- Matijas (1/5): Worst experience on Booking ever - This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a property on Booking.com.
I was traveling with young children, which made the situation even more unacceptable. The apartment had no heating in one of the main rooms and a severely clogged shower that would start flooding the bathroom floor within minutes. Host knew about this as the thermostat was disconnected with wires hanging out as we checked in. This made basic use of the apartment uncomfortable and stressful, especially with kids.
What’s completely unacceptable is that nothing was fixed during the entire stay, despite me reporting the issues immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, the host later falsely claimed that everything had been resolved when I escalated the case through Booking.com.
I submitted photo evidence taken at checkout clearly proving the problems were never addressed, yet the host still refused to issue even a partial refund. Even more concerning, Booking.com was unable to enforce any resolution and simply accepted the host’s false claims.
This is not just poor service—it’s a lack of basic honesty and accountability. Guests—especially families—should not have to deal with flooding bathrooms, lack of heating, and being misled after the fact.
I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property unless you’re willing to risk unresolved issues and zero support when something goes wrong.
- Dobromira (8/5): - Location! X

- Sarah (10/5): Honestly, we loved it and I’m already considering coming back next month. - The location was wonderful. The renovation was very well done. The shower really makes a wet mess on the floor with every shower. The toilet paper, coffee pods and paper towels run out well before the stay, but the staff was kind to bring extras.
- Guy (10/5): -
- Ayelet (10/5): - This place was a huge surprise, we loved everything about it - location, tidyness, esthetics, spacious, super comfortable. We sure will stay again. The shower is very big and comfortable, a big kitchen with everything, comfy matresses Small thing - it could be better if the owner found a way to close the shower door, because the floor gets wet..
- Peggy (8/5): Goed!
Daardoor minder goed geslapen.
- Victor (7/5): - Everything about the place is just beautiful and good quality - especially the towels! The living room could use a TV, and the TV in the room *could* be a little bigger.
- AMELIA (9/5): Lovely flat close to everything! - Great location. Easy to get to from Paris Gard du Nord. Very comfortable flat. Quiet street. TV could be bigger but this is a minor detail.
Radiator in bathroom wasn’t working.
- Neville (8/5): Another very comfortable stay at Saint Germain residence. Great location and modern conveniences. - Location is great and convenient to walk everywhere around the 2-8th arrondisements. So much storage space to unpack your clothes, combined with good heating, washing facilities and all the other modern conveniences. The street outside is becoming a bit dirty with rough sleepers and trash. The people staying in the other apartments were a bit noisy at times, as the stairs are wooden and noisy. The musty smell in the downstairs area is a bit off putting and needs constant ventilation.
- Lynette (10/5): -
- Hatidze Florim (9/5): Perfekt für Aufenthalt in Paris - Sehr sauber. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert.
Perfekte Lage.
- Amarilda (10/5): - Very comfortable apartments with everything you need, especially when you have children and want to cook for them. We felt at home. Very clean, quiet and perfect location. You can walk to every attraction in Paris. We will definitely come back again.

- Elena (9/5): It was excellent, l’hôte you ‘ lol be able to fox WiFi - Good location , comfortable and cosy apartament Wifi was not working
- victoria (8/5): Great location, stylish. Clean, excellent kitchen and bathroom. A little bit sparse but comfortable -
- G. (9/5): -
- Mark (10/5): The best location and apartment we could have hoped for - It was very clean, recently renovated. Excellent kitchen and bathroom, best shower ever! Nothing
- juan (10/5): -
- John stephen (10/5): Stylish and very comfortable - Beautifully restored old Parisian apartment with a high end finish, luxurious bedding and towels.
- Soufiane (10/5): Parfait - Bien situé, calme RAS
- Michael (8/5): -
- Melanie (10/5): Amazing location, very comfortable apartment. Highly recommend. - This property was in a perfect location, as a family we felt safe in this area of Paris. The accomodation was perfect for our family, it was bigger than I expected which was great.
The staff were in constant contact to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.
- Saad (4/5): Disappointing - The location is ok. It's not very central (it's towards one end) but most of the stuff is 10 minutes walk away. We requested an early check-in for which they charged us quickly but on the day of arrival refused to let us in because the apartment wasn't ready and previous tenant didn't leave on time. They probably paid them more to stay. When we reached the apartment at the check-in time the cleaning person was still there and was being rude as if we made a mistake of coming in on time. We reported this to the owner, he called the owner and then calmed down (don't know what happened there). We made videos of the whole process and sent it to the owner as well. The cleaner left one hour after the check-in time.
