- Anna (10/5): - A wonderful place to relax. The house looked small in the photos, but in reality, it's huge and very spacious. The ladies came and cleaned every day. The bedroom opens directly onto the pool. There are three bathrooms. The front desk staff was reliable; you could have been in constant contact. My daughter had a birthday party during our stay. The staff prepared beautiful decorations and a cake. The breakfasts were excellent, both European and local. You can always ask the staff to prepare fresh scrambled eggs or an omelet. If you want to truly relax, this is the place to be. True luxury.

- Viviane (7/5): Ganz okey für eine Woche. - Die Lage war gut, es war zu Fuss ca 5 min vom Meer. Da wir einen Scooter gemietet haben, war es sowiso kein Problem und man war überall sehr schnell. Das Haus ist zwar top modern, dementsprechend ist auch um den Pool herum direkt eine hohe Betonmauer. Ein paar Kletterpflanzen würden daher gut tun. Man fühlt sich darin etwas eingeengt. Das Frühstück war ok.

There was plenty of space for 6 adults, and the villa was lovely. The only thing stopping it being a perfect ten was the comfort of the beds! They were hard as stone.

- georgia (1/5): will never stay again. - The location was good. the pool area was SO slippery, i slipped over whilst holding my 1 year old and really innjured my back, along with the kids, plus two other adults slipped over due to the outdoor tiles being super slippery when wet. along with upon check out, just to receive our bond back, 6 staff came in and interrogated the room and counted all bowls, plates, cutlery and kept going in an out of rooms to make sure we didnt damage anything. when we were there a plastic kids plate was already cracked and half broken, and one of the kids accidntly dropped it, and it broke fully. we put it in the bin and then got charged 200bht for it - which when we went to reception for check out, there was a whatsapp chain screenshot of them taking images of our rubbish and also a picture of the broken plastic plate. the advertised kids pool area was shut for 6 days of our 10 day stay and we were not told about this until check in also. i felt robbed for our money. definitely could of have had a more comfortable and enjoyable stay elsewhere. not worth the money.

- Mohammed (10/5): سنكرر الزياره للفيلا في رحلاتنا القادمة لبوكيت - فيلا بغرفتين ومسبح خاص كانت واسعة جداً ونظيفة والإقامة كانت مريحة، تتوفر سوبرماركت قريبة جدا، المكان آمن و خدمة الواي فاي ممتازة. وجود كاميرا مراقبة خارجية باتجاه حوض السباحة، بعد الفيلا عن سنتر بوكيت ولكن لسهولة توفر النقل ورخصه فلا يشكل ذلك عائق اطلاقاً

- Saif (9/5): Great experience I’d stay here again for sure. - Great location very close to coffee shops, Grand Supermarket, and the beach. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend! A few things to improve: mosquito and pest control should be installed in all rooms as there were quite a lot of flies in the area. Also, the toilet lacked proper ventilation, which was inconvenient.

- Abbie (7/5): Nice private villa for larger group travel - not an ideal location. - We had a pleasant stay at Rawayana Villas. I traveled with a group of 9, and we fit comfortably in the 4 bedroom villa with an extra bed. We enjoyed all getting to stay together, and the private pool was a huge perk. The bikes available on property were a fun addition as well. The staff was helpful and was responsive to any questions or problems that we had. We weren't very impressed with the location. Rawai beach is about a 5 minute walk away, but it is a fishing beach only. It is a quieter area in Phuket, but wished that it would've been disclosed that you can't swim at Rawai. We found ourselves traveling to other beaches/cities most days to swim and eat.

- Róbert (8/5): Very good - Location was really good for Rawai. Close to the main road, but still secluded enough to be peaceful & quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Children facilities (kiddie pool, etc...) were appreciated by the children - A bit confusing set of entries/exits by car. But we managed our way around the premises after better discovering the layout. - Public illumination on the street was flickering all night which was affecting our house / poolside. It was pretty much impossible to stay outside after dark, the flickering light was so bad. - We booked a 2 bedroom private villa but realised only on the spot that the rooms are also in separate buildings. - the beaches new Rawai are really not the best in Phuket. We didn't worry so much as we had a rental car, so we explored the island, but for someone without a car, this may have been a bottleneck concerning the location.

- Daniel (7/5): Good - There were dozens of mosquitoes in the bedrooms, so on the very first evening, I had to go to a store and buy an electric mosquito repellent with liquid. Unfortunately, it didn’t completely eliminate them. The investment of 100 THB was negligible compared to the price of the accommodation. I left two of them there for future guests. Additionally, there were no any chairs by the pool, which would have made the experience more comfortable.

- Jeremy (9/5): Great facilities and location - The facilities are excellent. We had kids aged 1, 8, 11, and 16 years old, and they loved Rawai Park. The location was excellent, 2 minutes walk to Tops market & Rawai sea front. The villa was clean and comfortable, the TV had access to Netflix, good WiFi, and all toiletries were included. I requested an early checkout for 6.30 am, and the staff were excellent. Housekeeping came every day while we were out so we could focus on enjoying our mini break. The beds were very hard, so we spoke with housekeeping, and they added a topper, which made all the difference
- Zheng (10/5): Hidden gem in a great area - The villas are really clean. It's near to a decent supermarket and near really good food. The beds are comfortable. We all felt safe staying in the villa as it is well lit. It is also near to the beaches. Excellent stay area. As the villa is still going through a revamp therefore there are construction around. Bicycles provided is pretty rusted, not well maintained. Pillows are abit soft and flat for my preference. Will look forward to staying there again once it's completely complete.

Cook top facilities was too small, one of the shower did not have hot water, beds were very hard and uncomfortable,pool area very bland the water was warm so no relief from the heat. Breakfast options average dining area was too hot and uncomfortable.

- Doris (6/5): Will not come back - Room/ villa size is spacious. Near main road with eating options. Super far from Phuket airport, and far from other things too. Staff were unhelpful - poor English and provided zero help on any inquiries (where to book tickets, excursions). They insisted they spoke English but didn't understand a thing. We had to google everything ourselves. On leaving day, our taxi arrived and hotel staff was late to come pick up our luggage. They still didn't come after we called them 3 times, even until the planned departure time was way past. Service was really poor. Breakfast hall was super hot (no air-con) and selection is limited (with yoghurt sitting at room temp in hot weather). Staff got orders wrong a few times. The whole place did not seem well managed, despite a few friendly staff. Cleanliness could be improved too. Daily cleaning only involved sweeping, but they don't sweep under cupboards, very basic. Towels are shared with the older Rawai VIP side and a few had brown stains on them.

Everything worked and the villa was fully stocked of the essentials needed for a family with small kids. Although I appreciate the availability of a washer, an added dryer would be immensely helpful. We had to utilize the laundry service.
