• Helga (9/5): - Nice apartment grate location. Some problems when showering. Th one in the bathtub, water leaked to the floor. The other shower, drain clogged with caused water all over. We cleaned it Coffee maker for filtered coffee, but only 1 coffee filter and no coffee. I recomend Nespresso machine or instant coffee Only one key, maybee there should a key lock withan access number upstair like dowstairs

A cozinha tinha tudo que precisávamos pois o café da manhã fazíamos no apto. Muito bem localizado e muito próximo de bons restaurantes e Museus. Ter 2 banheiros foi uma boa escolha pois nos proporcionou privacidade e minha filha teve a dela. A varanda nao ter vista para o Rio mas isso não foi negativo pra nós pois já tínhamos a informação.

• Holly (10/5): Spacious, Great Location. - Spacious, Great Location. The champagne and coffee were great to have! The pressure in the extra shower was not the best. The balcony view is obstructed, but still nice to have the outdoor area. A few extra bed pillows would have been great.

Clean and comfortable, Great location with lovely restaurants and shop below. Less than 10 minutes walk to Dulgi Targ. Easy check in instructions. Would highly recommend. Abit noisey in the back bedroom due to deliveries and bins being collected, ear plugs are provided. I slept on the sofa bed in the living area and didn't hear anything. Only other observation was there was no furniture on the balcony. But the apartment itself was excellent.

• Valentin (9/5): - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Apartment war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die 2 Badezimmer machen den Aufenthalt mit Freunden entspannt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Ein Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus und hier ist es morgens sehr laut, wenn früh der Müll abgeholt wird und abends, wenn draußen gefeiert wird.
• Edyta (1/5): - Po wejściu okazało się ,że apartament nie został posprzątany (godz 15,00) po poprzednich lokatorach. Niestety kontaktu telefonicznego nie było żadnego. Napisałam na WhatsApp. W międzyczasie przyszła Pani do sprzątania i powiedziała,że potrzebuje koło 1,5 godziny żeby posprzątać W końcu udało się dodzwonić i Pani z recepcji powiedziała, że poszuka innego apartamentu ( na co liczyłam). Po 20 minutach dostała informację ( na whatsApp) z nowym adresem , niestety okolica nam nie pasowała. Jestem zawiedziona brakiem bezpośredniego kontaktu, tym,ze nie odbierano telefonu. Poza tym, w ofercie należało by napisać,że widok na brudny dach (okno salonu w zagłębieniu ok 3-4 metrów między ścianami budynku) Nie czekałam i wynajęłam hotel Napisałam reklamacje z prośbą o zwrot kosztów, minęło 2 tygodnie i brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzi

Sengene var gode, men litt harde madrasser🤩 Informative meldinger og mail fra vert med gode instruksjoner. Bilder samsvarte helt med det som ble beskrevet i annonse. • Øivind (7/5): Sentral og fin leilighet med noe støy fra gaten og restaurant vegg i vegg - Super sentral beliggenhet rett v kanalen i sentrum av gdansk Leiligheten er vegg i vegg m en populær restaurant med høy musikk. Det er ikke vinduer på soverommene, kun en glassvegg mot stuen. Det gjør det vanskelig å få det mørkt på soverommet.
• Grzegorz (7/5): Sehr schönes Apartment in einer Toplage mit kleinen Schwächen. - Die Lage ist klasse. Das Apartment groß und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Dass der Balkon keinerlei Sitzmöbel hat, wie beispielsweise die ganzen Balkone über uns, ist sehr schade. Das zweite Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin ist leider sehr laut, da dort direkt dadrunter täglich die Müllabfuhr und auch andere Lieferanten in der Früh ihre Arbeit verrichten. Das Fenster im zweiten Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin muss dringend mal geputzt werden.

• Natalie (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location. Noise to be taken into consideration. - We loved the location of the apartment with lots of bars and restaurants all around. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t get to meet any staff, instructions were given on time and messages before our trip were responded to. Unfortunately in our room which had the en-suite, we were woken at 6.30 in the morning by the bin lorry that was collecting recycling, the crashing sound of glass and those collecting the rubbish chatting woke us up each day. It also took them 15 mins to collect the bins right beneath our apartment so was hard to get back to sleep. On the last morning (Thursday) we were woken at 5.30 by the normal refuse lorry which wasn’t there very long and then again at 7am for the glass recycling. So unfortunately each morning being woken up with a lot of noise. Depending on where your apartment is in the block it may affect some people more than others. Because of the location there is also noise at night. This wasn’t too bad for us but maybe a family with young children would take that in to consideration. We had a balcony but there was no furniture ! Plus our apartment although facing the river was obstructed as we were only on the first floor in block C. However we didn’t pay extra for a room with a view so that was fine.

• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic appartment to stay in. The location was amazing, and both ends of the place had views out to the city, bars and restaurants were below the building, and the bridge across the river just outfront. The size and quality of the place exceeded expectations and the welcome champagne was a nice touch. The appartment was clean and had everything you could ask for. We we're very pleased with this appartment for our stay and would book it again. As others mentioned, being on a lower floor, garbage collection in the mornings was heard out the back of one bedrooms, but was a good tradeoff considering the location and appartment size. As well, the couch for sleeping (although large enough and comfortable) didnt seem to expand into a bed, meaning the place can really only sleep 5 comfortably.

