- Gontzal (5/5): Nice appartment with a huge need of cleaning and some maintenance - Nice appartment size and balcony, calm and at a walking distance from tower of london 1. Management was not being proactive when asking for things like check on earlier or cleaning things dirty. 2. No washing detergent so we could not use washing machine. 3. Toaster with a chunck of cheese inside which turned in a smoke cloid when trying tonuse it...so we did not use 4. Oven with grease which turned smoke all over when trying to use...so we did not use. I requested to clean but still super smelly 5. Check in is announce at 3pm but property tell you 4pm ..so unaccurate info in booking.com 6. They did cut the water at 9am the morning of the check out (deadline at 10)...so we could not use the toilet and wash our hands before leaving 6. Light on the main room filckering so impossible to see 7. In the entranve the coat hunger falling when trying to hang a coat 8. Toilet towel hunger incorrectly installed which shows nobody really cares on maintenance and cleaningless.

- Ann-Sofie (8/5): Prisvärt, rymligt boende med bra bussförbindelser - Rymligt, många sovplatser, två toaletter, nära buss-stop (Fendall), en liten livsmedelsbutik fanns precis bredvid, stor balkong, bra wifi och det fanns ett mobilt el-uttag som vi kunde använda för att ladda våra mobiler, lugnt område. Fjärde våningen-ingen hiss, lite dåligt städat (t.ex. cigarettfimpar på balkongen), saknade en del köksredskap (t.ex. köksknivar och stekpanna). Vi saknade också sänglampor och ac (vi var där i juli och det var väldigt varmt) Fick inget svar när jag sökte kontakt innan vi åkte dit (när vi väl var på plats fungerade kontakten bra). Gården var lite sjabbig.
- ashwini (5/5): It was cheap for the central location but I would not choose it again. - Location Kitchen not very clean . Terrace filled with furniture, more like a dump yard. Terrace railing falling off, very dangerous. No basics in the kitchen like no knife, scissors etc…. Also would be nice if the stock up on salt, sugar, tea, coffee. That’s the least they can keep for convenience of their guest. Badly managed space in kitchen/living. On the 3rd floor with no lift.