We requested the owner to issue refund of the early check-in to which they asked us to provide proof of the charge and told us that the accounting department is closed and it will processed on 10-June. At the time of writing this review on 13-June, they still haven't issued us refund.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no lift in the building. It's a big hassle taking bags up and down and with a family with kids it's not an easy thing to go up and down a few times a day.
There's smell in the main bathroom which has some sort of water damage and it's effecting the bedroom as well.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Rob (9/5): Very enjoyable - Very well located, nicely appointed and comfortable apartment The electronic key system malfunctioned and we couldn’t get into the apartment
- Geor (10/5): Beautiful flat in the heart of Paris - Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Very close to delicious coffee and pastries! Very easy access with key code. Wifi drops out a little and isn't super fast.
- Furrer (10/5): The apartement is a 10+! We loved the style, it was very clean and in the middle of Quartier Latin - We had no meals included. There are hundrets of restaurants just around the corner We had some troubles to get in the apartement. We became a code, which was correct, but they forgot to give us a code for the keybox. So we had at least 3 hours till we finally could arrange it, to get in.
- Fcarones (7/5): Wonderful location, too expensive for the service provided. - The location is amazing, just a few steps to the Seine and Notre Dame, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, where plenty of restaurants and other amenities are available. Metro and other public transportation are very close.
The apartment is very nice. All services are efficient. Apartment temperature control is not straightforward at all.
In terms of costs/benefits, it is far too expensive. For the price per night we paid, we were expecting at least more availability of toiletry items (we were there for 5 days, and only one set (shampoo, shower gel) was available). Furthermore, a cleanup service was available but only upon further payment.
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Sally (9/5): Every amenity we needed was provided, beautiful bedrooms, the surprise view of the Notre Dame from our balcony in the l - The location couldn’t have been better, close to Notre Dame and the Seine. The stairs were a big problem for us, carrying the luggage up 78 stairs was a challenge as we are not so young. Everything else was perfect
- Ian (8/5): Spacious modern apartment span over two with good view on the balcony in a great location - Great location, modern internal fitting, spacious with very good view on the balcony .
Very helpful host. No lift
- Neville (10/5): Amazing apartment in a great location. A true pleasure to stay here. - What a fabulous apartment this is! Located perfectly close to Blvd St Germain and all the shopping and local attractions. Short walk to Notre Dam and the Seine. The apartment itself was very well presented. Everything worked perfectly and was pretty much brand new. Very comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of room to unpack and relax and enjoy. Excellent communication with the host company and a real pleasure to stay here. The apartment just needed a mirror for the ladies to see what their outfit looks like.
- Daniel (9/5): Excellent - Everything Nothing
- Gabrielle (9/5): Superb - This location is AMAZING. You can see Notre Dame from the patio and hear the bells from every bedroom :) It is not suitable for people with mobility issues, as it is on the 4th floor and requires climbing many stairs. This is not suitable for people with toddlers/small children, as it is a 2 story unit and to get from the bedrooms to the living room requires climbing a spiral metal staircase. However, if it is accessible and safe for your group - this apartment rocks! It's HUGE by European standards and I was surprised at how big it actually was once we got inside! The living and kitchen area is nice and spacious and has a huge table for hanging out and enjoying your wine and aperitif. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of wardrobes and shelves to organize and store our things. Due to some sort of mixup, I did not have the door code before arriving at the property. I was able to call the number, however, and someone immediately answered and provided me with the door code. I would recommend switching to a system in which the door code is emailed ahead of time to cut down on day-of stress! Even after a 6 night stay, we could never figure out the lighting upstairs in the living room. There are many different switches, and we tried them all, but could never get some of the lights to turn on - maybe the bulbs were burned out. The washing machine leaked out the front every time we used it, and the dryer didn't really dry our clothes, but I don't generally expect functional clothes dryers when I travel in Europe...
- Horoszowski (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheryl (9/5): Superb - Very spacious apartment for central Paris area, perfect for our family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 teens. Location was amazing, just steps from the NOTRE DAME, with the Metro and RER only a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is also an amazing coffee place, a bakery, and a grocery nearby so it was really easy to go out and pick up breakfast to bring back each morning.
