• Carl (10/5): Perfect spot near the airport - Loved the home feel to this stay. Loads of condiments and cooking items to use, fully stacked kitchen and beautifully furnished. Didn't stay longer
• Cristian (10/5): - Quiet place, comfortable and intimate house, good amenities, lovely heating system, good internet, big TV, fast response for any request. Could have used a bit of understanding in the request of slightly later than 10 AM check out. The next guest was 2 PM, so I still think 11 or 12 could have been fair.
• Bethany (6/5): - Perfect location for the airport, very convenient. Unfortunately we paid more for the accommodation as there are two options for the stay, the second which is higher priced included parking. However the parking was just free on street parking, so we felt dubbed for the extra money. The ‘breakfast’ was some extremely hard biscuits the size of your thumb that felt like bricks - we didn’t fancy breaking our teeth on them so we left them. The worst part of the stay was the overwhelming mould smell in the bathroom, it is clearly behind the tiles itself as the bathroom is not well ventilated. You must keep the bathroom door closed or the whole unit would smell. Not good for anyone’s health, I even skipped the shower and cleaned my teeth in the kitchen.

• touchard (3/5): hôte pas compréhensif - Bonjour, ce logement ne correspond pas à des voyageurs à pied. En effet sur le site il est indiqué qu'il est près de la station de métro, elle est est à 3kms de la station Terminal 4 . En fait le bien se trouve derrière des voies express très passantes. Lorsque nous avons voulu prendre un taxi, ils ont tous refusé. Quand nous avons appelé l'hôte elle nous a dit que son numéro de maison n'était pas éclairée et ne se voyait pas dans la nuit. A pied c'est impossible. L'hôte nous a pas proposé une navette payante alors que sur le site il est indiqué qu'une navette payante pouvait être assuré par l'établissement ....

• Kécia (8/5): Agradável e aconchegante - Gostamos muito do conforto da casa tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Embora ficasse um pouco distante do centro, a estadia foi excelente. O anfitrião sempre respondia rapidamente e estava pronto para ajudar sempre que precisávamos. A casa estava bem equipada, com toalhas limpas, roupões e até chinelos à disposição. O frigobar também foi muito útil durante a estadia. Foi uma ótima experiência, ficamos muito satisfeitos! O único ponto que poderia melhorar é a pressão do chuveiro, que era um pouco fraca e deixava o banho menos agradável

• Mohammad Haqeem (10/5): Nice cozy home - Small yet all the basic needs is there. We enjoyed staying there for 2 nights! Cozy and private unit. Bus stop is like 3 minutes away walking. Recommend. Near terminal 4. Map location not precise

• Helen (8/5): Well-appointed apartment in a good location with free parking - The location was very convenient. Free on- street parking with plenty of spaces to park. The apartment was clean, very tidy and well-appointed. Appreciated the drinks in the fridge and items in the cupboard to make cooking easier - oil, salt, pepper, herbs etc. The underfloor heating was lovely to walk on. Although the bedding seemed clean, it didn't smell fresh. The bathroom was useable but quite compact. The free breakfast didn't accommodate dietary requirements.
• Noorain (10/5): Felt like home. - I loved how clean, cozy and spacious the property was. I had a very comfortable stay and the experience truly felt luxurious. The hosts were always ready to help and replied instantly. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay here again in the future!
• Gillian (9/5): Would definitely stay again. - Very convenient for Heathrow, with free parking outside. Quiet, had everything you could wish for, even fresh coffee. Would stay again if flying out of Heathrow early. The bed was a little lumpy and it looked like the cover could be cleaner.

• Sue (7/5): A mixed experience. - Easy access, beautifully clean, very handy to Terminal 4. (H21 bus about 10 mins walk direct to st Mary’s church stop) Quick communication responses. Shower very stiff and difficult to use, says ‘Italian’ breakfast provided but this is only tea, coffee, small carton of orange juice and individual packs of sweet biscuits. No dishwasher or tea towels. No microwave.

• TAHA (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Modern Studio Luxe near Heathrow! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is convenient and peaceful, with easy access to the airport and public transport. I truly felt at home here - highly recommended for anyone visiting London!

The location is also a big plus: close to the airport, which made traveling so much easier, yet still peaceful and welcoming. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay. Honestly, there was nothing not to like.

All the facilities needed for a good sleep, A refresh and breakfast before a long day of travel. The host was helpful and with quick response times, thank you! A spider on entry! • Cesare (9/5): Good value for a few days. - Arrived on a stinking hot day and host kindly provided a room cooler. A nice thought, thank you. Unit is very comfortable for a few days and parking, albeit on the street, was useful. It is in a suburban setting but was pretty quiet. Shops nearby including a Tesco made it easy to get supplies. Just a few minutes from Heathrow. Fridge is in the bedroom. Strange! There is a washer in the kitchen but there is nowhere to dry clothes, no clothes rack and no accessible outside areas to put one. Some cups, plates and pots were not clean and had to be washed. A dish drying rack would be useful. These are minor quibbles only.
