• filippo (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Tutto molto bello, soprattutto la vista dalla piscina e la palestra. Posizione centrale e vicinissima, anche a piedi, a chinatown e merdeka square Il letto durissimo e sfondato… sembrava di dormire in un asse di legno
• DALILA (5/5): Séjour très décevant malgré quelques points positifs. - La localisation Nous avions déjà séjourné une première nuit dans cet hôtel auparavant et tout s’était très bien passé, c’est donc avec confiance que nous sommes revenus. Malheureusement, cette seconde expérience a été très décevante. À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes inacceptables pour un hôtel : absence de produits de toilette de base, notamment le savon pour se laver les mains, ce qui est pourtant essentiel dans un établissement hôtelier. Le drap était déchiré et la salle de bain présentait une fuite, ce qui a rendu le séjour inconfortable. Le plus frustrant a été le comportement d’une employée avec qui nous avons échangé : personne hautaine, peu compétente et sans aucune volonté de comprendre notre situation ou d’apporter une solution adaptée. Nous nous sommes sentis ignorés face aux problèmes rencontrés, il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner Heureusement, tout le personnel n’était pas ainsi. En passant par la messagerie Booking, le manager ainsi que Raymond ont été vraiment formidables : gentils, serviables et à l’écoute. Ce sont les seuls points positifs de notre expérience. Malheureusement, malgré leur aide, cela ne suffit pas à compenser les nombreux désagréments rencontrés durant le séjour.

• Timothy (3/5): Would never stay here again - Not much. Gym was decent and never too crowded. Location is good. Cafe outside the lobby is a nice perk for a quick espresso. Most annoying hotel ever. Does not look like the photos. Everything is much more dated and dirty. Room and entire complex. Elevators are always busy, expect to wait 5 minutes for elevator and then for it to be packed with people. Lobby is always full of people. Pool is always busy and there's never any pool loungers available.

• Andréa (7/5): - Très belle chambre et piscine de l’hôtel avec vu sur les building. Il faut payer la consigne de l’hôtel pour pouvoir laisser les valises avant le check in et après le check out (5 myr par valise/sac)
• Kris (8/5): Location and property were great! The cleanliness and maintenance needs improvement - The location is great, only 15minute walk to china town or Bukit Bintang with the street market. The view was amazing and the facilities on the roof with the gym and pool are amazing! When I arrived the water tap was spinning loose, the toilet roll holder wasn’t secure on the wall, the washing machine was full of dirt and dust. Generally the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property was poor.
• SeraE (9/5): Beklentimizin üzerinde bı konaklama - Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Taze taze omlet çeşitlerinin yapılmasını sevdik.. Tesisin konumu merkezi yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Memnun kaldık. Temizlik daha detaylı yapılabilir, bazı kısımlarda hijyen açısından yetersizdi.

• Summer (7/5): - Overall it met our net our needs fine. The room was not super clean- there was rubbish found in different places and under the bed when we had to move it... And the pillow covers on the window sill were all stained and dirty. The air con was quite loud and sounded like it was struggling and there was a smell to the room like damp stale coming from bathroom. The kitchen didn't have pots and pans, chopping boards, and limited plates etc but someone did drop off a fry pan though for us.

• Ahmed Mostafa (5/5): The location and building facilities are good. But the host and Nepali security guards are racist. - I liked the location and the building facilities. 1. There are no room service. So, not recommended for long stays. We requested towel change few times but didn't get it. 2. The building security guards are mostly Nepali and they are always very racist. Will help you if you are White, otherwise don't expect any good behaviour from them. Their tone of speaking is very rude if you are from Asia or Africa. The Nepali guard at the pool hesitated to give me towels almost everyday and can't even recognise swimming pants but he was buttering up all the white skinned guests at the same time. 3. The drinking water tap is broken and they will only provide you 500ml water bottles every day for each guest and that too only when you spam them with messages. Note that the host didn't even bother to send bottles on our last day (even though the day was paid).

• Marie-Theres (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Vom Pool und der Bar hatte man eine herrliche Aussicht über die Stadt. Der Lift hat manchmal lange gebraucht und das Gym war spartanisch eingerichtet.
• Kristina (6/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. - Das Zimmer war okay mit toller Aussicht. Das Gym und die Dachterrasse waren ebenfalls schön. Alles etwas umständlich, z.B. die Barkaution beim Check-In, die Benutzung des Lifts, das Öffnen der Türen, die Handtücher am Pool. Am Lift musste man oft lange warten. Der Herr an der Rezeption war unfreundlich.

Apartment should have at least shower gel and the cleanliness should be improved: there was spots on the bed linen. The deposit situation where the only ATM available charges 5€!!! Per withdrawal

• Andi Mann (8/5): Tolles Appartementhaus. - Sehr gute Lage. Fast alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Einfaches Zimmer mit Smart TV und kleiner "Küche". Toller Pool mit wenig Liegemöglichkeiten. Supermarkt im Haus. Insgesamt überzeugt der Ausblick und die Lage. Leider war die Unterkunft etwas dreckig. Der Fußboden nicht sauber. Wohnung ist schon etwas abgenutzt. Kein Handtuchwechsel. Information für Müll oder wie man das warme Wasser anstellt wären noch schön gewesen.

Из минусов : Столько тропический душ, нет обычной лейки - то есть без головы не помоешься . Очень шумный кондиционер . Шумно с улицы даже с закрытыми окнами - тк они выходят на дорогу, где ездят мотоциклы . Некрасивый вид из окна. Отваливающаяся кафельная плитка в ванной. Сломанные крючки для полотенец .

• AGATA (9/5): Polecam! - Świetna lokalizacja, do wielu miejsc można dojść pieszo, blisko ulicy z pysznym jedzeniem. Świetny basen i widoki. Dobrze działające WiFi. Smaczne śniadanie. Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu rano i zostaliśmy poinformowani, że nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania. Później jednak okazało się, że człowiek na recepcji był niekompetentny i mieliśmy taką możliwość (co było istotne po 20 godzinach podróży).

• Tanja (10/5): Good stay at good location - Spacious room,good view, swimming pool and location Saw few friendly cockroaches in the kitchen area and bathroom, there was no working desk and the room itself looked different from pictures provided by booking. After all we enjoyed our stay. Location was good. Swimming pool was good too. Also windows was a bit dirty from outside and it spoiled only a bit the perfect vew..

Közel a központhoz. Bolt és étterem az épületben.Tetőkert.Szobában vízszűrő, mosó -szárítógép.Lift,kulcskártya nyit mindent.Biztonságos. Szobában a zuhanyzó teljesen nyitott, jó lenne egy üvegfal.Kifröcskölődik a víz.Kéztörlő kellene a mozsdóhoz. Konyhában konyhai törlőkendő hiányzik. Az ágybetétet ki kellene cserélni, nagyon elhasználódott már.Kényelmetlen 2 embernek. Csak 1 kulcskártya van,ami a liftet is irányította, ezért mindenkinek menni kell együtt. Vagy a szobában marad, amig a másik visszatér a kártyával. Nincs érték megőrző.

• Oliver (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit toller Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar - Das Studio ist perfekt eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und modern. Tolle Aussicht. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Die Rooftop-Bar mit Pool ist fantastisch. Man wartet teilweise 5 Min. bis ein Aufzug kommt.
