• Gerald (7/5): War ok aber keine Wiederholungsgefahr - Geräumigkeit, AIn die Jahre gekommen. Terrassenmöbel billiges Plastik, instabil. Ausblick: Man sieht vorwiegend die Dächer von den vorderen Appartements. Ohne Auto, ziemlich lange Fußwege.

• Martina (10/5): - Everything was perfect at this modern apartment in a beautiful residence right by the sea. It is even better than the photos. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We had absolutely everything we needed here. We enjoyed the outdoor space with lovely view and great communal pool. I highly recommend this residence and the stunning area of Golfo Aranci.

Tiene una gran piscina perfecta para los niños y está rodeado de pequeñas playas privadas a solo unos pocos pasos. Desde todas partes puedes ver el mar y las embarcaciones que cruzan de lado a lado. El condominio está ubicado en el Golfo de Aranci que tiene playas increíbles a unos pocos minutos en auto. Por último, la anfitriona, Cecilia, se encargó de hacernos sentir en casa y de resolver amablemente todas nuestras dudas así como de proveer todo lo necesario para hacer de nuestra estadía unas vacaciones inolvidables. • Sophie (10/5): Exceptional, absolutely perfect in every way - Absolutely perfect stay, in every way. It's easily the best place I've stayed in Europe over many trips. From the moment I booked, everything was seamless. The property is located in a great area, and all instructions to find and access the property were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment was super clean, modern, beautifully set up, and had such a comfortable, welcoming vibe—it really felt like a home away from home, but more luxurious. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the outdoor private terrace has a beautiful view out over the water and was perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. The private beach was incredible—peaceful, clean, and literally just steps away. I spent so much time out there and it felt like I had the whole place to myself. The pool was the real highlight though —spotless, well-designed, perfect for cooling off or lounging on the lawn with a full 180 degree view out over the water of Golfo Aranci. The location was super convenient—an easy drive to/from Olbia airport, close to Porto Rotondo and Golfo Aranci (and some other incredible public beaches) but tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It felt like a hidden gem. And I’ve got to say, the people made a huge difference. Cecilia was so kind and helpful—super responsive and really made sure everything was perfect the whole time, a really lovely person. This place is honestly a dream. Beautiful spot, amazing vibes, and wonderful service. I’m already planning my next trip back to stay at this property longer. I didn't like leaving!

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel instantly like a luxury home away from home. The amenities were top-notch; from the fully equipped kitchen to the relaxing outdoor spaces. The private beach was a dream come true, peaceful, pristine, and just steps away. We spent hours enjoying the crystal-clear water in complete tranquility. The pool was also a highlight: clean, beautifully designed, and perfect for lounging or a refreshing dip. The location couldn’t have been better, close to the airport, which made getting there stress-free, yet tucked away in a charming, serene area that felt like a hidden gem. The surrounding neighborhood had a local charm that added to the whole experience. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, were the people. The hosts and staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Any minor requests or issues we had were addressed instantly, their responsiveness and care were beyond anything I’ve experienced, even in 5-star hotels. This was, hands down, one of the most beautiful and seamless travel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of stunning location, thoughtful details, and heartfelt hospitality made it feel more like a retreat than just a stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough — we’re already dreaming of coming back!
