-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -Strictly no stag or hen parties -Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage) -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Ruth (7/5): - Facilities were good , as pictured and clean. Difficultly communicating as this was through email or phone. Being told I could not book in earlier than indicated which was 3pm. Vacating the property was by 10am if you wanted a later exit it time it was 10 pounds per hour. This is despite you asking prior or the day you entered the property. Charged £20:00 for staying until noon. Warned by email that you need to leave the place as you found it or you would incur additional charges .Instructions to empty the bin and Fridge . Finding an old pizza and chicken in the fridge freezer , leaving it with a worry that they will possibly blame me
Amardip (7/5): Great property all round. - It is beautiful house with excellent quality finishing all round ie bathrooms, bedroom equipment, living room etc. Main issue was no bathtub and also no shower heads in the shower rooms, had issues with bathing baby. There was lack of the basics in the kitchen to be honest, we had to buy everything, even salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags etc. Luckily there was a Aldi 1min drive away otherwise we would have been stuck. There was only one tea towel, could have done with some more.
