• Kristi (1/5): Worst experience ever. - Worst rental experience I’ve had. I paid for a two-day stay but couldn’t access the property the first night because the door code was never sent and no one would respond when I tried contacting them. My family had to find and pay for another place to stay while the home we already paid for sat inaccessible. When we finally got in the next morning, none of the basic “startup essentials” listed were provided. Checkout was also uncomfortable with housekeepers sitting outside the unit well before checkout time. After losing half of the stay and dealing with poor communication, they then tried to charge me another $100 over minor stains on white towels. Completely unacceptable and not worth the money.
