- Bernard (8/5): Needs some TLC - Great location on the sea front, I parked opposite on the beach. Formerly a restaurant. Ground floor living area and kitchen are both spacious. Upstairs, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both spacious and comfortable! The conversion has not been done tastefully, the furniture is old and in need of cleaning, as we were always scratching and felt itchy. Mixed feelings about this place. Upstairs defo the best of it.

- Deborah (9/5): Great location, comfortable and spacious - The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible. Everything was good and we have no complaints about the property. Because it is located on the main street, the road is quite busy in the evenings but this is the consequence of staying in a maisonette which is in the heart of the village.