We found the property to be extremely prompt and responsive to all our messages and even called us to clarify a request. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with their cleaners and our apartment was not quite ready when we arrived. However, the owners were very responsive to our messages via Booking.com and sorted out the issue very quickly. Fortunately we were staying more than one night and everything was perfect after the first night.
One other point as this was mentioned in other reviews, the hot water was only luke warm on arrival. This may be fine for summer but it was uncomfortable in winter. Towel rail heater remote also did not work. We requested the thermostat on hot water be increased and the property did so the next morning. They also fixed the remote (battery) and the heated towel rails then worked perfectly. Recommend the owners increase the hot water thermostat as a standard for winter.
- Tamara (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment - Everything. We walked everywhere, all of the facilities were amazing. Everything was beautifully styled. The bed was so comfortable. It was so spacious. We would live here if we could. Thank you so much. We had a little trouble with the door codes but the staff rectified it quickly.
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful and full of character and the location was great. The bathroom floor floods a bit.
- Catherine (10/5): Three generations of family, making wonderful memories together. - Beautiful old building with contemporary twist. High end. The lighting, we couldn’t work out how to have lights on in bathroom without having general light on which was a little too inconvenient.
- Gregory (9/5): Modern and spacious apartment in great location - The apartment is beautiful. It is in an historic building, but newly renovated inside. Location is very central and ideal for where we wanted to go. There are two nice bedrooms on the first floor, then a steep spiral staircase takes you to the spacious second floor, which was really spectacular. From the tiny rooftop patio you can see the top of Notre Dame. Check-in was not as smooth as it could be, but that might be because they sent the wring link for getting the door code. I called and was quickly connected to someone who helped. One thing worth keeping in mind is that the email I got said not to click the link until I was outside the residence. You should actually click it earlier so you can pay the city tax and upload passports ahead of time, instead of while jammed on the sidewalk with all your luggage.
- Danielle (7/5): Nice for 1 night - Beautiful property No mirrors anywhere apart from bathroom.
Lack of communication
Lighting system very hard to work out
- Sandra (10/5): Beautiful apartment. Quiet, great location. - Beautiful and well equipped. Nothing
- Jennifer (9/5): Very comfortable apartment, great location! - We loved this apartment. We were slightly concerned before seeing the apartment that the glass separating the bedroom from the living room would not be soundproof but it was very private. Location was great! Nespresso machine that was provided did not use standard Nespresso capsules so we had to go out of our way to purchase them. I would recommend either providing enough capsules for the full stay or provide a standard Nespresso machine. Outside terrace is an interior terrace in an air shaft.
FYI to owners - shower leaks all over the floor unless you put a towel at the bottom glass partition to stop the water from going over the edge. Didn't get in our way - just mentioning in case you want to add something to prevent this from happening.
- Marianna (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, very beautiful furnishings Expensive
- Frances (8/5): Beautiful apartment, fabulous location. - Beautifully renovated apartment, located in a very vibrant district with many bars and restaurants to choose from. Literally opposite Notre Dame (movies), it was central to many metro and train lines which made getting about easy.
The apartment is in a lovely old street and building was clean and really nicely furnished. It looked exactly as in the pictures. All the appliances and other inclusions are of a high standard.
The electronic access to the main doors all worked fine and it felt very safe. Small things, which if improved, would make it perfect.
Communication felt a bit impersonal. There is an app/link through which you get door codes and other info. We received a welcome email the next day, which was nice, and which invited us to respond with any requests. However, when I did ask for a chopping board (none in the apartment) and something on which to hang newly laundered clothes (instead of using the dryer which is not very eco friendly), there was no response. We hung our clothes around the apartment and on the heated towel rail.
I did at some point advise that one of the shower heads was broken and got an immediate response and a also a commitment to bring the missing items along with a tea towel (which was also missing). It was a bit late in our stay, but still would have been welcomed, however they never arrived.
The water in the shower doesn’t get very warm, but makes for a quicker shower!
There was no information on how to deal with garbage, and we had to determine which day was the appropriate one on which to run out to the bin when we heard the trucks - luckily while we were inside that morning.
Some written info in the actual apartment would be very useful over a sparsely populated online link.
