- Guest (3/5): Disappointing - Location was great! This stay went from bad to worse. After a half day (!) for administration with several unclear instructions on check-in forms, bank transfers, ... I finally arrived at the appartment. The appartment was not cleaned, hair on the sink, dirty toilet and unchanged bed. After 20 e-mails I still didn't receive any reimbursement for this issue. All in all this is an example of a host trying to get as much as possible out of the property without any service or decent communication in place. Trying to automate everything works well for the host, but really downgrades the experience of the guest.
