Excelente atención de Yves, siempre atento y bien predispuesto Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando a los lugares para visitar, y de ser necesario el uso de transporte público, el lugar está muy bien conectado con líneas de transporte. Un plus a favor es la proximidad de la estación de trenes (150 metros aproximadamente) Alojamiento muy recomendable Nada!! Todo perfecto
• Petya (10/5): A wonderful 10-day stay on the Cote d'Azur - We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!

Very close to the main railway station Nice-Ville, easy and quick access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The host was amazing and always quick to respond that made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend the apartment and the host! -

It's near the city center and less than 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the host, Yves, was very kind and more than willing to help. We recommend it 100% if you plan to visit Nice.

• Tamar (9/5): Amazing location and spacious, cute apartment - Amazing location, incredibly friendly host, cute apartment, felt very safe. Washing machine was a great plus and we had a ton of space. AC was also phenomenal and we even got homemade jam upon arrival! Everything was perfect. The only thing was that the bed and pillows were a little tough / hard to sleep on.

• Lara (10/5): Such good value! - This place is actually an apartment, not a studio. It has a long hallway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All very well equipped with anything you might need. Wifi fast and stable, good for video calls. Owner really nice and easy communication. Only downside is no automatic check in, no box code and with keys inside, someone needs to let you in.

• Janet (10/5): Nice week in Nice 😊 - The apartment is very spacious and excellent equipped even for a long stay and has everything one can need. The kitchen is in a separate room, which is very convenient. The apartment is artistically arranged with many posters and paintings and is very cozy.

The unit is quite lovely, outfitted with everything you might need. The location is perfect for walking and discovering all the beautiful areas of Nice. Yves is quite communicative and easy to reach. Perhaps add two soft pillow for those who prefer. Otherwise everything was perfect!

• Mary (10/5): For our first visit to Nice we chose a great location and apartment. - Greeted personally by host - Yves, who very kindly waited at apartment for us, when we arrived later than expected. Although there was a grill we would have liked a simple electric toaster.

Spacious, comfortable room Owner was very thoughtful to leave toothbrushes, sun cream, water, homemade jam, etc. Not much! The pillows were a bit thin for our taste, and you can hear people talking sometimes on the terrace outside but it didn’t bother us much.

• Atiqa (10/5): Incredible apartment which makes my vacation more meaningful. - The location is very central and very near to Gare Nice Ville and tram Gare Theirs and only walking distance to the beach. The room and amenities is more than enough for us. Everything is great but the shower drainage is slow and we have to wait for a few minutes until the water pool is cleared.
• David (8/5): Best location in Nice! - Perfect location next to main train station. Easy access lift and stairs. Everything you need for a short stay. Lovely little apartment. Close to the old town also. No instructions in English, for washing machine, TV etc. No TV channels in English. Bed was a little firm for us (personal preference).

• Olga (10/5): Perfect appartment for a city-break - Our host greeted us warmly at the building entrance and showed all amenities. The appartment was very clean, very nicely furnished and decorated. Excellent location - close to the main train station (Nice-Ville), supermarket Monoprix and tram lines. Nevertheless the area was really quiet. Bakery with fresh baguettes and warm croissants was just round the corner.

The host is amazing and took great care of us! The apartment was really clean and he even left us some gifts to enjoy during our stay. We will definitely be back!