The neighbours for a few days downstairs were smokers and therefore we could not have our windows open at night which caused the apartment to be a bit warm. The French expect to be able to smoke just about anywhere and do not seem to consider others as in other countries. The neighbours upstairs were a bit noisy, but probably to be expected with living in such close quarters.
There is a mouldy smell in the stairway. It’s an old building so probably not much can be done, but we did open the windows in the stairwell and it helped.
- Maria (8/5): If not fir the excessive noise so early in the morning, it would have been an excellent stay. - The location, cleanliness, historical building and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower sprayed everywhere and the water was hard to manage. The neighbours were excessively noisy.
- Deborah (10/5): Fantastic stay in the city of love - Beautiful apartment in an amazing location It may be I couldn’t find them but it could do with some kitchen tea towels otherwise perfect
- Alex (6/5): With slight changes will be a great apartment in a fantastic location. - Great location and well renovated apartment. The sofa bed was broken and the children slept on the floor. The finish of the apartment was good, however, little details were odd. The lighting was complex and whatever direction you pointed the handheld shower head water streamed onto the bathroom floor along the divider between the shower and skin/toilet area. The top shower head just sprayed water into the non-shower area and walls outside the shower.
- James (10/5): Great place and good price. I would check - First, we stayed in apartment 4. I’m always concerned that the pictures will not match the rental. In this case, they were completely accurate. It was clean, nicely renovated and decorated, bright and quiet. We had no problems with noise, security or feeling safe.
Water pressure was satisfactory as was water temperature. The light controls took some getting used to as there are a few 3-way switches but nothing that caused any problems. AC units worked great and kept the entire apartment very cool.
TV was as expected. Streaming was intermittent at times but we only used it for background noise in our downtime. There was only a few English channels for those that value that, but at least there was some.
The staff was responsive and courteous and allowed us entry a little earlier than 4pm, which we appreciated after traveling through the night from the USA. Their advice regarding the City Lockers next door was invaluable and made for convenient storage while we wandered around while awaiting the check in.
Th unit was just far enough from everything that there was no large tourist crowds but only a few minutes walk to everything near Notre Dame. There are markets and boulangeries both north and south of the property, more-so south and around the corner. It allowed us to easily stock the fridge with drinks and snacks.
As of August 18 2024, an Uber from CDG was about $60 euro, and from the apartment back about $50 euro and took about 30 minutes, all acceptable. Streaming and WiFi was inconsistent. It was frustrating at times when we were relying on it.
Lack of information or guidance about nearby amenities. A list and map of the immediately available markets, cafes, etc would have been nice upon first arrival. I know we all have phones that tell us, but local expertise goes a long way.
We knew there was no lift/elevator when we booked. It wasn’t a big deal when we first arrived but after a long week of walking Paris the stairs became daunting. Aesthetically they are great but they are also uneven and might be a challenge for elderly, people with bad knees or balance issues. There is a moldy smell at the entry way reminiscent of a cold room or basement. It’s isolated to the entryway and otherwise not an issue. Those with sensitive noses might find it off-putting.
We were told there was a view of the Seine from the balcony. Unless the lady whose window we looked into every night is named Seine, that is not accurate. You can see the top of Notre Dame and I’m sure it will be magnificent when completed and properly lighted.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - the owners were extremely helpful, and property was amazing
- Soo (9/5): Great location, spacious, clean and great overall. Communication is bit slow. - Great location- across the river from Notre Dame, easy walk to Sanit German area. lots of nearby cafes, boulangeries, stores, etc. Very large room and very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything was very clean and well-stocked, and very nice designed space. Lots of storage space as well. We arrived a bit early (2 p.m.), but as check-in is at 4, we wanted to leave the luggage first or do an early check-in—but no texting communication was happening. In the end, we called the agent, and they let us in the building, and the cleaner let us leave the luggage, so everything worked out. However, it was really hot outside, and not getting text replies right away made us a bit worried. Also, the safe was broken and never got fixed. Most of all, the shower water kept splashing out so much, which made the floor flooded, and we had to use half of the towels to manage that water. We have requested more towels but never received them. Overall, communication was a bit slow.
- Chen (9/5): Great stay in centre of Paris - Great location, nice and modern facilities. Bed and sofa bed are both very big and comfortable. Helpful staff. Air conditioning is very handy for hot weather. Wi-Fi signal is weak in bedroom.
