• Kokossou (3/5): Only the bed wasn’t uncomfortable. The host was kind otherwise that’s pretty good place to stay. - It was calm and nice. Smelling of Marijuana in the corridor.
• Sigrid (8/5): Prima Appartment mit Abstrichen - Nettes kleines Appartment, sehr einfach aber alles da. Ich konnte im Hof parken. Gute Lage gleich hinter dem Bahnhof und sehr ruhig. Zugang war ganz unkompliziert. Duschen im Sitzen ohne Überschwemmung ist etwas sportlich. Wirklich gefehlt hat eine Nachttischlampe. Im Bett liegend guckt man direkt in die Glühbirne der Deckenlampe. Durch die Dachschrägen für große Leute ungeeignet.

• Albert (10/5): "Pied à terre" idéal pour étape de voyage - Charmant petit studio bien équipé et bien agencé , un vrai "nid douillet". Tout est parfaitement propre. Le lit est un peu bas pour les personnes qui auraient mal au dos ou du mal à se relever. Perso, j'y ai dormi "comme un loir"!

• Ana Bela (7/5): - L’accès en autonomie et la petite baignoire. La déco. Appartement au dernier étage sans ascenseur.Le matelas et le lit (usé,incurvé). Appartement dont plusieurs détails commencent à montrer de l’usure (sol,joint et tour de baignoire . Voisins un peu bruyant en soirée.
• Natalie (5/5): Pro jednu osobu to není špatné, ale pro dvě a více je málo místa. Jinak ubytování je čisté, dobré - Lokalita je dobrá, nedaleko od centra. Ubytování bylo čisté. Pro dvě osoby je v místnosti málo místa. Postel je úzká pro dvě osoby. Klimatizace v ubytování není což při 37°C, které byly ten den, působilo problémy se spánkem.

• Régis FONSECA (8/5): Studio calme et complet avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. - Petit studio bien achalandé et complet. Possibilité de prendre un petit café ou de se faire un petit déjeuné ou déjeuné. Situation calme et reposante. Prévenir que c'est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. Le lit qui mériterait d'être changé (incurvé en u).

• Malin (8/5): Schnuckelige Wohnung - Süß eingerichtet, unkomplizierter Zugang, roch gut und war sauber. Hat weniger mit der Wohnung selbst zu tun (außer die durchgelegene Matratze), sondern mit dem etwas gruseligen Gang hin und dass der Hof leider vollgepackt war - man konnte aber an der Straße was finden. Nicht schlimm, würde es trotzdem weiterempfehlen :)
• EiM_KO (8/5): - Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird und angegeben ist. Kreativ eingerichtet bzw. designt. Vor dem Haus kann geparkt werden. Zugang über Schlüssel-Box. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Preis war fair. Das Treppenhaus und der Flur des Wohnhauses hätte eine Modernisierung verdient. Im Mauerwerk des Untergeschosses ist die Feuchtigkeit (Salpeter) zu reichen. Die Gestaltung des Apartment erinnert mich an eine Studentenunterkunft, mich spricht eine schlichte bzw. moderne Gestaltung mehr an.

• Claudia (8/5): - Liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war gut. Man kann sehr gut im Sitzen duschen.
• Derya (7/5): Ok, geht aber besser. - Es hat alles was es braucht. Nett eingerichtet. Es ist im 2. Stock und im Dachgeschoss. Aus der Wohnung ggü stinkt es sehr raus. Das Bett war sehr unbequem und die Wohnung ist etwas zugestellt, es ist quasi alles in einen Raum gequetscht. Eine Couch anstatt der Stühle aus Kunststoff Strängen hätte ich besser gefunden.

• Giorgia (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing special! The place is quite far from the city center (taking into account that Besancon is really small)! The building has no elevator (thanks God my disabled friend could not join me at the end), the place is quite small as I was having some troubles even in taking the shower, the place has no air conditioning and, as it was raining during the night (the place is just an under the roof room), I could not even open the window…so it was terribly hot! The cherry on the cake was the host who was not allowing me to leave the baggage neither after my arrival nor after check out…he even lied pretending a couple of visitors was in the need to check in..which it was false (as he admitted)! I travel a lot…and trust me, one of the worst place ever!!!
• Robin (3/5): A filthy place - The location is nice. A quiet neighbourhood in 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre. The decoration and furniture is quite nice. The apartment was extremely dirty. There was a thick layer of dust on the coffee machine, the microwave, actually on everything in the kitchen and the whole apartment. The kitchen wipe and sponge were dirty and stinky and apparently hadn't been changed for ages. It was quite disgusting. We spent around half an hour after our arrival to wipe down the kitchen so it could be used at all. -- There was a washing machine, but no washing powder and, more importantly, no place to hang up the clothes for drying. So the washing machine was virtually useless and we had to go to a laundromat.
• Reichert (8/5): Very good - The room really has a nice interiour you feel immediately comfortable also it's easy to reach the center by foot and there's no need to search for a safe parking space. Quite confusing right next to the house is a house that has the number 6 as well so I first rang the bell at the wrong house. (The neighbor lady wasn't upset for the confusion so not a big deal) The only thing that I didn't like a lot was the bathroom even tough everything was very clean there's like a washing machine standing in front of the toilet which makes it hardly accessible. Not a big deal but as the bathroom has limited space I think it would be better to remove the dryier/washing machine.
• Hans (7/5): Good - Quiet area and convenient to train station Bathroom very crowded with washing machine (but still hood to have one) and too many not very useful things in the small flat. Not enough kitchen utensils if you want to cook more than microwave.
