• Carol (7/5): Good value for a budget short stay trip to Pisa. - Room clean, staff friendly and spoke English. Hotel is close to the station and in easy walking distance of the local attractions. Perfect for a couple of nights if site seeing. The hotel's rooms could do with some modernization. The shower was small and a bit of a squeeze. Bar was shut.

Restaurants within em walking distance as well. Very friendly stuff. The room had just enough space but not more. Walls were not too thick either.
• Woldeh (8/5): Ideales Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Pisa. - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, und zum Dom geht man auch nur 15 Minuten. In der Nacht hört man deutlich die Züge am Bahnhof.

• Morgane (8/5): - La literie, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, la taille de la chambre. La chambre a besoin d'un rafraichissement, je déconseille cet hôtel à des personnes seules en raison de son emplacement et d la fréquentation environnante.

Good breakfast. very much in need of a tidy up, I.e. paint walls etc. Also in the morning there was very low water pressure and no hot water at all.

• Erika (9/5): Confortevole, personale gentilissimo, comodo al centro di Pisa e ai mezzi pubblici - Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e comoda al centro, che è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. La mia camera singola era comoda con un letto alla francese e molto silenziosa (caratteristica che ho apprezzato molto!). Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione super, dolce e salata. Un aspetto che ho molto apprezzato è la reception aperta h24. Premesso che il soggiorno mi è molto piaciuto, la struttura è un po' datata, e un po' di restyling qua e là potrebbe migliorarla nettamente. Al momento ci sono lavori di ristrutturazione all'ingresso che fanno sembrare la struttura un po' fatiscente.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, genoeg keus. Er zat een knipperend lampje in het brandalarm dat 's-nachts best wel veel licht af gaf.

• Jip (8/5): - This is an OK hotel, really. Very well located, right next to the train station and in walking distance of anything else in Pisa, including the airport (25 minutes walking). There were signs of wear on various things but the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Staff was always available.
• DARIUSZ (3/5): Pozytywne jest to ze hotel jest w centrum i wszędzie blisko. - Bez rewelacji co dziennie to samo. Obsługa jedna osoba nie radziła sobie z sprzątaniem i uzupełnianiem jedzenia, trzeba było czekać. Ogólnie można było zjeść smacznie. Ciastka pyszne. Pokój z lat 70-tych nie oddawał tego co pokazują na zdjęciach. Prysznic tak mały że jest trudno się wykąpać. Krany uszkodzone. Owady chodzące po pokoju-widok słaby. Smród szamba w całym obiekcie. Brak wody w pokoju ( trzeba było schodzić do recepcji) kubki papierowe, telewizorek miniaturka. Widok z okna paskudny. Bardzo głośno remonty przeszkadzały wewnątrz budynku. Wystrój hotelu zostawia dużo do życzenia.

• Holmberg (2/5): - Personalen var trevlig men tyvärr förstörde frukosten hela vistelsen. Hotell var fullbelagt av vandrare som ville i väg på morgonen. Frukosten öppnade kl 8 vilket är sent. Frukosten var meny man beställde vilket blev kaos när alla som stod på låset för att äta och komma i väg skulle beställa samtidigt från en ensam servitris. Kaffet tog slut maten tog lång tid men när man väl fick den var den god

• Veronika (6/5): Komu ide o blízku pešiu dostupnosť aj k veži a vlakovej stanice a letisku tak odporúčam určite, ale netreba čakať luxus. - Výhodná bola lokalita blízko železničnej stanice ale zároveň musíte rátať s hlukom s tým súvisiacim, ale s tým sme počítali. Raňajky boli chutne a personál milý. Nepáčilo sa mi že v izbe bolo strašne vlhko a dusno, celu noc sme sa nevyspali, možno by bolo fajn zvážiť modernú klímu ktorá by izbu schladila, boli sme v apríli, neviem si predstaviť ako tam je cez leto. Okno sa síce dalo otvoriť ale vzhľadom na blízkosť železničnej stanice a hluk z vlakov sme mali radšej zavreté.

• Hassan (10/5): Excellent - Excellent Hotel Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
• Wojtito (5/5): Pobyt do przeżycia, ale standard hotelu i okolica zdecydowanie nie zachęcają do powrotu. - Na plus wygodne łóżka – naprawdę dobrze się spało. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki regularnie wymieniane, więc pod względem czystości było w porządku. Fajnym dodatkiem był też balkon/taras, który dawał trochę przestrzeni i możliwość odpoczynku. Ogólnie hotel nadaje się na krótki pobyt, jeśli ktoś szuka czegoś prostego i nie zależy mu na wysokim standardzie. Największym minusem był zapach w lobby – wyraźnie czuć było coś w rodzaju kanalizacji, co robi bardzo słabe pierwsze wrażenie. Hotel jest wyraźnie nieremontowany od lat – widać zużycie mebli, drzwi i podłóg, a całość sprawia wrażenie przestarzałej. Śniadania bardzo słabe – mały wybór, podstawowe produkty i tanie gotowe desery, bez jakości i urozmaicenia. Okolica wokół hotelu nie sprawiała dobrego wrażenia – wieczorem czuć było klimat, który nie daje poczucia bezpieczeństwa i raczej nie zachęca do spacerów. Dodatkowo wyposażenie w pokoju jest słabe – np. suszarka do włosów praktycznie bezużyteczna.

• Ingrid (10/5): schönes ruhiges Zimmer nahe zum Bahnhof und zum schiefen Turm, nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück - Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und der Blick auf den Hof und die gegenüber liegenden Häuser (in den Gärten hat es geblüht) war angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und qualitativ hochwertig.

• Aleš (8/5): Starší a poněkud již omšelý hotel, ale s velkou snahou personálu jej udržet v pořádku. - Snídaně byly vyhovující, žádný velký sortiment a luxus, ale splnily účel. Čistotu na pokojích udržovali vzorně, uklízeli denně. Hotel je jen pár kroků od nádraží, takže cestování do dalších destinací bylo bez problémů. Jeli jsme dvakrát do Florencie a jednou do Livorna. Také je to blízko na letiště, kam jezdí vláček Pisa Mover. Ráno ale jezdí až do 6:00 a protože jsme odlétali brzy, jeli jsme taxíkem, který nám z recepce ochotně zavolali. V okolí bylo spoustu všelijakých obchůdků, ale lepší restaurace na večeře byly dost daleko, až za řekou Arno. Vchod do hotelu je z poněkud zanedbané temné a nepříliš voňavé pasáže, uprostřed pasáže byla vytrhaná dlažba. V okolí se občas potulovaly všelijaké podivné existence různých barev, když jsme odjížděli ležel na zemi kousek od vchodu nějaký bezdomovec. Hotel už má dost za sebou, některé vybavení už by potřebovalo obměnu. Ale nebylo to přímo špatné, na kratší pobyt (my jsme byli 4 noci) se to dalo vydržet. Pro nás byl problém jejich systém stlaní postelí, přikrývka byla vložena mezi dvě prostěradla. Na to nejsme zvyklí, nicméně s tím se nedá nic dělat, to je ve středomoří všude tak, v Itálii, ve Španělsku, v Řecku, všude to dělají takto. Bohužel.
