• susana (8/5): CENTRICO Y AMPLIO - la ubicacion la recogida de las llaves muy incomoda, te envian a unas calles mas abajo a un portal donde estan colgadas. esto hace que te tengas que desplazar a otro sitio a la llegada y despues a la salida de nuevo tienes que ir a llevarlas. un incordio. la comunicación con la anfitriona bastante mal, le contacté el dia antes para ver si podiamos llevar aunque fueran las maletas antes dado que el check in es muy tarde( a las 15 horas) y ni siquiera se molestó en contestar. el check out es a las 11 por lo que la reserva no son ni 24 horas. esto no me parece bien.
• Fiona (6/5): Not good value for money - Good location in pleasant residential area. Good size. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Clear check in instructions. Clean. Good proximity to local shops for essentials and restaurants Not enough hot water for 3 people. Ran out very quickly and 2 of us ended up with cold shower. Bed sheets mouldy and when I complained to the management they asked me to send a picture which I did then they never replied, no apology or acknowledgment. Heating not working despite the previous guests reporting this. Junk in the corners of the rooms. Key collection and return from outside of a nightclub where there was drunk people in the street while I was waiting there for a taxi early morning with my kids.
• Clemens (8/5): Heerlijk. - Fijn en comfotbabel appartement. Ingewikkelde incheck, Je moet eerst naar een ander adres om in het donker te zoeken naar een sleutelkastje. Dan weer naar het andere adres. Lastige digitale communicatie met afwezig personeel.

• Edward (1/5): A total rip-off - Nothing. We arrived at the property, having paid the accommodation costs PLUS a €100 security deposit. We were then told by the cleaner that the apartment was flooded and was therefore uninhabitable. She showed me a video of the flooding (caused, she said, by a leaking shower) and told me Karina was "on the way" and that she would arrange alternative accommodation "nearby." I phoned Karina several times. She did not answer any of my calls. We left to find alternative accommodation. I have since texted Karina requesting the return of the security deposit, but she has not replied. I am currently in contact with my bank and the local police regarding what appears to be a scam.

• Lindsay (8/5): Spacious apartment in good location - Spacious apartment and good location. The lovely cleaning lady helped us with all our queries on how to work certain aspects of the apartment eg, wifi, closing shutters etc. which we really appreciated. Not too sure about the management

• Christian (7/5): Bien, en general - El salón era amplio y el dormitorio principal y buena comunicación con la dueña. La ubicación, tenias muchas cosas a mano bares, restaurantes, comercios... No había sitio para aparcar, que tuviera que ir a la calle de abajo a coger las llaves y el chekin muy tarde para entrar y pronto para salir. Un poco caro me pareció.

• GIGLIO (10/5): Muy agradable - El piso es amplio, acogedor y amueblado con gusto. Esta en una ubicación muy centrica, pero tranquila. Recoger y devolver las llaves en otro edificio, 5 minutos andando desde el piso.

Aunque estaba prevista la llegada entre las 14 y las 15 h. la habitación no estuvo disponible hasta pasadas las 16:30 h Las llaves no estaban ubicadas donde nos indicaron, No respondieron al tlf de contacto.
