• Guest (1/5): - Wir mussten Gebühren zahlen obwohl dass nicht das erste Mal ist das wir nach Italien reisen dan habe ich es bezahlt … und aufeinmal hiess es habe nicht alles bezahlt. Jedesmal Stromausfall, der Geruch was ne katastroffa als wäre dort alles schlimmel nie wieder totale katastroffe.
• Taras (10/5): - Чудові апартаменти. Гарне розташування. З посуду є все необхідне. Відсутність парковки біля апартаментіа. Парковка знаходиться на підземному паркінгу кінотеатра .
• Traversa (4/5): L’appartamento non rispecchiava la descrizione ed abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi durante il soggiorno (niente acqu - La cucina Avevo prenotato un appartamento unico ma sul posto abbiamo scoperto che erano due appartamenti separati di cui uno inagibile e quindi sostituito. Nel secondo appartamento non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda per tutta la durata del soggiorno e le temperature erano troppo elevate e non abbiamo potuto accendere l'aria condizionata nonostante le ripetute richieste all'host sulle modalità per poterlo fare. Problemi riscontrati anche nel bagno dove sono stati trovati asciugamani usati (non da noi) e dove è esploso il vetro della doccia mentre una persona che era all'interno si è tagliata. Nell'altro bagno l'acqua dalla doccia fuoriusciva rendendo obbligatorio asciugare il pavimento con il mocio ad ogni doccia fatta. Inoltre le finestre del soggiorno non avevano le tende per cui era impossibile dormire sul divano letto per la luce che all'alba riempiva la stanza. Viste tutte queste problematiche abbiamo richiesto un rimborso, anche parziale, ma ad oggi (a distanza di 15 giorni) non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta nonostante numerosi solleciti inviati.
