- Shelly (8/5): Fijne comfortabele plek, van alle gemakken voorzien. - Mooie plek, groot en ruim Water in de badkamer rook niet fris. Door de weeks heel veel geluiden van verdieping boven de kelder. Ook de blender elke ochtend boven de slaapkamer was niet fijn.. gelukkig waren we veel weg en hebben we zelf een drukke dochter. maar is wel iets om rekening mee te houden.

- Michelle (9/5): A great place for a family vacation. - A very clean and large space. We had a family reunion/gathering for my mother's 90th birthday and it was great. Plenty of room for everyone. We played games and had a nice time. The lodging was well outfitted. The counter refrigerator was very spacious for its size. The appliances and even the fry pan were high end and very nice. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Very quiet at night and everyone slept well. Cooking on a hot plate. Seemed a little dangerous - risk of getting burned. It was a little cold for the older people who slept there. The thermostat did not seem to go up in temperature. The property owner had space heaters, which was nice. But it was a very large space to keep warm. Also, an additional bathroom or powder room would have been a plus.
- Gary (10/5): - This is really nice place. It has everything you need and wonderfully responsive hosts. It’s a bit difficult to find and there’s nothing nearby but a few houses. However, the solitude is its charm.

The house itself was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with everything I needed. One of the highlights was the private movie theater—such a cool touch that made evenings extra special! Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making the stay super comfortable and hassle-free. With easy access to both nature and city life, plus a flexible and responsive host, this stay was everything I hoped for and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway near DC!