- Rick (10/5): we were so pleased with everything about our stay. Would absolutely stay here again. - three adults stayed here for 10 days for the Olympics. It was a perfect location, very clean with all the supplies we needed (and when we needed something they didn’t have, they brought it right away.) extremely responsive and helpful. Easy to check in and check out. Couldn’t ask for anything better! they were a lot of stairs and no elevator! We were aware of this, but just didn’t appreciate how often we would be up and down in a day. on the third floor and then are you had a set of stairs from there and another set of stairs to get to kitchen. I still would have opted to stay here, but if there are mobility issues, you may want to request a unit on a lower floor – they do have them.
- Yassir (9/5): Superb -
- Laurent (1/5): Think twice before booking: an horrible experience - This experience ranks among the most disappointing we've encountered in over two decades. We were misled by the listing on booking.com, which presented the apartment as a hotel or at least a full-service apartment. In reality, it was an inferior Airbnb experience. Unlike Airbnb, where you are typically greeted by a host, here you’re left to fend for yourself with just an app for assistance—a poor start to our stay.
Security concerns: The same digital code is used for both the main entrance and the apartment door, raising serious safety issues. Additionally, the area is frequented by homeless individuals who have taken up residence right outside the apartment. The street itself is narrow and poorly lit at night, contributing to our overall feeling of insecurity during our stay.
Lack of service: The air conditioning barely functions, the bathroom floods during every shower (see photo), and customer service is virtually non-existent. They rarely respond to emails or messages, and when they do, it’s inconsistent—sometimes via WhatsApp, other times through unknown numbers, emails or the booking.com platform. Essentially, there is no reliable customer support. You're on your own.
Questionable practices: Midway through our stay, due to our dissatisfaction, the agency offered a refund in exchange for a perfect 10/10 rating. When we declined to manipulate our review, they retracted the offer. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of other perfect scores posted in their reviews. Be also wary of additional fees not included in the initial price: the hotel attempted to charge us a “palace” tax of €14.95 per person per night, including our two minor children who are legally exempt.
For what we paid, we had expected a level of service and security comparable to a luxury hotel. Instead, we got a disappointing, high-stress experience. It’s disheartening to witness such deceptive practices targeting unsuspecting tourists.
Final Verdict: Avoid this property.
- William (10/5): Big, large apartment - The property staff helped us after we had to leave another property that was booked on another vacation site that was in terrible condition. They also assisted us getting into the building and taking care of some issues prior to arriving at the property. Nothing
- Rene (6/5): Would have been great if properly designed and managed. - Great location, roomy for Paris. Newer upgrades evident. -Hard to find (no street number on door), given wrong entry code(s) causing much confusion and delay.
-No instructions in any language on how to operate the A/C, lights, appliances, etc. were made available. Availability of laundry facilities was one big reason I rented but was intimidated by lack of operating instructions.
-WiFi password was hidden in a cabinet instead of readily available.
-Poor bathroom design-the shower could not be used without soaking the bathroom floor. Doorstop in bathroom by toilet is designed to break men’s toes when stepping in front of bowl.
-On arrival the bathroom sink would not drain.
-both the building’s outer door and the entry to the unit must be slammed shut to ensure it locks completely. Cannot be confident they lock behind you.
Management should seriously consider putting an operations manual on the web accessible by a QR code clearly displayed along with WiFi password.
- David (9/5): great location, brand new apartment, windows do a great job of keeping noise out in the city (+AC!) - Excellent location, very new apartment. Like all cities the street can be noisy, but the windows really keep the sounds out well (and AC let you stay cool while closing them). The secondary site that the management company uses can be a bit buggy [pay this fee outside of booking.com, oh it doesn't work so pay the fee yet another way...it almost feels like you're going to be scammed but it worked out] The need to use a secondary app, and the extra fees for early check-in cost more than the (already pricey) booking still irk me a bit (can't you use the booking.com system?), but the management company was always responsive and professional
Be aware, there is only one bathroom, and it is inside the master bedroom, so if you have a family or more than 2 guests, they will walk through the master bedroom at night / in the morning on the way to the toilet. Just something to be aware of depending on your group size and night-time bathroom habits.
