. As it was a “touchless” experience, I found the communication valuable and kind. Every traveler likes to know that there are help and resources available! The location, while on a busy road and without private parking, is excellent for reaching the sights of Verona. Our thanks for a lovely stay!

Dal bollitore in camera, il mini bar con a disposizione acqua, un grande letto comodo e un bagno super accessoriato. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet! Sehr freundlicher Service, wie man ihn selten findet! Es gibt kein Frühstück, dafür aber kostenlosen Kaffee im Hotel. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant, mit gutem Frühstück.

• Merschmeyer (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war schön und die Lage des Hotels - wie dargestellt - optimal. - Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig, hochwertig und sauber, die Lage ist optimal und gut erreichbar, allerdings ein wenig versteckt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sympathisch, allerdings nicht vor Ort. Günstige Parkplätze finden sich in der Nähe. Es wird angeboten, die Registrierung selbst online durchzuführen, da die Unterkunft nicht mit Peronal ausgestattet ist. Das Registrierungstool ist leider aus meiner persönlichen Sicht etwas "sperrig", Geburtsort- und Wohnsitzeingabe wurden nicht akzeptiert. Nach entsprechender Rückmeldung an das Hotel wurde die Registrierung allerdings auf Basis der abfotografierten Ausweise vorgenommen. Das hat gut funktioniert. Mir gefällt jedoch nicht so ganz, den "Registrierungsjob" zunächst an den Kunden (Gast) zu derigieren.

Amenities such as towels, coffee/tea, hairdryer, WiFi etc were all v good. Instructions to find and access the property were very clear and communication was excellent. Location is fantastic. • Christine (10/5): Absolut zu empfehlen. - Das Guest house liegt ca 5 Gehminuten von der Piazza Bra entfernt. Es handelt sich, meiner Meinung nach um eine um- und ausgebaute große ehemalige Wohnung. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber es wurde sehr geschickt durch einen großen begehbaren Schrank Platz geschaffen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und einladend sauber. Die freundlichen und kompetenten Gastgeber waren stets in Kontakt mit uns. In einem Vorraum befand sich übrigens eine teure, hervorragend gewartete "Kaffeestation, mit Vollautomat für alle gängigen Zubereitungen, Biscottes und Süßigkeiten. Ich kann das Guest house in jedem Fall sehr empfehlen. Uns wurden auf der Straße unsere gesicherten teuren Fahrräder gestohlen. Wenn wir sie in den Hausflur stellen hätten können, was per Verbotsschild ausdrücklich nicht gestattet war, wäre das nicht passiert.
