• Uriah (10/5): Nice loft style apartment, clean and relaxing - This place is so nice, the loft is clean and very comfortable, nice a relaxing away from the busy street but close enough to walk up and get anything you need, the pool is nice, the staff are lovely, would definitely rebook again, great if you want to have some relaxing downtime in Seminyak

• brodie (1/5): wouldn’t stay there again. - didn’t like much about the property what i didn’t like was the black mould scattered through the rooms, that’s know for causing extreme sickness, the open windows in between the bushings in the toilets so whenever you go in there you get to smell the sewerage and other humans waste, the curtains that don’t connect 100% and have light shining directly in your face as you try to sleep, also i’m sure they claim the pool is heated but it’s freezing cold. the place looks flashy from the outside but your stay is a different experience.

• Don (1/5): Find better and book that - Nothing if I could give less then 1 star I would and let me explain . Steps ,stairs and sudden death . I’m 74 years old and when confronted with flights of stairs( plural ) and sometimes ( most times) in the dark and exposed to the rain on the side of the building just to get to my room . Having to take a breather at the halfway point only to reach the bed where you spend the next 40 minutes in recovery you need to ask yourself is this worth it !!! . After talking with the owner it was agreed at my age this was not a great idea ( probably a dead corpse at the bottom of the stairs from hell in the morning is not an ideal proposition) he agreed to move me to a ground floor for the 2nd to the 11th of January ….. But on the 10th I get a message from staff to say you need to go back to the top in 30 minutes ( seriously) I immediately shifted out and wiped my further 5 days accommodating and found much better and much cheaper and better location .now the location is unbelievable it’s down a nasty Gang that is unlit full of potholes and keep an eye out of the odd snake . The lofts themselves have been built to a price ( that’s if the price is cheap) the staircases in each of the 8 unsoundproof units are music to your ears from the clambering quick steps of Children to the heavy steps of the odd loud guests and not confined to any particular hour , you will hear this all night long . The pool has nobody in it at anytime … Why … it’s shaded and freezing, so count that out . There’s parking for 4 bikes maximum, so if you are luck you might get a park . And the interior well let me say the bathrooms and toilets are gods gift to the senses. Your nose will detect the smell before you enter and the tiles on the walls wouldn’t be out of place in abattoir and the brown stains have me only guessing what that could be . So you’re thinking of staying there …. DONT!!! Run away as fast as you can
• Stéphane (5/5): Logement décevant malgré sa proximité de la plage - Olala loft est est très bien placé. A 10 minutes de la plage de Six Point, c'est un sacré confort au quotidien pour s'y rendre sans prise de tête. A notre arrivée, une personne nous attendait, mais on est arrivé lors de la permanence de 9h à 21h. Au-delà, pas sûr que ça soit facile d'accès. La taille du frigo, ainsi que le mobilier. Il y a le strict minimum pour pouvoir faire à manger. Par contre le grill pain, ça serai bien qu'il soit nettoyer à notre arriver. Ca inspire pas confiance de griller son pain à l'intérieur. Puis, je ne vois pas d'autres avantages de cet établissement. En soit, au vue de la proximité de la plage et de son prix, il faut être moins regardant sur certaine chose. Malheureusement, énormément de point sont à souligner sur cet établissement. Logement pas propre, toiles d'araignée sur les coins de mur, douche vieillotte, usée et remplie de calcaire. On n'est pas du tout à l'aise pour se laver dans leur douche. Peu de rouleau de papier de toilette et à l'étage, carrément, il y en a pas. Serviette et drap tachées, vu qu'ils sont blancs, c'est visible. Et peu t'être dégoutant. Pas de service d'entretien. Et malheureusement le taf ne parle pas bien anglais, beaucoup de difficulté pour se comprendre. Ustensiles de cuisine et grill pain pas propre à notre arrivée. Pas de savon et peu de liquide vaisselle. Il faut tout demander pour que ça soit bien remis à l'ordre. C'est désagréable et à force, on abandonne.
• Anna (10/5): - The room was spacious, with a large table, two TVs, a water dispenser, and a fully equipped kitchen. We liked the location — very close to the beach and cafes. The staff were very friendly and solved any issues quickly. The building itself is beautifully designed, the pool is comfortable, and there is parking for motorbikes. We liked everything and will definitely come back! The safe in the room didn’t work, and the air conditioner in the bedroom was leaking. It wasn’t super clean, but it was okay

• Céline (5/5): - El apartamento tiene lo mínimo que puedas necesitar. Tiene una cama King size grande y cómoda y aire acondicionado. La limpieza era justa, el baño no se veía muy limpio, las ventanas cierran mal y está muy mal aislado, se oye los vecinos de al lado como si los tuvieras en tu apartamento.

