• César (7/5): - L'appartement est parfait pour un couple. La chambre louée est au RDC surplombant la rue et...un bar. Nous avons donc eu le plus grand mal à dormir à cause des clients du bar qui sortaient fumer et discuter. Bémol aussi sur les couettes, il n'y avait que 2 couettes simples et pas une couette pour un grand lit.

• Ljiljana (10/5): Nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in - There is not one thing that we didn’t like about this apatment! I’ve never been to a more clean place before and I really mean it! Apartment is just gorgeous, it is nice and spacious. Very comfortable and the bathroom is just great! The location is 10/10. We loved everything about this place. I’ll come back here for sure! Totally recommend it!!!

• Maria (1/5): - It was in a good place Unfortunately, our stay was not a pleasant experience. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room. We also noticed spider webs and trash under the bed, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment. On the first day we faced a serious issue with privacy. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a very large window, but there were no blinds or curtains. As a result, we did not feel safe or comfortable because people outside could easily see inside, and there was also a lot of light coming in. After several attempts to contact the host, the issue was finally resolved the following day. Later that same evening, a problem from their team accidentally caused the door to lock in a way that made it impossible for us to enter the apartment at around 10:30 PM. We were told we would need to wait outside the property for at least 1.5 hours until their technical department could resolve the issue. When we asked if the process could be accelerated, explaining that we had spent the entire day outside in a foreign country and simply wanted to go back to our room and rest, we were told rather impolitely that we could go and explore the “wonderful restaurants” nearby while we waited. Overall, the way these issues were handled was disappointing

Las colchas de la cama doble eran individuales, solicite dobles pero mencionaron que no tenian. Se extraña una cafetera en un apartamento tan bonito.
• Michela (1/5): Bloccati fuori casa più di una volta! - Buona posizione A parte la doccia rotta e un solo asciugamano fornito, che già hanno reso il soggiorno scomodo, siamo rimaste bloccate fuori dalla porta per ben due volte in tre giorni! Hanno delle serrature elettroniche che sono più le volte che non funzionano che quelle che invece funzionano, entrambe le volte ci è stato detto di aspettare la manutenzione, la prima volta per tre ore !!! la seconda volta non si sono proprio presentati tanto che stavamo per perdere l’aereo di ritorno. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO, NON ANDATECI SE NON VOLETE RESTARE BLOCCATI SENZA APPARTAMENTO!
• rita morena (7/5): - La posizione è perfetta.. Abbastanza centrale inoltre vicino d un ottimo ristorante. La camera era ordinata, un po' sporco il pavimento accanto al letto. La vista dalla finestra è un po' lucubre. La cosa che non mi è assolutamente piaciuta è che non c era nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua in frigo, noi siamo arrivati molto tardi ed è stato un vero problema. Per il resto la struttura è fedele alle foto e al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato supporto tempestivo in quanto è difficile aprire il portone. Le lenzuola sinceramente erano da letto singolo, due copri piumino singoli accommodate su un letto grande. La Doccia ampia c erano shampoo e bagnoschiuma bagno comunque pulito.

• andres (7/5): - Beau studio. Très propre. Plutôt bien placé dans la ville. Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes au début. Mais on en a récupéré ensuite. Deux couettes individuelles plutôt qu'une grande couette, malheureusement.

• Luca (1/5): Staff disorganizzato, abbiamo soggiornato due notti con un asciugamano per quattro persone, INACCETABILE! - la posizione il servizio scadente, all’arrivo non avevamo né lenzuola né asciugamani, dopo aver richiesto ci hanno portato un solo asciugamano da usare in 4 persone. Abbiamo continuato a contattare la struttura che ci ha promesso di portarceli senza mai portarci nulla

• Miranda (7/5): zie hierboven - Locatie is perfect. De kamer is ruim, leuk ingericht. De douche schuifdeur is stuk, Water loopt niet weg in de douche. We hebben per persoon maar 1 handdoek gekregen en dat terwijl we 3 dachten hebben geboekt. Wat ook tegen viel is dat ze geen parkeerplekken met oplaadpunt voor electrische auto's hebben terwijl dat wel in de advertentie stond.

