• David (1/5): Unclean apartment - Location, spacious apartment This apartment seriously requires a deep clean To say we were disappointed on arrival is an understatement It appeared as though someone had been living in apartment and had left 10 mins prior to our arrival. Had to arrange alternative accommodation ourselves after driving 5 hours not a good 1st impression. We started cleaning apartment but decided this was unacceptable Owners offered to put cleaners in the following morning but this should have been cleaned to a good standard prior to arrival of new guests.
• Nicola (5/5): Liverpool stay - Good location with good cafes etc nearby. Despite having written confirmation that a cot would be available, it wasn't in the apartment. On contacting them, I was told they couldn't provide until the next morning, resulting in us having to buy a travel cot. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Bedrooms would benefit from thicker/ black out curtains. Beds and sofa were uncomfortable.
• Róisín (10/5): - Beautiful, spacious, warm apartment, tastefully decorated and really comfortable. Equipped with everything we could need. In a lovely area with a great brunch spot closeby. Excellent value for money. Can be a little bit noisy at night time since it's on a main Street. Otherwise great. Would fully recommend.

• Joanne (4/5): Stylish but not comfortable - Very large apartment. Beautifully decorated. Stunning to look at. Large kitchen. Easy to park on road outside. Close to amenities. Lovely Greek restaurant a short walk down the road. Sofa was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on - you could feel the springs (better to look at). Bed wasn't comfortable. Apartment was stuffy and hot but the windows only open a small amount. Couldn't sleep with the windows open though (had to close them at 1am) due to traffic noise and noise of people on street outside. Guess we're not used to living on a bustling street. Not off-street parking, as advertised. Unfortunately, very much style over comfort.

It felt like staying in a hotel. The kitchen looked new and had so much for space for cooking and preparing food. All the appliances and decor appeared to be new. N/a

• helen (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good for us. Spacious property. Property not cleaned properly prior to check in, toilet covered in the previous guest's urine. There was also lots of dust and dirt around, the microwave and shower had not been cleaned. Beds extremely uncomfortable, we barely slept. No mattress protectors, and mattress clearly old/ very used. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Toilet seat was loose, slipped when sat on. No coat rack/ hooks to hang up coats. No hairdryer. Items in kitchen were dirty, needed washing before use.

• Judith (10/5): Many thanks. We shall definitely book again. - Location perfect for our needs. Good communication from hosts and easy access system. Shops and transport close by. Very clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped and spacious. Minor points only, but a hairdryer and instructions for the hob would have been useful.
