• Vlasova (4/5): Disappointment of the year. - The location of the apartment is the only good thing about it. The apartment is dirty. I'm not sure if anyone cleans it. The toilet, shower, bathroom, kitchen... everything is literally covered in hair. The walls in the shower are all yellow. The shower itself only works sometimes. And the smell... I don't know how to describe it to you. There is a constant smell of urine in the apartment. Especially in the bedroom! I constantly tried to keep the bathroom door closed, but it didn't help. Old dishes, old tableware, everything in the kitchen is sticky and dirty. The stove is all cracked. And it's glass, so it could easily crack even more when you're cooking. I don't understand how you can rent out an apartment in such terrible condition with such problems with the pipes and a strong smell of urine. It was an absolute disappointment.
• Veselá (2/5): Tento přístup považuji za neprofesionální a klamavý. Platila jsem za ubytování určité kvality, ale dostali jsme něco, co - Jediné pozitivum bylo to, že hotel jako budova byl hezký, moderní a působil čistě. Společné prostory hotelu byly v pořádku a na první pohled budily dojem kvalitního ubytování. Čtyři dny před příjezdem nám bylo bez možnosti výběru změněno ubytování. Apartmán, který jsme si původně objednali a zaplatili (5364 Kč), byl nahrazen úplně jiným bytem, který byl nejen v jiné lokalitě, ale především ve výrazně horším technickém i hygienickém stavu. Kdybych tento náhradní apartmán viděla předem, nikdy bych si ho nevybrala – a už vůbec ne za tuto cenu. Byt byl velmi špatně vybavený oproti původnímu ubytování, které mělo odpovídat popisu i fotografiím v nabídce. Největší problém ale byla čistota. V koupelně se nacházela plíseň na stropě, což považuji za naprosto nepřijatelné. Na nábytku byly viditelné stopy vlhkosti, zničení a špíny, některé části byly doslova rozpadlé a zjevně dlouhodobě neudržované (viz přiložené fotografie). Celkově byt působil zanedbaně, neudržovaně a rozhodně neodpovídal ceně ani standardu, který byl prezentován při rezervaci. Měli jsme pocit, že jsme byli postaveni před hotovou věc – změna proběhla na poslední chvíli a bez adekvátní kompenzace jen s omluvou.
• Pawel (4/5): - Oświetlenie , bliskość centrum W łazience śmierdzi z odpływów zapach ten rozchodził się na pokoje , włosy na pościeli , niedziałający pilot od tv słaba jakość tv brak środków czystosci z 2023 roku końcówka w butelkach , kamień w czajniku także po przyjściu sam musiałem przygotować część rzeczy łącznie z czyszczeniem czajnika