• giulia (6/5): Medio lercio. Ha del potenziale - É carina la stanza e il bagno, la doccia e comoda e confortevole. Anche la cucina carina ma non fornitissima (canovaccio). Comoda la posizione ammetto. Era abbastanza sporco, il letto é rivestito di velluto che é tutto macchiato e sotto il letto abbiamo trovato una ciabatta di qualcunaltro. Poi un solo asciugamano per 4 giorni (corpo, faccia, sedere tutto in uno) non mi sembra il massimo. Ho appeso l’asciugamano allo scaldabagno e infilandolo nelle grate é uscito tutto rigato di polvere. Non abbastanza lercio come posto. Se fosse pulito sarebbe perfetto. Poco insonorizzato, sentivo tutto quello che dicevano nelle stanze accanto (anche i video che guardavano). Nella foto sembra più grande. e poi in cucina non c’era un canovaccio per asciugare i piatti puliti. Inoltre nella doccia bagnoschiuma e shampoo separati da due contenitori sono esattamente lo stesso prodotto (sapone per le mani)
• Maxime (8/5): - Studio spacieux et confortable, au calme et bien chauffé, au cœur de la ville. Vue sur la rue en RDC , ce qui pourrait être gênant si l'on veut garder les rideaux ouverts.
• Tiziana (8/5): - La camera molto bella, spaziosa e soprattutto molto calda... fondamentale in Questi giorni molto freddi. L' arredamento moderno e curato nei dettagli. L' appartamento è ubicato in una posizione ottima Il vetro della doccia non si chiudeva e l' acqua non scorreva per questo il pavimento del bagno si bagnava completamente e non sono mai entrati per pulire nonostante nella prenotazione il costo includeva le pulizie. Trattandosi di un appartamento queste ultime non sono obbligatorie da parte dello staff ma sarebbe opportuno mettere a disposizione detersivi e tutto il necessario per pulirlo in autonomia.
• Aleksandra (9/5): Very nice apartment, lot of space, great location - The place is really nice and spacious, also great for remote work, it has great location and nice, confy and functional design. They forgot to send us the first two codes for the apartment (you needed codes for 3 different doors and we only received the last one). So it was a hassle to find the building, since we thought we had the wrong address. Ended up calling support phone-number and we cleared it up :)

• Secara (7/5): Good - Cozy and warm, with beautiful interior. The property don’t has a wash machine and the towels were changed after 3-4 days of staying. It was a bit uncomfortable as we didn’t had any posibility to wash and dry them.

• Erika (9/5): Consigliato - Bella struttura , appena ristrutturata ed accogliente , molto pulita e in una posizione strategica .. Il check-in è stato facilissimo nessun contatto diretto con l’host mi hanno inviato tutti i codici utili per entrare nell’appartamento in giorno prima , restano sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema tramite messaggi .. anche il check-in online è stato comodo scaricando l’app Il palazzo da fuori non è molto curato ma risulta essere molto vecchio anche se all’interno la stanza è totalmente in contrario .. Abbiamo soggiornato lì 4 giorni , e purtroppo non sono venuti né a pulire né a sostituire la biancheria , abbiamo fatto richiesta di qualche asciugamano in più e purtroppo ci è stato detto che lo staff fa il cambio di biancheria ogni 4 giorni … Ma apparte questo soggiorno top
• Ranjani (6/5): Average room, good location - The room is aesthetic. The location is good in the middle of Jewish town close to all bars, restaurants, tram stations, and attractions. If you plan to be out most day sightseeing, it's a decent option. The room is tiny, we could barely keep our two medium suitcases and also walk around. We stayed 4 nights and they did not do any sort of cleaning - not even take out the trash. The room was smelling by the end of it. The room codes are provided too close to check-in and is genuinely complicated until you get the hang of it...there are 3 codes to enter your one room. There also is no reception in the building, it's a few blocks away and what they told us is we have to pay to keep the luggage if we arrive a bit early. The room handles were not working smoothly. The wifi wasn't working. We just came to the room to sleep and so we managed. But if you were to spend any more time in the room, it'll get uncomfortable. The mattresses and pillows are so bad I woke up with a back pain every single morning. The motivation to explore made me forget the pain. However, I felt extreme discomfort because of it. It's alright for 2 people for a short stay.
• Roxanne (7/5): Bon séjour - L’emplacement est idéale pour visiter. La pièce de vie est grande, avec frigo, micro ondes et une plaque de cuisson. Très belle décoration À l’arrivée, nous n’avions pas le code de la chambre, nous avons dû attendre 25 min avant de l’obtenir. Personne ne nous a répondu au téléphone. La douche était bouchée, cependant quelqu’un est intervenu dès le lendemain. Certains endroits de la chambre notamment derrière le lit étaient très poussiéreux.
• Gonzalez (8/5): buena opcion - el piso es acogedor, bien decorado, la cama es cómoda el calentador de agua es perfecto al igual que el aire acondicionado. estuvimos muy comodos. Volveriamos El edificio por fuera no invita a entrar, si uno no ve el apartamento por dentro por fuera no dan ganas de entrar, habria que mejorar un poco la vista exterior. La cocina muy pobre para cocinar ahi.

Accessi comodi e funzionali all'appartamento con tastierini numerici. Efficacia del servizio BQA e massima disponibilità quando abbiamo avuto alcune necessità. Il letto singolo era un divano letto non pronto al nostro arrivo. Difficoltà nell' assemblaggio per prepararlo per la notte. Letto matrimoniale aveva 2 trapunte singole anziché una matrimoniale. Assenza di strofinacci per la cucina.solo 3 asciugamani di dimensioni ridotte per la doccia.la doccia non scola bene l'acqua.nessun tappetino scendidoccia.la base del phon a muro non era ben fissato però funzionava.
• Jillian (5/5): Passable - This is nicely decorated in a good area. Would be great for a couple. Or a couple of friends. The check in process was downright frightening. The communication was horrible. I was very close to calling the police over it but I will leave it at that. I finally found a Whatsapp number and got the information I needed. I wrote prior to booking asking if there were three beds as advertised because the pics told a different story. They claimed there were. This was not true: there was one bed and a broken couch. The vestibule of the building and the unit needed serious attention.