One unsheltered person was camping in a tent nearby in the alleyway, but we never felt unsafe at any time of day.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Excellent stay in the Latin quarter - Fantastic location, super comfortable beds, terrific facilities, large shower, beautiful decor, quality washer and dryer. Hard to keep bathroom floor dry when taking a shower.
- Agnieszka (10/5): Would definitely come back! - Great responsive hosts, amazing location very clean! Didn’t like the sleeping sofa. It didn’t fully recline so had to put mattresses on the floor so kids could sleep there safely.
- Andy (7/5): Excellent location, modernized and spacious, but a 3rd floor walk-up with some glitches. - The location was great. It is right near Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. It is on a side street that was pretty quiet. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed. It had been recently modernized and presented very nicely. The pull out couch was very comfortable. Our unit was on the 3rd floor and it was a walk-up. This was challenging with luggage. I don’t recall the description saying it was 3rd floor walk up. The Air conditioning was temperamental and had to be reset daily (fuse box reset) while we were there. Finally, the shower design is challenging as it is impossible to not get water on to the bathroom floor.
- Kartik (9/5): Good place, great location near Notre Dame - Location is great, unfortunately Notre Dane is still being restored. The streets are safe, shopoing friendly and frequented by Hop on hop off bus, taxis for easy transport to airport and other places. Apart.ent is well equipped with comfortable beds and amenities like towel warmer, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine etc. Needed to take luggage to second floor, the staff there helped me luckily. Cost seemed high but could be due to June peak season for Paris and the good location.
- Mary (9/5): Superb - Location, washer/dryer beautiful apt. The shower nozel needs fixing as does the main door handel. It keeps falling off !.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Musab (2/5): Very poor -
- Julio (9/5): Beautiful apartment at a Great location with a perfect view of notre dame. - Location, cleanliness and overall feel of the property was amazing. The 86 stairs that I had to climb with luggage for 3 children and 2 adults and the extra small trash cans.
- Heidi (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed the spacious, quality apartment and loved the location. The building has so much character and is accessed via quite a few stairs (no lift). The beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend!
- Vinay (9/5): Superb apartment next to Notre Dame - Outstanding location. Great house which is done up beautifully. Has all the facilities one needs and great natural light and cross ventilation. Our family loved the apartment and would come back here to stay if given the chance. This is a top floor apartment (3rd Floor + 1 extra flight of steps) which, like most others in Paris, is without a lift. So carrying heavy luggage up and down was a nightmare. But that aside, outstanding property.
- Ewa (10/5): Great stay - We loved the location and the views. The apartment was very comfortable. The forms to get access to the apartment were a pain but the staff was very responsive and we got into the apartment without any problem.
- Tammy (9/5): Gorgeous apartment! highly recommend. - Amazing location. Gorgeous, large space with Kitchenette. Wifi wasn't the strongest. Hot Water in shower took a while.
- Irena (10/5): Near everthing but calm and stilish - Most helpfull host.. always just a quick massage away!!
Location is perfect, near all the interesting siteseeing, along a Saine, near all good restorants, bistrot, nightclub.. but quiet by night.
Stislish interior is best thing after long day in Paris. Comfotable and spacious for family of four or a couple.
I was with two my doughters 20 and 23. Our best family trip. Thx to Saint Germain Residence mostly !!!
- Alejandro (8/5): Very good - Great location. Beautiful apartment
You can’t barely hear the street noise Didn’t get hot water first day
Floor of bathroom wasn’t clean
You could hear the noise from the apartment above, unfortunately for us they were making a lot of noise
- Eglė (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful and tastefully decorated apartments. Cozy terrace with a view of Notre Dame. Everything is very clean and tidy. The authentic staircase of the house so charming. The location is perfect. We were very happy to stay at Saint Germain Residence. Definitely recommend.
- Mehran (9/5): Superb -
- Libuse (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped appartment. Very well equipped new appartment. Great location.
- Josh (10/5): Great apartment,. Would definitely re book it. - Great Location, immaculately clean. More spacious than expected (considering what is often on offer in Paris) No explanations of the technology. So we struggled with the dimmer controls for the lighting, the heating remote didn't do anything and the TV was set to Italian and had Italian audio description ON and we couldn't read the Italian on screen instructions to turn it off! So we gave up on it... I'm sure other guests would be smarter!
- Anke (9/5): Superb -