• Seyyed (7/5): "Nice location and setup, but comfort was reduced by noise, odors, and weak water pressure." - - The location was excellent. - The room was fully equipped. - The clean and comfortable apartment. - Check-in was smooth and easy. - There was a lot of noise from the restaurant on the same floor, wall to wall of the apartment, both early in the morning and late at night — especially from moving chairs and cleaning up, which made it difficult to sleep. - Also, the water pressure was extremely low when using multiple taps or appliances at the same time. - Additionally, strong food odors from the restaurant kitchen filled the corridor of the apartment daily, which was quite unpleasant when passing through the apartment corridor.

• Mark (10/5): Amazing apartment for families and couples - Unbelievable location, and very responsive staff. Beautiful apartment. The welcome champagne was very much appreciated. If you have young children, there is a busy restaurant in the floor below and next door, and you will hear them late at night. The noise isn't a deal breaker, but if you have kids very sensitive to noise, perhaps be ready to bring play some white noise on your phone.

• Karl (9/5): Excellent clean and modern Apartment in a fantastic prime location - Location was spot on close to everything with a Żabka mini market right downstairs with fresh bread rolls and everything you might need. Apartment is clean and modern with fantastic facilities in kitchen to be able to cater if wanted. Extremely modern, clean and spacious. Plenty of reliable hot water for four people to take showers (which has been an issue in several other apartment stays) elsewhere, Central heating was hot and efficient. The communication for entry into the apartment first day was spot on and very easy to follow. Would 100% return to stay here when in Gdańsk again next time! Really difficult to find anything we didn’t like, If we were being picky, the bed mattresses in one of the bedrooms are really not the best quality or comfort (have seen this in several other reviews also) but managed to sleep ok on them. The overhead shower attachment in the smaller bathroom cannot be fixed above you as the holder is broken so you have to hold it by hand or take a bath, again not a major issue but should be repaired, as we had to share one shower.

• Lauren (9/5): Perfect. Thank you for the perfect stay and we will no doubt be back. - I never leave reviews but felt I had to make an exception. The Apartment is absolutely stunning, immaculate, clean and modern. Location is perfect, everything you need right on your doorstep. I think it is probably one of the nicest and cleanest places I have stayed. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 children and it was perfect for all of us. Lots of space and storage. We will most definitely come back. We can’t fault the place. The only issue we had, which is outwith the owners control, is building works starting at 6am at the front, but it could only be heard in the front bedroom and we used white noise so our baby still slept through it. The only thing we felt it was missing would be air conditioning or fans, because in the nice weather it was really warm, that was the only reason we didn’t give it a 10. But amazing place overall we would 100% recommend anyone to book here.

It has all the necessary amenities for a group of friends or a family to stay there. The location is excellent, the old town is 2 minutes away and the apartment has a view of the river. • Mark (4/5): Nightmare getting in, no customer support, good location - Location. Building security. Elevator. Appliances worked. Plenty of storage. The door code did NOT work. We phone, texted, and emailed Flatbook standing in the street with our suitcases simply trying to get into the building. We got not response for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. They sent the correct code with simply "Sorry for the inconvenience." That was way worse than inconvenient. I will never ever book any property anywhere with Flatbook. There was no toaster in the kitchen. There were no kitchen towels. The bathroom door handle is coming off and the shower head is coming away from the wall. There is NO balcony furniture. When I pointed this out in an email, I was referred to the website which indeed does not show any balcony furniture but the website does show a bright welcoming lobby and there is NO LOBBY AT ALL and a wonderful breakfast buffet is shown which is actually an additional charge at a DIFFERENT property. The only thing on the balcony was a filthy mop bucket and mop. On the other side of the balcony railing there was a rag and trash. The bed, incredibly, had a PLASTIC SHEET for a mattress cover so every movement was a crinkly loud noise and was extremely HOT to sleep on. There were only 2 of us in the 2-bedroom apartment so they completely STRIPPED the second bed! Not only unattractive but extremely rude to assume that, given we booked a 2 bedroom, to restrict us to 1 bed. We could have been brother and sister or 2 pals who didn't want to share a bed!! There were no bedside lamps (true, also not pictured, but sort of a basic expectation and not something I study the photos for. The photos fail to show that the 2 walls opposite those photographed were absolutely bare except for a couple of holes where presumably a TV hookup would go. Those walls had plenty of room for not only decor but perhaps benches or luggage stands to make the stay better for guests. The agreement we made with Booking.com quoted 2.80 PLN per person per STAY but then Flatbook sent an email demanding 2.60 per person per DAY.

We could not email flatbook because they gave us the wrong Wi-Fi information .on this basis I cannot give them a high score. No one even bothered to get in touch with an apology 4 pensioners aged between 67 and 77 unable to get into flat in a strange place not good

• Linda (8/5): Wonderful city, great apartment location, plenty of restaurants nearby, although a very busy, noisy area. - Location, very roomy, very clean Noisy with construction behind and the late night parties out front. Front door code didn’t work but fortunately a fellow helped although his first attempt with a different code didn’t work either. No dish soap or dish towels, no light bulb in lamp of second bedroom. Would have been nice to have bedside tables in second bedroom and bedside lamps in other bedroom.