Boa piscina, sempre em ótimo estado Bom espaço exterior Cama muito confortável Toalhas sempre disponíveis Cozinha com os mínimos necessários para se poder cozinhar durante a estadia. Bom para trabalhar, boa wi-fi e mesa Água mineral gratuita sempre disponível (excelente!) Água do chuveiro com boa pressão Muito central e com muitos serviços à volta: lavandaria, minimercados, massagens, spas, lojas etc Tivemos um problema com a limpeza quando chegamos, mas que o staff prontamente resolveu. No entanto, acho que os standards de limpeza locais são diferentes dos Europeus, e deixa sempre um bocadinho a desejar (pelo menos para nós). Deixo também a nota que nós ficamos hospedadas mais de 1 mês, se fosse uma estadia de curta duração nem teríamos reparado. O acesso é central, mas numa viela muito escondida e esburacada, nem todos os carros conseguem lá entrar. Mas super seguro. Pequenas melhorias poderiam ser feitas, mas é um espaço que eu facilmente teria vivido lá mais tempo :)

My daughter arrived 2 days beforehand and had a - The location was amazing, Double Six beach was a very short walk down the road and JL Seminyak / Legian just up the road Room is very functional, we had an upstairs room even though had booked a non-balcony room. Bathroom has frosted glass door which is great for privacy, but does let the sun in, so room is bright at 5:30am. They also had lights on outside for the whole light which meant the room was always lite up. A blind over the bathroom window would rectify this and having the outside lights turn off at a certain time would also assist. Waking up at 2am to a bright room is not ideal.
• Rachel (10/5): It’s okay… - The property was middle of the road, not that nice, not that unpleasant. Not much personality to it and the pool is shared with other people. The living space is quite plain with cheap furniture. Not that comfortable to relax there.
• Tracey (10/5): - Lovely staff onsite. We had 2 ground floor rooms by the pool. Clean, spacious and comfortable, loved the cooled water refills. HUGE bed! Location was walking distance to the beach but weren’t many great restaurants nearby. Had to turn all the outside lights around the pool etc off manually as they shine right in the window. Strange design with the main bathroom downstairs was a bit annoying. No water glasses, chopping board or tea towel in the kitchen. Google maps took me to Villa Coco carpark instead of down Gang Kebyar.
• Bruno (9/5): Just very good - Spacious place, very big bed, waterdispenser, ultra friendly staff, nice little pool and sitting area, one aircon per floor that work super well Little road to olala not enough light, it’s wobbly with little potholes all the way (with rain if so) u step in. Small bathroom for such a big space. Beware to do stairs :-)

• Carrie (8/5): Very spacious. Comfy bed they was huge! - Great location. Nice and quiet. Sadly our air conditioner upstairs wasn’t operating properly. Staff were great calling in repairmen on 2 occasions but it was still freezing up and dripping water and not very effective. They did their best.

Lovely big self contained apartments with the big K/S bed up on a mezzainine floor and all have a pool view. Some ceiling fans in the rooms would be good and much more economical. Also some beaqn bags or lounges around the pool would be a great addition.

• fathia (9/5): - Très beaux appartements très bien situés et très propres. Lits très confortables (je suis très exigeante). jolie petite piscine. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous avons eu un petit souci pour la récupération des clés mais le Manager a très bien géré la situation. Attention a bien avoir le code de la boite a clé si vous faites une arrivée tardive. Il n'y a pas de présence 24/24. Employés très gentils et agréables.

• Chris (10/5): Good location, modern facilities - Great location. The blokes that look after the place are very friendly. It was great that they were available quite early in the morning as well as late into the night which was really helpful when I needed anything. Spacious apartment. I hope you like stairs haha. Also probably best to cook anything smokey outside. It's more like a hotel room than a villa which is fine.

• Kylie (8/5): Great rooms great staff great location and the price was amazing. ♥️ - Loved the location and the staff were amazing so helpful nothing was to much trouble we were greeted with big smiles every day they went above and beyond for us .. thank you 10/10. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay again :-) Only complaint would be its a bit noisy you can hear other guests walking around in their rooms especially going up and down the stairs and it’s quite loud as it echoes through the rooms both up and downstairs , also guests coming in late and turning the pool area lights on and talking loud late at night and not turning them off as the lights come through the rooms. Maybe a noise curfew in place would help

• Greg (9/5): Superb - Location is great, the facilities in the apartment are awesome, everything you might need even for a long stay. It was really designed and equipped with the guests in mind. Microwave, stove, freezer fridge, 2 TVs, 2 ACs etc Only one thing... Soundproofing is really bad. When someone's talking/walking next door/ watching TV etc, really feels like they're in YOUR room
