• Ravishankar (9/5): - Excellent location. Clean maintenence. Spacious. Very good landlord. Responsible. Good one for family stay Toilet in one floor and bathroom below. So it's a bit tricky. The bathroom floor level particularly near the washbasin needs to be looked into. Water tends to enter the room as inclination is towards the room.
• Alexis (3/5): Super séjour, des choses basiques qui ne fonctionne pas dans l’appartement - L’emplacement est excellent et le logement très joli. Le micro-onde ne marchait pas, la porte des toilettes ne fermait pas, pour aller sous la douche il faut prendre le risque de prendre une douche froide car le système fonctionne mal et est mal pensé. En plus de cela si on fait des commentaires aux personnes qui gèrent l’appartement , on nous explique que c’est de notre faute ou bien que tout fonctionne bien. Pas agréable.
• Mia (6/5): - Beliggenheden, nyt og pænt, rent, hjælpsom vært, Luftkvaliteten er ikke så god, der er et lille vindue i hele lejligheden. Kælderen er ved fx brand umulig at komme ud af da der ikke er vinduer og ingen sekundær flugtvej. Der var larm fra både naboer og gaden om natten.

• Sophia (8/5): - Ruim appartement in sfeervolle wijk in Le Marais met alles erop en eraan. Metro, warme bakker, supermarkt en leuke restaurantjes om de hoek.

• Tan Cha (9/5): In the heart of Paris - Apartman was confortable and clean. Bed's are good and we sleep well. It was warm. You can use all the kitchen equipment. The location is at the city center, near metro and bus. We make walking tours. Near by are food shop, bars and locals with wine and music. We had pleasant stay with friends. The host prepare a lot of informations for us. Is just one toalet upstairs and kitchen downstairs but if you are with friends or family there is no problem to use one toalet facility.

• Anneg28 (8/5): - Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé et conforme à la description. L’hôte est très réactif aux messages, et l’ouverture de la porte à distance s’est faite facilement. Tout était simple et efficace. Un peu bruyant avec les cafés-bars dans la rue.

• Matteo (8/5): - The location is perfect! There are literally no windows! The only way of having fresh air is to let the door open on the street. The apartment is very well conditioned but we missed feesh air after a couple of days.
• Enrico (9/5): Great place to stay in Paris. - The location is perfect, right in the centre of Paris in Le Marais which is an area very close by anything you want to visit and well connected. Jade and her husband (hosts) were super responsive and kind. The apartment js cozy. Thank you Jade, you have been great. No windows, especially in the basement. However for a short stay is absolutely fine. We had a little issue in the first floor while at night I could hear mouses walking in the ceiling above, between the two apartments. This was not pleasant, I did not sleep at all. However Jade and her husband, were super kind and prepare a bed for me downstairs. They also left a bottle of cremant for apologising, which was super sweet. This was the first time they had this kind of complaint so they were surprised, but we all know it’s common in Paris like in the big cities. I have advised them to hire someone to check, as I think this is something to look into it very seriously. I definitely suggest this appartment for your stay in Paris.

• Sandra (8/5): An excellent location to experience living in the centre of Paris. - Excellent location to explore central Paris. Many major attractions within 30 minutes walking distance Close to Metro, Taxi stand, Grocery stores, Bakery , Restaurants, Launderette. Hosts responsive and helpful. Bathroom - size Accommodation arranged as a Masionette. Lower level is in the basement which may not be to everyones liking.
• Elena (6/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es fantástica, en un buen barrio y justo al lado de una parada de metro. También se dispone de supermercados a pocos metros y mucha oferta de restauración. - El piso de abajo tiene mucha humedad, al no disponer de ventilación natural. Si bien es cierto que los propietarios han dispuesto máquina extractora de humedad, ventiladores y ambientadores. Al referirlo a nuestra salida la anfitriona nos indicó que de habérselo comunicado antes, habrían puesto más medios para evitar el olor y sensación de humedad. - La distribución (la mesa de comedor en la planta superior y la cocina en la inferior), te obliga a hacer muchos viajes por la escalera en las horas de las comidas.
• aimee (8/5): Unique central apartment with comfy beds and modern bathrooms - Amazing location, really quiet and central. Hugely unique property with very comfortable pillows and mattresses. They have a projector that the kids loved and it has been renovated to a high standard. Basement smelt a little musty, coffee machine was broken and it says it offers parking but we had to research our own parking which we booked at Westfield with yes park for €49 for 3 days where we felt our car was safe. Also, you couldn’t sit on the upstairs sofa as the base cushion just fell off.
• natalie (10/5): A joyful stay with a FAB host, everything about the property made it easy immerse ourselves in Paris - Jade, the host is AMAZING! Our luggage was delayed for over 3 days and Jade assisted us to make it a much less stressful experience. From providing guidance on where to get essentials to liaising with luggage delivery and letting them in so we didn't have to stay home and miss out on planned activities. She was constantly available to assist with questions and help us. The location is one of the best you'll get. Not only is it a great street with walkable cafe's restaurants and shops (great vintage shopping!) it is close (less than 10min, the closest 2min!) to 5 metro stops so we were able to catch the metro via any line, making travel around the city quick and easy. There are 4 beds (2 pull outs) so plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teens that take up a lot of space. Total personal preference- the toilet is located upstairs so if you are downstairs in the main bedroom, and like me a multiple times a night riser, it's not the best location. Lovely facilities though and well stocked. We hit Paris in a heatwave so note there is no air conditioning if you want an air-conditioned space - BUT Jade has everything set up to keep you nice and cool, from fans (portable & overhead fans) and the ability to let air flow move through the apartment so it was really comfortable.

• Owens (9/5): Superb - Location very central and easily accessible via metro. Lots of space for s family, very stylish. Small issue with separate shower and toilet not a big deal just unusual!
• Julie (10/5): We had a fabulous time in Paris for my daughters 21st. The apartment was perfect for my 80year old mother and my 1 year - Location and size was great for 4 adults and a baby. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants just 2 minutes away. The metro was also very accessible and only a few minutes away, also if you wanted to walk to most attractions then you could walk for hours without noticing! I could not say I didn’t like anything, the only downside was there is no windows downstairs but plenty light and it is spacious. Upstairs had all the natural light.
• Vesta (10/5): Recommended! - Great location, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great host, clear instructions! 1 wc accross two floors so a bit inconvenient, 1 shower - so some juggling needed if yoy travel in a group with wc and shower :) 2 beds are in the basement, some may not like it but actually it has good conditioning system and silent for those who hate noisy streets at night!
